        I tried to book tickets via irctc on date 31 August 2020 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

        Today I booked tickets but the in irctc account it show it was failed and I will pay the amount from google pay app and it Deducted. My tickets was not booked so please refund my amount.

            Razorpay — money deducted from google pay but tickets not booked from irctc

            I tried to book tickets via irctc on 30 August 2020 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.

              On 6th August i had done Payment 870 for MI sound bar on Facebook.payment successful mail also come in my Rediff mail account but till date nor sound bar neither money refund after 4 mails given to them.Such frauder used Razor pay platform and Razor pay help them to do fraud.If such companies not penalized then may they do transaction of militants also.

                        Then they informed me your item sent through courier by no. Awb [protected] by expressgo courier by dt.[protected]. Then i update that item in transit / covid effect / our godown sealed etc. After so many complaints to razorpay, they informed we have not sufficient fund!!! (They have no rs./- 499)!!! To pay me back...
                        See their cheating, i st informed me that my item shipped on[protected] then they are continue to cheat me /wrong update / false messages.

                              Hi,

                              I made a recharge transaction for the airtel number [protected] for an amount of rs.1448 on 17-aug-2020 at 9.30 am via my airtel app and through airtel-razorpay channel.

                              The transaction failed and a message prompted that i will get the refund.

                              It has been more than 2 weeks till now. I contacted the razorpay support and they have neither responded to my email nor processed the refund.

                              I am worried about my money as razorpay has not yet responded. Please help.

                                I trusted this site because this site have razorpay payment gateway. I ordered products but the merchant didn't delivered the products and no customer support service to contact them. So I raised payment dispute on razorpay support to refund my money. But no proper response is given to me.
