Dear Sir/Madam,
Since 3 months i am trying to contact Razorpay team and asking for solution, but there is no reply from company,
I have received 5, 500 INR from my customer for selling digital goods online, and my client has already transfer money to Razorpay, but after that razorpay is asking me to send all private details like, what you are doing in business?, Give clarification in email, and i gave everything, after 15 days still they want more information like write on letter head which is state that how you are selling and method of business and all, i feel like someone inside in razorpay is doing fraud to customer on personal basis,
please look into this issue, i know the name of that person which is doing frauds, Mr. Nilanjan is fraud person i have all email copy and proof that razor pay is doing fraud to customer.

Updated by Nirav Senghani Now he is saying that without private information of my company i will not send your money to your account. i ask him to clarify that why he is asking this questions like company personal details, which software you are using to build digital files? what is cost of licence ? and send all details on your letter head of company otherwise i will not active your account.
He is destroying customer business and doing fraud, i want to warn every customer of Razorpay, do not use this platform for money transfer, inside this company full of fraud staff members.

Updated by Nirav Senghani Mr. Nilanjan ask me 4 times different private information about my company again and again,
Q1: Which software you are using to produce digital goods?
Q2: How do you sell this files to customers?
Q3: Send me email which state that you are using Engineering tools with exact name and licence number
Q4: Send me all details on company letter head.
He ask me such questions which is totally not relevant to transferring money to my own account.
after that i registered a complaint against him and razorpay apologies already but still he is troubling me to get my own money back. because of him i am not able to withdraw my money since 3 months.
I will put a serious complaint against this company if they are not solving this issue.
