amount deducted but payment failed

Hi there,

I just made a payment of Rs 4750 to my account in WorknHire through Razorpay gateway. The amount is now deducted from my bank account but the amount has not been credited in my WorknHire account. What should I do now? This is very annoying and it is not the first time this is happening with Razorpay. Also, the customer service is really really bad that they don't even bother to answer the call even if you try calling...

money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end

I Booked Ticket on 28 june 2018 on IRCTC using Razor pay gateway. Amount debited INR 2020 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. Now its 20 days and no refund is credited in my bank account.
