Dear sir,
I have booked tickets on 28 /06/18 on tatkal basis in kerela express but unfortunately tickets was not booked and my amount was deducted, many days are gone but my amount not refunded please take seriously action this razorpay cheated lakhs of people amount was not refunded proper time, and there Is no customer care from razorpay side, may I request to you please refund my amount as soon as possible. I have attached my ticket screen shot.

We checked the Txn id: 100001351630003 and see that the refund for this transaction has been successfully processed on 16th of July 2018.
