I have made a payment to airtel money on September 1 2020 for 698 rupees
The money was debited from my account and credited to Airtelmoney.[protected]@icici. I complained to Airtel regarding the same and till now the money has not been reversed to my account, they say that thy have not got the money, where is my money then?

      I was purchase a product in jul 17, 2020 at 10:19 am from gizmo cart using razorpay payment gateway. But after 20 days i was sending mail to seller for product delivery, but they didn't give me any reply. Then after i was filed a complaint against this seller to razorpay and they give me a ticket id - 3856128 in aug-8, 2020.

      Then after in aug-30 razorpay give proper reply for refund and told me just report a refund to the seller by going to the product purchased site. Then after i was going to that site where i was purchased and received a confirmation mail. After clicking that site, server show "this site not exist". Again i was compiaint regarding this to razorpay and they reply me:

      We are sorry to hear that you have not received the services for the transaction.

      We checked that the payment is successful from our end but there are not enough funds in the merchant's account for us to proceed with the refund of your payment.

      Kindly reach out to your issuing bank and file a chargeback on this transaction.

      Kindly provide the following details to your bank.

      1) debit statement
      2) account number
      3) chargeback back form (Filled with the details)

      Visit your bank's nearest branch and ask for a chargeback form.
      Kindly keep a copy of the debit statement of this particular transaction while going to the bank.

      So, please can you resolve or refund my money and send a proper notice to razorpay, not register any seller without any physical verification. Just because of financial security yo can take thi action against the razorpay. I was attached proper proper mailing image and websites.

          I paid my august rent for nestaway using googlepay on 3rd august.
          The transaction failed but amount got deducted.
          I raised issues with nestaway, they said that razorpay is involved and they will be refunding the money.
          Razorpay mailed me confirming the same that the refund has been initiated.

          Now from 8th august, till today i have not got my amount.
          Whatever issues i register to them, i just get an automated response in the mail.

          I have raised multiple tickets, grievance but no response or update on my amount.

          The amount is 8574 and the status of refund still shows intiated.

                Hi,

                I had applied online for my passport renewal about 15 days back.
                Humble request to razorpay - for god sake please read through this grievance mail and ask your customer support to call me instead of forwarding automated messages. Automated messages can only be used for acknowledging the receipt of a mail or message, does not solve the issue. I'm sure you people should be knowing that very well. No response at all. How long can you cheat the public. Payment of rs.2, 500/ got debited through razorpay. Though the amount got debited from my account the transaction has failed. My payment got deducted by a fraudulent company called karan tour & travels without my knowledge. I don't even know their website url nor able to find one in the net. If possible please find it for me as they are your clients. Have no idea why the payment was credited to karan tour & travels as i was applying through a government website. No receipt or acknowledgement from karan tour & travels. No contact number. Highly doubt if such a company exists. Literally no details except for they are your clients. It is very evident that my money has been stolen through their fraudulent website. Have been trying to connect through mails / calls to razorpay for the past one week, but no response at all except for the automated messages. Requesting the higher officials to take action against your clients karan tour & travels & refund my money immediately. Hope you refrain from having such clients who cheat the public. Below mails for your kind reference. Kindly do the needful as i'm extremely upset with the whole issue. Requesting again please don't cheat your clients by sending automated messages but connect with me directly to resolve this issue.

                              I had shared my details about 100 times but didn't get any response apart from your automated chatbot messages. An great way to escape from people like us. But how long can you continue? You are going to do the same thing if I click the link and submit my grievance for the 101 th time. For god's sake don't cheat public with your automated chatbot messages. Please don't cheat. Call me. I have mailed you more than 30 times with my contact number and submitted my messages in that link for about 100 times. Please get in touch with me if you really want to sort out your mistake. Stop sending the automated messages and stop cheating the public.
