I just made a payment of Rs 4750 to my account in WorknHire through Razorpay gateway. The amount is now deducted from my bank account but the amount has not been credited in my WorknHire account. What should I do now? This is very annoying and it is not the first time this is happening with Razorpay. Also, the customer service is really really bad that they don't even bother to answer the call even if you try calling...

I Booked Ticket on 28 june 2018 on IRCTC using Razor pay gateway. Amount debited INR 2020 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. Now its 20 days and no refund is credited in my bank account.

[protected] bank of india talegaon dabhade branch which has an entry of : MEDR/ PREPATHON PA/570988 in my passbook . On 6th July they refund me the full amount and their refund id is rfnd_AVtzRCpdLhDkn7 which is successfully credited my account according to them but it is not credited in my bank account...

Yesterday i.e., on 15/07/18 I was booking train ticket using IRCTC app and while during payment process, I completed the payment on bhim app but IRCTC app was showing transaction not complete because of no bank response . I thought the amount deducted would be automatically reversed back to my account, but till it has yet not been reversed .My bhim upi transaction I'd is[protected].

I have tried book train tickets on 11 july 2018 through IRCTC Mobile application via BHIM UPI PAYMENT. Unfortunately transaction failed. but amount of Rs.225 was deducted from my account and gone to "[protected]@hdfc" upi link. I have paid for IRCTC Rail Connect App via Razorpay gateway and selected UPI. Then Rs 970 have been paid from my account to /[protected]@hdfcbank by this details on 4th Jul 18 but IRCTC did not receive the payment. Please process the refund immediately.
