While booking tickets through IRCTC on dated[protected], chose option of Net Banking for transaction, the payment was done via razorpay and the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked. When tried contacting customer service of razorpay there was no response.
If transactions can't be done via razorpay on irctc it should be removed from there as a payment gateway. IRCTC transaction ID: [protected] & Razorpay payment id: pay_K7Ok6qNnwbRxdE.
Till date I did not received the refund.
Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I had applied for razorpay payment gateway services and i had given them every document they asked but they rejected my account for pointless reason,

    i had requested them multiple times to re- review my account and every time i get the same email stating that we cannot activate your account,

        I ordered a product worth Rs.2199 from VLEBAZAAR. Plot No 4, Numberdar Market, Grace road Sec 28 Gurgaon 122002 with respect to order ID #1714049 and also had paid through Airtel money online and got SMS like this (You have made a payment to RP-MISC of Rs. 2199 from a/c no. [protected] Avl Bal Rs. 11.00. Txn ID PH[protected]. Dial 400 or [protected] for any discrepancy.)..and after some hours I tried to cancel the order but it doesn't work...eventhough I hit the cancel button...and then I connect to their customer service but they didn't response well and inform me to wait for 24 hours..but it's almost like more than 6 days ago from the day I ordered i.e.14/08/22... still doesn't get any message or other information and their customer service also doesn't pick up the call and this is too much they gave me a lots of inconvenience...so I just want to cancel the order and I want to refund my money through original mode of payment
        Please help me for this I will be very thankful to you

          Sir/Madam,
          I would like to inform you that I applied online from the MTDS for the post of receptionist cum clerk and payment has been successful and deducted Rs. 300 from my bank account but application number not generat.
          I already inform to MTDS and Razorpay but this case is pending from 30 days and till now did not refund my money. Repeatedly I emailed but did not resolve my case. They are harassing me. I already inform to RBI through email but did not revert till now.

          I request you please look into this matter and arrange for refund Rs.300.

            Hi Razorpay Support Team,

            I am really concern about your serveries are being misused by some fraudulent websites like looks100.com.
            I made an order on looks100.com on Aug 9th and made payment of 3, 198 INR for 2 items with transaction ID (T2208091855414263706905) and Order ID (#LX2081). It has not been delivered so far and there is no any update from there side. On their website they are showing tracking detail but that is invalid as I have checked it several times and also confirmed with IndiaPost support team. I have also tried to reach looks100.com support team many a times but they don't pick the phone and never revert back to my email which I wrote them.
            You are very popular and trusted service provider in Indian market, even I have implemented your APIs in couple of portals successfully. This website seems to be cheating portal which is just doing fraud with innocent Indian people. I expect you to take an action against them asap and make your policy very straight, clear and intolerant for such so called organisation.
            Please push them to deliver promised items asap and make them to refund the money.
            I will really appreciate your active support in this regard.

                I made a payment for school fees of holy cross school Agartala. While making the payment via razorpay, it suddenly came with a request from Airtel [protected]@mairtel. I made the payment but the school didn't receive the money. Amount 3770/-, UPI trxn ID[protected] date 04/08/2022 time 09:12 pm. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible

                          I would like to inform you that I got deducted in bank account. registered mobile number is [protected]. All the emi have been debited on due date from my ICICI bank account but on dated 05-August-2022 an amount of 478.00/- has been debited from my account through razorpay and transaction description is DEBIT-ACH/CTRAZORPAY/[protected]

                          I request you to please investigate the aforesaid matter and reimburse the same amount of 478.00/- as soon as possible.

                                  As We raised multiple request but no action/ Refund process.
                                  As per recent issue, Payment done by our client to Razorpay merchant ID HknZsG1nBN8lH7 That was inactive. we were in process of account activation in between after long time client withdraw booking request. I requested to refund client amount as client does not want to take service from us. because amount was on hold with Razorpay. Based on request partial amount was refunded back to client.

                                  Without any service provided by razorpay then how Razorpay will charge transaction fee from us. Also Our Client is waiting for his full refund.

                                  Kindly help on this issue.

                                    I had transfer Rs. 327/- from my Indian bank savings account No.[protected] to integrated account No. [protected] dated on 21.07.2022.. The above said amount is debited from my indian bank savings account, but, so far the amount was not transferred to my integrated account..                                       I have paid the health insurance of clinikk Rs 800 through googlepay . The amount is deducted from my account but not reflected in clinikk health insurance payment but where the amount is debited and not credited to my account nor health insurance account. but it shows that payment that airtel has requested money then my amount has deducted from my account and not received for clinikk health insurance how do I refund the amount to my account...
