I had placed order #4116 for purchase of items worth Rs.1296 on beautifulbab on 16th July 2020. A confrimation SMS was recd and email for payment was recd. However, have failed to receive goods or contact seller.

Lodged 5 complaints with razorpay but not received any assistance. please help. All documents enclosed...

I ordered for this laptop and am trying to verify the status. I do not have the contact number. If not possible can I avail the refund asap. Thank you for favourable action....

I got a mail on 4th August, 2020 from vendor Fittr that they refunded my money amounted Rs.8131 but till today amount is not credited to my bankaccount.I contacted with both vendor and bank but both are not helping properly to solve this problem.

I was purchasing phone from vle by doing internet banking and there was, i saw my account details, showing that deducted amount is transferred to razorpay, plz do help to refund my money...

I can see that there is a recurring emi request from razorpay to my hdfc credit card and they are charging inr 2800 to my credit card every month demo september 2019. I have recently noticed this. Razorpay is not send any emails about this charge to me. I have raised the dispute with razor-at and it is not resolved yet.
