Sir,
I have chosen UPI payment mode for paying my IRCTC ticket amount Rs 390
UPI Ref No[protected] . Money have been deducted from my bank account and in my IRCTC portal it had displayed time out and it redirected to mode of payment page and the ticket wasn't booked and when I checked in my last transactions in IRCTC portal it displayed that payment is pending. It's been a week and still money haven't been refunded to my bank account

    I have done UPI transaction through Razorpay Bank on IRCTC Mobile app.
    Transaction completed from My Bank end and money was deducted but IRCTC app is showing that the transaction is Pending From Bank End.

    Its been 3 days now but failed amount is still not refunded. It looks like the amount maybe stuck with Razorpay?

      Dear sir,
      I tried booking tickets from Varanasi to Mumbai using the IRCTC app and razorpay portal and upi.
      I tried booking on 26th August twice and the transaction failed both the times. The money was however deducted from my account by Paytm(my UPI app) but razorpay didn't show confirmation and tickets weren't booked. It's been more than 5 days and the money hasn't been refunded to my account yet.
      I have attached a screenshot of the 2 transactions of money going into razorpay's account. Please see to it that the money is refunded asap.

        I tried for an irctc booking on 26th september and while booking through BHIM application the money was deducted but the ticket was not booked.In the irctc site the reason shown is no response from bank.Till now the refund is not done.
        Kindly do the same ASAP.

          Hello razor pay team,

          Money deducted from bank account, but the ticket not booked

          Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from aluva to chennai on 26/08/2018 for date of journey 27/08/2018 payment mode as razorpay.

          Money rs. 495/- deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. Please look into this issue and initiate refund at the earliest.

            Sir am booking my train ticket from chhapra to gwalior but 415 rs debited from my account and irctc showing pending from bank end. So not i am able to book ticket not cancel it.
            Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The messagew recived from my bank as below:

                I submitted an application with all my details to razorpay for coming to live mode from test mode, and then they say it takes just 3-7 working days but,
                That's now almost more than 30-days (One month) and still, my approval-disapproval is not coming.
                They are not picking call or not giving any feedback on mail, messenger or anything.
                Please give my activation to razorpay payment gateway.

                    Sir,
                    This is kindly inform to you that on 26th Aug, 2018 when I was booking air ticket from IRCTC AIR app and chosed payment method BHIM via Razorpay that payment had already approved by BHIM and successfully debited ₹3, 150 from bank my account to Razorpay (which evidence copy I attached with it) and they already got that that amount but didn't gave me air ticket. Then I tired contact more than time to Razorpay authority but didn't get any response, number disconnected and their online complain site doesn't work etc.Sir. and still now I didn't get back money..

                    I plea requested to you that please please
                    please help me to get back my money of ₹3, 150... I shall be much obliged...

                      I have paid rs. 1245.91 by paytm wallet (Transaction id [protected]) to irctc to book a tatkal ticket on train no. 15160 (Sarnath express) for date 27.08.2018, t payment done on 27.08.2018 @ 12:25 hrs.

                      Paymet deducted from my paytm wallet but ticket not booked. Irctc website showing payment not complete by paytm while when i called to paytm customer care they confirmed that payment is done to itctc. Now my money paid to irctc & my ticket is also nott been booked which was urgent as it was tatkal ticket.

                      Please let me know its status asap & either provide booked ticket & initiate a refund asap.

                          Hey i booked ticket through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my account.

                          I booked a ticket on irctc app on[protected] from ernakulam town to madras central. The amount got deducted from my bank account, but the ticket is not booked. (I booked another ticket later.)

                          But, there is no refund provided for the failed ticket booking yet. Kindly help.

                              I have tried to book ticket on 23rd aug at tatkal time 11'o clock by using irctc rail connect app and the payment i have selected upi through razorpay.

                              Problem is the money was debited from the account, but the ticket was not booked. I got payment error page.

                              Please check from your end and refund my amount.

                                I booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 5435.00 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The messagew recived from my bank as below:

                                  Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 540 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message received from my bank as below:

                                      Hello,
                                      I paid to nestaway on August 5 2018 through paytm UPI, the amount got debited from my account but the recipient did not receive the amount,
                                      They asked me to wait till 10th August 2018 if the amount gets credited back to my account,
                                      Till now i.e. 20 Aug 2018 I did not get my amount back nor did they recieve it.
                                      Also I'am not able to contact razorpay though toll free number provided.
                                      Please help regarding this.
