Some mandate is created on my account and amount has been debited on 2 occasions.
Mandate ID- MMSICIC[protected]
Mandate Owner- CITI0RTGSMI
UMRN-ICIC[protected].

Details amount debited-
6th April 2022 - Rs. 3191
16th April 2022- Rs. 3546.

2 more transactions got declined on 19th April on account of insufficient balance which were...

Used QR code option to pay at website(gifts and more), I paid the amount and money got deducted but the QR code page was unresponsive refreshed it but still it wasn't showing conformation or anything different waited then eventually I exited the screen it stated "upi payment took too retry again" something of this sort.

Haven't received any conformation from the company also I contacted the merchant on his panel its showing...

This is in reference to the support ticket 5107305 raised by me. This is regarding payment refund from Aditya Birla Health Insurance, payment I'd : pay_Ir7AcKixKGDcRS has already been disputed and the dispute reference number is disp_J2F6uwHybYqjdS.

Please resolve this issue soon as my refund is stuck or let me know if there is any action to be taken from my end.

Hello, today i found that 31 March a 10, 000 has been deducted from my bank account, and the payment details showed as Razorpay. here is the reference number which is showing in my bank statement: IGANHFDLU4

This transaction is not done by me. please look into it and refund back the amount immediately....
