Hi

I have made a payment of rs. 630 /- on irctc app by choosing razorpay upi as payment method.

Afterwards, payment of rs.630 was directed to my upi app i. E. Phonepe in my case.

My payment has been deducted from my account via phone pe. Transaction id : hdf835cbac1f2dd418b80e15883dc12a13c, however, ticket not done.

I am hereby atta hing all relevant snapshot of payment and irctc ticket failure.

    Transaction id-[protected]

    My money is deducted from my bank acount but my ticket is not booked and transaction is failed. Then i contected with your but you tell to contect to irctc. Then i contacted with irctc but irctct adviced to contact with you. So what am i do now. Are you fraud. Please refund my money. Nhi to i file case against you.

        My name is alekhya. I have booked a ticket using irctc app on 11/06/18. The transaction failed but the money has been deducted from my account. It's been more than a week and the money had not yet been refunded into my account. The details of the transaction have been enclosed below. Irctc stated that the money had been refunded to the bank. Please do kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.

        I was booking tatkal on IRCTC app and used razorpay as payment gateway. An amount of RS 480/- was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. The reason mentioned by IRCTC is that the bank is non responsive.

          I placed an order on 21st june, 2018 with pizza hut. The payment gateway was of razorpay. The amount was deducted but i received no intimation from pizza hut. If such worthless gateways are still being used, then people will be looted of their money. Gateways like razorpay should be thrown out of the country.
          Shame on pizza hut that they are using such a third class payment system.

          For transaction ID - [protected] the amount of Rs 1240 has been debited through the Razorpay option in the Irctc app but the transaction was cancelled, hence tickets not booked. So pls look in the matter and provide me with the refund.

                I tried to book ticket from chennai to pollachi through bhim app razorpay... But the amount was successfully debited for rs.370 from my bank account but transaction was shown as failed in irctc app..                   My IRCTC ticket dated 18/6/18 transaction id: [protected] is showing a status of pending from bank end, But my money debitted from bank.
                  My transaction mode was UPI using Google Tez app, with a reference number:[protected].

                      I am sriram patnaik was booking a train ticket on 3ac from berhampur to pune on 4th may 2018 through bhim app (Razorpay) which costs me rs.1590. But i didn't got the ticket confirmation and amount was deducted with transaction id[protected]. I have booked it from the id alfrid0123

                      When i called bhim helpline they told that they can't do anything, so i am dropping a mail to irctc and razopay. Kindly refund the amount with immediate action because it is not a small amount for me.

                      I am also attaching the screenshot of the amount deduction through bhim app.

                          I tried to book a ticket on irctc app using upi through my phone pay upi id for sealdah to new jalpaiguri then a request received for the same from [protected]@hdfcbank instantly and i proceed for the same and money ₹350 debited from my bank account but the ticket is not booked on date 15/10/2018 by upi ref no hdf375fd457f73d4918b[protected]a5de77.                             I have booked the eticket in irctc and i have paid an amount of rs 395/- using sbi bhim app. Amount was deducted from my account and the ticket was not booked showing the status as pending from bank. I have raised a dispute in the sbi bhim app. From sbi bhim app issue was resolved saying that goods /services was not delivered. Problem is from razorpay side.

                              Transaction ID [protected] initiated on irctc connect on 11.06.18 and Rs. 1325 deducted from my bank account vide TEZ App (UPI Transaction ID[protected] and Google Txn ID: CICAgKC8vsbJLQ).

                              Money was deposited to Razorpay from Tex App but ticket booking failed at IRCTC. Since then I have not received refund for this failed transaction. Kindly provide details and expected date of refund.
