Amount has been deduted from my bank account but ticket was not issued.
But amount has been received by razorpay.

    I try to book the railway ticket through irctc and payment made through vim app the amount rs 520.00 has deducted from the bank to razorpay but irctc failed to book tickets showing the reason payment failed but the amount rs 520.00has not refund by razorpay to my bank. Ei bank of baroda.

    Pls look into the matter and refund the money.

          I made ticket purchase on 11th june 2018 and two transactions amounting to rupees 490 and rupees 135 failed but the money got deducted from my account. The booking also failed in irctc.co.in as payment was not received from razorpay. Pls do the needful to revert back the two failed transactions amount. See photo for details. They are the last two transactions that i made 490 followed by 135 using my upi thru razorpay

              I booked a ticket on 11th june 2018 for my journey on 13th june from chennai to dindugul via palani express. At the time of booking amount transaction failed but amount was deducted my account. This is disappointing for a customer using your gateway.

              Please do look into the matter and take the necessary steps needed.

              Hoping that there matter will be taken up seriously and refunding will be done soon as possible.

                                I had used rail yatri app for booking a ticket which redirected me to razorpay.
                                My amount was deducted from the bank account and i did not receive any ticket. The screen just became blank.
                                Rail yatri app is not showing any transaction and the money has been deducted. that means the intermediate razorpay has received the amount. Kindly refund the same.

                                  It's been more than a week and no refund has been initiated by razorpay for transaction failure where my account has been debited but no ticket issued against the same amount. Earlier refund used to be credited in my account on the very next day or a day later but this time i'm clueless about your service.

                                  We checked the transaction with the UPI refernce number 815320570606 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit within 10 working days. When i saw irctc site "its showing pending from bank end" but still not refund in my account. Please revert asap.

                                      Hi,

                                      Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

                                      I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

                                        I booked a train ticket on 14.04.2018 worth rs 1855 by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 01.05.2018 and it's been 30 days and refund amount hasn't received to my respective bank (State bank of india). Irctc is showing that the amount refunded to razorpay on 02.05.2018.
