      failed transaction

      Hai this is prabhu deva. On past 28th june 2020. I make an transaction to alpha vector india pvt ltd.in my transaction payment sucessfull but timedout. I pay through upi payment. So kingly help me resolve this issue...

      I had placed order #FZ10851 for purchase of items worth Rs.1094 on fabzara.in on 12th Aug, 2020. A confrimation SMS was recd and email for payment was recd. However, have failed to receive goods or contact seller.
      Payment & order details attached files.
      We are requesting to you please refund my money or delivered my goods.W are waiting your hopefully reply.

            I imran shaikh merchant hereby inform you that my payment captured by razorpay on 17th august 2020 of rs.100000. But settlement kept on hold. Even after contacting nobody responded on email. As informed customer care is not working due to covid which is not bearable.
            I need my money immediately as i have to pay my debts.
            So i request razorpay to release my payment immediately.

                            I have subscribed for a zoom car subscription on[protected] with amount 23430 due to non availability of cars i received a call from zoom that amount will get refunded and as per zoom company refund has been initiated on[protected] and they have provided me the below details.

                              I got a mail on 4th August, 2020 from vendor Fittr that they refunded my money amounted Rs.8131 but till today amount is not credited to my bankaccount.I contacted with both vendor and bank but both are not helping properly to solve this problem.

                                  I can see that there is a recurring emi request from razorpay to my hdfc credit card and they are charging inr 2800 to my credit card every month demo september 2019. I have recently noticed this. Razorpay is not send any emails about this charge to me. I have raised the dispute with razor-at and it is not resolved yet.
