      I am a merchabt who have been using razorpay earlier. One of the cystimers made me a apyment through razorpay of inr 5000 more than 20 days ago. But till now tge amount has not been settled into my account
      There is no phone number where ine can raise a complaint. All suppirt tickets generated are closed without any resolution of tge issue. I am fed up with razorpay & their customer service. Can anyone help me retrieve my money from razorpay?

        I used phonepe to recharge my friends mobile number of 155 rs but it has not happened but my money has deducted from my account

          Small amount has been settled and now still 20, 000 is pending to be settled. But now received a mail that my account is rejected and the settlement time will be 120 days.

                    On Sep 17 2022 i had paid Rs 10, 000 for my lalitha jewellery online account through Amazon pay. Money got debited from my account. But Amount not credited to Lalitha online account.

                                      On Sept 3 around 1PM IST, I was booking ticket on IRCTC and used Razorpay as an option with my HDFC net banking accounts. The IRCTC window simply showed 'Server error' but the transaction was completed and I got debit email from my bank.

                                      I do not have details about transaction IDs are the page went blank and there was no information provided.

                                      Can you please revert/refund this transaction in my bank account? Please contact me at pawan.g.[protected]@gmail.com
