I have brought a course worth 15000/- from prepathon on 20th june using RAZORPAY as payment gateway and paid the amount from my account no. [protected] bank of india talegaon dabhade branch which has an entry of : MEDR/ PREPATHON PA/570988 in my passbook . On 6th July they refund me the full amount and their refund id is rfnd_AVtzRCpdLhDkn7 which is successfully credited my account according to them but it is not credited in my bank account .
please look after this issue and resolve it as soon as possible

            Yesterday i.e., on 15/07/18 I was booking train ticket using IRCTC app and while during payment process, I completed the payment on bhim app but IRCTC app was showing transaction not complete because of no bank response . I thought the amount deducted would be automatically reversed back to my account, but till it has yet not been reversed .My bhim upi transaction I'd is[protected].
            My irctc transaction I'd is [protected]. Please check the above mentioned transaction and make it fast.

              I tried to register train ticket from irctc app,

                                On 3rd of july, I used Razorpay gateway for irctc booking at 12.01 pm
                                Money got deducted, but ticket is not booked.
                                When will i get the refund amount.

                                  I tried to book a ticket on[protected] on IRCTC app. Paid through UPI through Razor pay upi transaction id :[protected]. The money has been deducted from my side but irctc shows pending and yet to receive the money. Kindly resolve the issue.

                                    I had booked 3times on[protected] with 3 transaction ID IE [protected], [protected], [protected].An amount of Rs1910 was deducted from my bank account but ticket not obtained by me. Yet in the failed list it is shown as pending from bank. My ticket booking was from Kannur to banaswadi for[protected] .Since there was 3 transaction ID and in only one my bank account is deducted for Rs1910 I'm not able to correctly mention the ID

                                      I booked a train ticket from Bengaluru to Chennai on[protected]Travel date 19-Aug-2018) .The amount of 260 is deducted from my account as the ticket price. The ticket is not booked .But at the payment status is showing as Pending with the bank END. What should i do now? How will i get to know whether my ticket will be confirm or not? & whether i should book ticket again??
