I was purchase a product in jul 17, 2020 at 10:19 am from gizmo cart using razorpay payment gateway. But after 20 days i was sending mail to seller for product delivery, but they didn't give me any reply. Then after i was filed a complaint against this seller to razorpay and they give me a ticket id - 3856128 in aug-8, 2020.
Then after in aug-30 razorpay give proper reply for refund and told me just report a refund to the seller by going to the product purchased site. Then after i was going to that site where i was purchased and received a confirmation mail. After clicking that site, server show "this site not exist". Again i was compiaint regarding this to razorpay and they reply me:
We are sorry to hear that you have not received the services for the transaction.
We checked that the payment is successful from our end but there are not enough funds in the merchant's account for us to proceed with the refund of your payment.
Kindly reach out to your issuing bank and file a chargeback on this transaction.

Kindly provide the following details to your bank.
1) debit statement
2) account number
3) chargeback back form (Filled with the details)
We advise you to contact your issuing bank and file a chargeback against this transaction and the will be able to help you with the retrieval of the funds.
Steps:
Visit your bank's nearest branch and ask for a chargeback form.
Kindly keep a copy of the debit statement of this particular transaction while going to the bank.
They will provide the form.
Kindly fill all the details and submit it to the chargeback department.

So, please can you resolve or refund my money and send a proper notice to razorpay, not register any seller without any physical verification. Just because of financial security yo can take thi action against the razorpay. I was attached proper proper mailing image and websites.

I had shared my details about 100 times but didn't get any response apart from your automated chatbot messages. An great way to escape from people like us. But how long can you continue? You are going to do the same thing if I click the link and submit my grievance for the 101 th time. For god's sake don't cheat public with your automated chatbot messages. Please don't cheat. Call me. I have mailed you more than 30 times with my contact number and submitted my messages in that link for about 100 times.
