It's been more than a week and no refund has been initiated by razorpay for transaction failure where my account has been debited but no ticket issued against the same amount. Earlier refund used to be credited in my account on the very next day or a day later but this time i'm clueless about your service.

We checked the transaction with the UPI refernce number 815320570606 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit within 10 working days.     Hey i am booked ticket through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my account due to selected seat not available. When i saw irctc site "its showing pending from bank end" but still not refund in my account. Please revert asap.

      Hi,

      Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

      I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

        I booked a train ticket on 14.04.2018 worth rs 1855 by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 01.05.2018 and it's been 30 days and refund amount hasn't received to my respective bank (State bank of india). Irctc is showing that the amount refunded to razorpay on 02.05.2018.

          I was booking a tatkal ticket through irctc app. I selected the mode of payment as upi, i got transfer request in phonepay, i accepted the request, transaction was successful but the ticket was not booked
          Since it was urgent to book the ticket, after waiting for several minutes i tried again this time also the transaction was done, but ticket was not booked

            Sir,
            Booking on a train ticket through irctc app and razorpay gateway using upi id of my phonepe app anoop. [protected]@ybl and an amount of 1490 has been debited from bank account to razorpay upi transaction id hdfa95e54aabee74450ab6b4c712ca21447 and irctc transaction id [protected] and haven't recieved refund yet.. Feels like im fooled.. There is no reply for my emails to razorpay support

As such the payment is not credited to us.               I have book my train ticket on 25.5.18 from visakhapatnam to secunderabad and i made payment through razorpay by tej upi app on irctc website. My account debited rs.1680/- but ticket not booked. I mailed to [protected]@razorpay.com but no reply. I tried calling their no.[protected] which was useless.

              Kindly process my transaction and refund me my amount of rs

                I had done a transaction of rs 740 on irctc rail connect app on[protected]. The money got deducted from my account and got credited to your account but irctc showed a failed transaction. I have already posted a complaint but you are still not responding. Patterns show that all irctc transaction thru razorpay are failed which makes us think u r a fraud company. Kindly refund my money or face the consequences.

                    Money deducted from bank account, ticket not booked

                    Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from clt to nzm on 24/05/2018 and payment mode was razorpay.
                    4051rs deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. Please look into this issue and initiate refund at the earliest.

                      Ticket is booked from irctc rail connect and payment mode is chosen upi and tez upi is filled as upi address, as the request is shown in the tez app, i completed my payment and it is payed from the tez but it is not shown in irctc app and transaction fails after 20 min. I do'nt understand where my money gone because it is payed from tez so it is gone in the account of razorpay. So kindly provide me my money back in my account.

                              Booked 2 tatkal tickets on 17 May 2018 using IRCTC app UPI payment option. Payment went through razorpay PG. Cancelled the tickets on same date, but still not received the refund credit in account as of 24th May 2018.
                              IRCTC has refunded the amount from their end.

                              I have received email from Razorpay support on 24th May informing that the refund has been initiated on 18th May. I have been asked to wait another 5-7 working days to get an update on this.
                              THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
                              Please share your guidelines on refund processing timelines, and escalation matrix. I need to escalate this, how can a payment gateway take over 2 weeks for a simple refund of amount? Are you going to pay me the interest accrued as well?

                                      Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

                                      I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money. I had paid 2680 for ticket for [protected]@hdfc bank through my UPI.
