money not refunded

While i was trying to book my ticket through irctc rail connect application in my mobile; in payment option i have choosen the upi option and paid by tez upi.
And the amount get deducted from my account as it is showing in tez that razorpay received the amount. But razorpay is showing that they didn't get money from upi. So i couldn't book the ticket also. And the amount 1500/- rupees get deducted.

I request razorpay...

refund of my amount of rs 798.09 while booking ticket on irctc

Sir I was booking a ticket on IRCTC on 12th June 2018 but ticket was not booked and amount of Rs 798.09 has been deducted from my bank account. I have also lodged a complaint with IRCTC but they are saying that they have approved the refund but it is not credited in my bank account. I am attaching my bank statement from date of booking till 27/06/2018 and screenshot of IRCTC.My transaction ID is [protected]. Please look into this matter...

transaction issue

I was booking a ticket through the bhim app for a booking a flight. So after i requested for transaction for and it showed in the bhim app but after the it sucessfully got detected the required amount it did not got approved in the irctc site which led the status of the ticket saying that the ticket is not booked but the amount got detected from the bhim app through the razorpay gateway.
I tried to contact the razor pay but no one...

money deducted while booking a ticket but not refunded.

I tried to book a ticket on 12th june, the money was deducted but my ticket was not booked.. I have already registered a complaint on 15th june regarding the above issue but i received no response. It has been more than 13 days since the issue had taken place. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

I recently booked tickets through upi where my money got deducted but the ticket didn't get book. Irctc saying they didn't receive money and upi saying they successfully transferred they money to razorpay. Kindly refund my money.

I tried to book a train ticket using irctc mobile app and select payment via upi and paid through google tez. But the irctc app not showing that payment received. And ticket is not booked. Ticket amount rs.495.

Hi,
I tried to book a ticket from irctc, it said bank rejected payment but money deducted. I used phonepe upi. My upi id is [protected]@ybl

Please look into the matter and refund my money....

Hi

I have made a payment of rs. 630 /- on irctc app by choosing razorpay upi as payment method.

Afterwards, payment of rs.630 was directed to my upi app i. E. Phonepe in my case.

My payment has been deducted from my account via phone pe. Transaction id : hdf835cbac1f2dd418b80e15883dc12a13c, however, ticket not done.

I am hereby atta hing all relevant snapshot of payment and irctc...

I placed an order on 21st june, 2018 with pizza hut. The payment gateway was of razorpay. The amount was deducted but i received no intimation from pizza hut. If such worthless gateways are still being used, then people will be looted of their money. Gateways like razorpay should be thrown out of the country.
Shame on pizza hut that they are using such a third class payment system....

transaction failed in irctc app but amount taken from the bank account through bhim app

I tried to book ticket from chennai to pollachi through bhim app razorpay... But the amount was successfully debited for rs.370 from my bank account but transaction was shown as failed in irctc app.. So please concern about this issue and provide me with a solution as soon as possible... Pls sir.. It's urgent
