Sir,
I have tried book train tickets on 11 july 2018 through IRCTC Mobile application via BHIM UPI PAYMENT. Unfortunately transaction failed. but amount of Rs.225 was deducted from my account and gone to "[protected]@hdfc" upi link. Tickets were not booked.So kindly refund the amount to my account as soon as possible. Transaction details metioned below!

    My cancelled ticket is saying that money is sent to bank named razorpay. That money did not get credited into my bank account. My transaction is through tez app.

          I have paid for IRCTC Rail Connect App via Razorpay gateway and selected UPI. Then Rs 970 have been paid from my account to /[protected]@hdfcbank by this details on 4th Jul 18 but IRCTC did not receive the payment. Please process the refund immediately.

                Money got deducted, but ticket is not booked.
                When will i get the refund amount.

                    I had booked 3times on[protected] with 3 transaction ID IE [protected], [protected], [protected].An amount of Rs1910 was deducted from my bank account but ticket not obtained by me. Yet in the failed list it is shown as pending from bank. My ticket booking was from Kannur to banaswadi for[protected] .Since there was 3 transaction ID and in only one my bank account is deducted for Rs1910 I'm not able to correctly mention the ID

                      I booked a train ticket from Bengaluru to Chennai on[protected]Travel date 19-Aug-2018) .The amount of 260 is deducted from my account as the ticket price.                           I tried to book tickets from hosur to coimbatore on july 3rd, 2018. Booking amount was 210 inr. My money got debited from bank. But booking status is showing as pending from bank end. When i contacted bank i was told money has been debited from bank end and successfully sent to razor pay. Please help me.                               I have booked Two train tickets to Raipur from Visakhapatnam and paid through your window on 20.06.2018. Both the tickets were cancelled on 22.06.2018 and the payment references are OTHPG915 & OTHPG001008.

                              The refund amount of Rs. 1540 & Rs. 1290 against the Two cancelled tickets has not yet been credited to my savings account of SBI from where the payment has been made.

                                  I tried booking irctc ticket by payment on BHIM. No ticket was booked but money got deducted from my bank account.
                                  Transaction ID from BHIM and from irctc app are attached.
                                  My BHIM ID is [protected]@UPI. Please look into the matter because I don't have more money to book the ticket, I can only book my ticket if refund is made by the bank IRCTC is affiliated to.

                                    I booked a ticket on irctc using razorpay, the amount of inr 4901.96 deducted from my credit card on 03/07/2018 at 16:15 pm. But irctc website showing "payment pending from bank end". Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking. The message received from my bank as below.
                                    " inr 4901.96 was spend on your credit card *8972 on 03-jul-18 at raz*razorpay softw.

                                      Hi,

                                      Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 1255 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. But irctc shows as not booked and no response from bank but money already deducted from my account and transfered to [protected]@hdfcbank but razorpay not transferred to irctc. Please refund my amount back as early as possible
