Hello,
I paid to nestaway on august 5 2018 through tez upi, the amount got debited from my account but the recipient did not receive the amount,
They asked me to wait till 13th august 2018 if the amount gets credited back to my account,
Till now i. E. 20 aug 2018 i did not get my amount back nor did they recieve it.
Also i'am not able to contact razorpay though toll free number provided.
Please help regarding this.

Sir/madam,,

Yesterday[protected] booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 2, 010 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always having server problems. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. Here with i am enclosing the transaction id : [protected] the message received from my bank as below:

It would take 5 - 7 working days for the amount to get credited to your account. Working days does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Payment gateway'. The ticket was not booked but the amount is debited from my account. I was hoping that the
Amount would instantly credited to my account, but it is not happen till date.

I do not have any active ECS deduction, however, they have deducted 500 rs from my acc and also they tried debiting 1000 rs which has affected my cibil score. I have escalated to RBI. I need immediate action on this.

I had already posted a complaint few days ago about my money which deducted from my account when i tried to book tickets from irctc. I tried to book tickets from upi and payment gateway was razorpay and they told that money will be refunded between 7-10 working days but but it's going to happen more then 10 days and money has not refunded by them. So i want to say that refund my money in my account soon because it's already very late.

Hi,

I have done my payment in irctc through razorpay and used tez application for upi transaction, the amount is inr. 870.

Issue is amount was debited and debited to requester account but unfortunately the ticket was not booked. I think that's my bad time. : (

Please let me know when i will get the refund amount back to my bank account. I juz contacted tez support they told like usually it takes 1 hour after the refund process initiation. So kindly confirm the status of my refund initiation.

There were three tickets that i cancelled on different dates but i never got a refund for any of the tickets which were paid through razorpay. The irctc site is showing that the amount was refunded. However, there was no refund message from the respective bank. Please see to it.

I tried booking irctc train ticket using razorpay as upi gateway on 23rd july 2018.
805 rupees is deducted but ticket is not booked i used my paytm upi adress(sbi as linked bank).IRCTC says the have done refund to razorpay.

i waited for 5 days but yet refund not credited in my account.so i wrote to razor support. the said to wait for more 5-7 days.

i again sent mail on 06th aug 2018, but have not got any update from razorpay support team as well.

my refund ref no is `rfnd_AeiyiglWKxOG5k` also scrren shot of irctc attached.

Sir i am sushil kumar i am try to book a ticket on irctc rail connect. But during the payment process money got deducted through bhim at the request from bank upi and then i found that the ticket booking is failed and it is categorized under failed transactions in the portal and the reason was "no response from bank".

Date - 29 july 2018
Amount - ₹570

I have attached screenshots. 1 from bhim and other from irctc rail connect app showing the transaction id and the status of failed transaction.

Please initiate the refund or provide the status of refund.

Updated by Jai121299 I have already submitted complaint about my transaction failure and today i again book tickets but irctc app through upi payment gateway is razorpay so when i book tickets my money has been deducted from my account and tickets are not booked.
Yesterday 830 and today 385 amount has been deducted from my account my tickets are not booked so this inconvenience by razorpay is not acceptable so please refund my all money as soon as you can please solve my query fast.

Hi i'm buvaneswaranl
I booked a railway ticket on 28th july using the irctc app through bhim upi.

The payment gateway was razorpay.

The amount was debited from my account but my ticket was not booked.

I have provided the transaction information in the images.

Kindly reply and refund the amount.

Please try to prevent such incidences as they cause inconvenience...

Day before yesterday I book a train ticket two times but it is not successful but amount debit from my account two times, whose transaction id is UPI/DR[protected] AND UPI/DR[protected]

Dear sir, one of the person called for my credit card renewal, i have trusted him, he has debited for rs 9999 from my icici bank credit card *8005 on 28.7.2018, amount is not credited to that fradulent account, that fradulent merchant not claimed yet. Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 830 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, irctc unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking.
