Hi,
Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.
I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money. I had paid 2680 for ticket for [protected]@hdfc bank through my UPI.

How shall i send you transaction id?

I booked a ticket on 28 may 2018 through irctc app payment via upi
Transaction ID [protected]
700 amount is debited my account but my ticket is not booked. What should i do.
We checked the transaction 100001285046093 and see that this is an unsuccessful transactions.If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit in your account within 10 working days, failing which pls drop us a mail on [email protected].
