Dear sir, one of the person called for my credit card renewal, i have trusted him, he has debited for rs 9999 from my icici bank credit card *8005 on 28.7.2018, amount is not credited to that fradulent account, that fradulent merchant not claimed yet. I request you to cancel the transaction immediately.. I have received the below message. Dear customer txn of inr 9999 using credit card xxxx8005 done at raz* razorpay on 28.7.2018.. 29, 30 th july holiday. Tomorrow pls cancel the transaction. Please provide your email id and contact number i will provide the details.. I request you please do the needful.

Please clarify my problem it's urgent to me .
thank you for the details. We see that a refund: rfnd_AncJaR3QY2zKbY of amount ₹ 1, 680.00 was successfully processed on 20th Aug, 2018 for the transaction: 822709240712. It would take 5 - 7 working days for the amount to get credited to your account. Working days does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
