Hi it seems i got duped. This site charelett secret for lingerie i saw on facebook nd made s purchase of 3736/- through razor pay. But i recieved no intimation mail or my order. I kept mailing them but there mail i'd was non responsive. [protected]@charlettesecret.com was there customer care i'd.

I have done a payment to add the amount in airtel money using the airtel upi in the last saturday.
The payment was successful but not reflecting in my airtel money account.

I am unable to activate my account and its almost four weeks they are giving me only one response over mail that our customer manager will resolve the issue.
Please don't use razor pay rather use Intamojo.

Seems they hardly give a damn to their customers...

I am mrs thushara derrick. I started a campaign for helping a needy child in buying a laptop for her online studies. I have managed to collect rs.26300/- through razorpay as contribution from 21 candidates ie from 28th june to 30th june. After that i deactivated it. But there was an issue in our form getting approved from bank and therefore the concerned payment gateway is not able to settle this amount to us. This has caused a lot of chaos...
