Hi razorpay,

My irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 21st june-2018, amount debited from bank but not received refunded after 7 days to my account. As per irctc, they have not received payment for this transaction.

Kindly check and proceed my refund to my default account.

I have already raise a complaint on 3 july-2018, but still my complaint not resolved your side
I have attached my statement snap for reference.
please check and arrange to refund my amount
whenever taking amount though [protected]@HDFCbank this problem i facing the same problem

    After going through so much failed transaction review of razorpay in this forum, i msure i m not the one who is suffering, now coming to my point
    I had made payment for booking irctc ticket through razorpay upi as payment gateway money got deducted from bank but ticket not booked on 30.06.2018
    Transaction id is [protected] of amount rs.1500/-

    I would like to what happen if ticket is not booked then refund my amount kindly reply me asap with all required details.

        I made a payment through upi for a ticket booking at irctc. Unfortunately transaction could be completed but the money deducted from bank. Irctc states that they haven't received the money from razorpay and also bank is denying to make any kind of help. Kindly check the status of my payment and plz ensure that who will be responsible for this unsuccessful transaction and who will listen my concern. According to irctc razorpay bank has made some unauthorised activity in between the payment gateway. Kindly check my concern and try to resolve it as early as possible.

            fist we got this massege
            Razorpay has requested Rs.190.00 from you through UPI.
            and after using UPi
            Dear SBI UPI User, your account is debited INR 190.0 on Date[protected]:45:59 AM by UPI Ref No[protected].
            So refund my amount as soon as possible.

                Hi,
                Please don't play fraud games with customers. I am seriously unhappy about razorpay because i have selected an item on kraftly and tried to order it through netbanking on 25th june 2018. While making payment, my money rs 429 was deducted from account through razorpay payment gateway but order was unsuccessful. This is my payment ref no[protected].                   While i was trying to book my ticket through irctc rail connect application in my mobile; in payment option i have choosen the upi option and paid by tez upi.
                  And the amount get deducted from my account as it is showing in tez that razorpay received the amount. But razorpay is showing that they didn't get money from upi. So i couldn't book the ticket also. And the amount 1500/- rupees get deducted.

                  I request razorpay to refund my money back.

                      I was booking a ticket through the bhim app for a booking a flight. So after i requested for transaction for and it showed in the bhim app but after the it sucessfully got detected the required amount it did not got approved in the irctc site which led the status of the ticket saying that the ticket is not booked but the amount got detected from the bhim app through the razorpay gateway.
                      I tried to contact the razor pay but no one responded.

                                Hi,

                                Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Razor pay amount debited INR 1540 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to say anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking.but IRCTC shows as not booked and no response from bank but money already deducted from my account and transfered to [protected]@hdfcbank but razorpay not transferred to IRCTC. Please refund my amount back as early as possible.

                                I tried to book a ticket on 21st June through IRCTC app, I paid money through razorpay option, my money got deducted but ticket is not booked.
                                I didn't receive any message when will I get my refund

                                  I recently booked tickets through upi where my money got deducted but the ticket didn't get book. Irctc saying they didn't receive money and upi saying they successfully transferred they money to razorpay. Kindly refund my money.

                                    I tried to book a train ticket using irctc mobile app and select payment via upi and paid through google tez. But the irctc app not showing that payment received. And ticket is not booked. Ticket amount rs.495.

                                    IRCTC Failed Transaction ID - [protected] an amount of ₹ 2521.80 was deducted from my savings account of request of Razorpay with failed transaction. It has been 14 days now but there has been no refund. Transaction ID[protected]. The bank confirms that Razorpay is responsible for the refund. Refund the money ASAP.

                                      I was booking a ticket on[protected] from irctc's site where my account has been debited but no ticket has been issued, a sum of ₹ 3, 370/- has been deducted and refund has been issued till date. When i contacted irctc, they said they haven't received any money and claimed it as ticket failure and now i'm wondering where did it go, the amount hasn't been credited to my account too. Below i'm sending you my transaction details.

                                      Sir, i have met tha transaction failure. The ticket amount is deducted from my account but not received to irctc.transaction id is :-[protected]
                                      My transaction id is in screen shot of ticket 3-july-2018. Sir please refund my money.

                                        Hi,
                                        I tried to book a ticket from irctc, it said bank rejected payment but money deducted. I used phonepe upi. My upi id is [protected]@ybl

                                        "dear sbi upi user, your account is debited inr 1375.0 on date[protected]:36:23 am by upi ref no[protected]"

                                        "you've sent rs.1375 to [protected]@hdfcbank via phonepe from your bank a/c."

                                        Please look into the matter and refund my money.
