I tried booking irctc ticket by payment on BHIM. No ticket was booked but money got deducted from my bank account.
Transaction ID from BHIM and from irctc app are attached.
My BHIM ID is [protected]@UPI. Please look into the matter because I don't have more money to book the ticket, I can only book my ticket if refund is made by the bank IRCTC is affiliated to.

    I booked a ticket on irctc using razorpay, the amount of inr 4901.96 deducted from my credit card on 03/07/2018 at 16:15 pm. But irctc website showing "payment pending from bank end". Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking. The message received from my bank as below.
    " inr 4901.96 was spend on your credit card *8972 on 03-jul-18 at raz*razorpay softw.

      Hi,

      Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 1255 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. But irctc shows as not booked and no response from bank but money already deducted from my account and transfered to [protected]@hdfcbank but razorpay not transferred to irctc. Please refund my amount back as early as possible

        Hi,

        I made a transaction today to book a ticket in irctc using razorpay upi.

        I can see the money being deducted from my account but i don't see any tickets booked in the irctc front.

        When i see the status, i can see the payment has been processed from my side. I got an email confirmation that payment has been made to razorpay upi id ([protected]@hdfcbank)

        I would require assistance to reverse this transaction, refund the amount i paid (Rs. 980/-).

          Hi razorpay,

          My irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 21st june-2018, amount debited from bank but not received refunded after 7 days to my account. As per irctc, they have not received payment for this transaction.

            After going through so much failed transaction review of razorpay in this forum, i msure i m not the one who is suffering, now coming to my point
            I had made payment for booking irctc ticket through razorpay upi as payment gateway money got deducted from bank but ticket not booked on 30.06.2018

            I would like to what happen if ticket is not booked then refund my amount kindly reply me asap with all required details.

                I made a payment through upi for a ticket booking at irctc. Unfortunately transaction could be completed but the money deducted from bank. Irctc states that they haven't received the money from razorpay and also bank is denying to make any kind of help. Kindly check the status of my payment and plz ensure that who will be responsible for this unsuccessful transaction and who will listen my concern. According to irctc razorpay bank has made some unauthorised activity in between the payment gateway. Kindly check my concern and try to resolve it as early as possible.

                    and after using UPi

                        Please don't play fraud games with customers. I am seriously unhappy about razorpay because i have selected an item on kraftly and tried to order it through netbanking on 25th june 2018. While making payment, my money rs 429 was deducted from account through razorpay payment gateway but order was unsuccessful. This is my payment ref no[protected].                           While i was trying to book my ticket through irctc rail connect application in my mobile; in payment option i have choosen the upi option and paid by tez upi.
                          And the amount get deducted from my account as it is showing in tez that razorpay received the amount. But razorpay is showing that they didn't get money from upi. So i couldn't book the ticket also. And the amount 1500/- rupees get deducted.

                          I request razorpay to refund my money back.

                            Sir I was booking a ticket on IRCTC on 12th June 2018 but ticket was not booked and amount of Rs 798.09 has been deducted from my bank account. I have also lodged a complaint with IRCTC but they are saying that they have approved the refund but it is not credited in my bank account.                               I was booking a ticket through the bhim app for a booking a flight. So after i requested for transaction for and it showed in the bhim app but after the it sucessfully got detected the required amount it did not got approved in the irctc site which led the status of the ticket saying that the ticket is not booked but the amount got detected from the bhim app through the razorpay gateway.
                              I tried to contact the razor pay but no one responded.

                                I tried to book a ticket on 12th june, the money was deducted but my ticket was not booked.. I have already registered a complaint on 15th june regarding the above issue but i received no response. It has been more than 13 days since the issue had taken place. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  My name is indranil bal. I canceled a train ticket on 21st june, 2018 through irctc. It shows that money is credited in your bank but yet not credited in my account. Already it is very late. Money is refunded in your bank 5 days before. But it is not refunded in my account. So i request you please refund the money in my account as soon as possible.

                                    Money debited but ticket couldn't be booked. As per IRCTC payment was not received by Razorpay. Plz return my money ASAP.
                                    How are the Razorpay officials that they haven't replied yet over my issue .

                                        Hi,

                                        Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Razor pay amount debited INR 1540 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to say anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking.but IRCTC shows as not booked and no response from bank but money already deducted from my account and transfered to [protected]@hdfcbank but razorpay not transferred to IRCTC. Please refund my amount back as early as possible.

                                        I tried to book a ticket on 21st June through IRCTC app, I paid money through razorpay option, my money got deducted but ticket is not booked.
                                        I didn't receive any message when will I get my refund
