Transaction id [protected] initiated on irctc connect on 24.07.18 and rs. 2070 deducted from my bank account vide bank reference id [protected].

Money was deposited to razorpay from but ticket booking failed at irctc. The refund status is not available online. I have not received refund for this failed transaction. Kindly provide details and expected date of refund.

    I booked irctc ticket using irctc mobile app.in payment options i selected the razorpay payment option. The amount was debited from my card but the ticket is not booked. Irctc ticket status is showing that pending from bank end. Please refund my money, attached the screenshot for reference.

    This is the first time i selected razorpay payment gateway, and it failed. Sorry to say this, but your payment gateway needs lots of work.

      We tried to make a tatkal ticket reservation via irctc android app on the 21st june 2018 morning.

      The payment option chosen by us for the transaction was razorpay.

      Payment of rs. 2144.60 was through from our bank of baroda account on the 21st june 2018 to irctc via razorpay (Acting as the payment gateway).

      But, unfortunately, the train reservation wasn't through (Due to some problem at irctc, supposedly!).

      Emails were received by us, from irctc, that the refund will be made in 3 to 4 working days.

      It has now been almost a month and the refund has been made by irctc to razorpay. Unfortunately, razorpay is not putting the money through onto our bank account/ debit card.

      We have seen so many similar complaints raised here.

      This experience has been appalling. We are never going to recommend razorpay to anyone. Think about the amount of interest money, from pan india, that razorpay is sitting on by such shenanigans.

      Highly preposterous services offered by your company, sir.

      On the same date, we also used another payment gateway, where also the payment was through but ticket wasn't booked. Suffice to say that other payment gateway is ethical enough as the money was refunded onto our bank account within the stipulated time duration.

      But, otoh, razorpay! Ridiculous services!

      Now, closing the complaint. Marking it solved.

      For resolution, we had to contact our banker and open an e-commerce pos dispute for the refund amount.

      Razorpay was not able to do nothing!
      Sir I have booked 2 tickets for nagavali train from Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam on 20 July 2018. And cancelled them and I should read a cash back of 880 rupees. IRCTC says it refunded the amount to razor pay but it was not credited to my bank account. Please look after the issue

          I made transaction on 29th june for IRCTC, the transaction was failed and my money is debited. And whenever I contact to the customer executive they will tell only one thing "We see that the refund of amount ₹ 445.00 has been initiated on 4th Jul, 2018. We are checking the status of the refund with the bank. Please expect an update within 5-7 working days regarding this refund". Since 4th July I'm waiting for the money but still I didn't got the money.
          Can't you people understand value of time and money. It's an urgent requirement of money please credit it to me as soon as possible.

          Sir/Mdm by today almost one week is completed. And as you mentioned in mail auto Crediting will be done within 4-5working days.
          But still there is no progress.

          And while I calling to the customer support executive they are not responding to the call.
          Please resolve this as soon as possible.
          Sir, I was trying to book a ticket from salimer to sekendrabad which was not able to book but the money got deducted from my account. I used razorpay payment gateway and performed the payment through BHIM app.

                  Hi there,

                  I just made a payment of Rs 4750 to my account in WorknHire through Razorpay gateway. The amount is now deducted from my bank account but the amount has not been credited in my WorknHire account. What should I do now? This is very annoying and it is not the first time this is happening with Razorpay. Also, the customer service is really really bad that they don't even bother to answer the call even if you try calling them a million times. Feeling helpless! I hope some solution arises from this post. I want the Razorpay team to process the refund immediately without any delay.

                        I Booked Ticket on 28 june 2018 on IRCTC using Razor pay gateway. Amount debited INR 2020 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. Now its 20 days and no refund is credited in my bank account.

                          I have brought a course worth 15000/- from prepathon on 20th june using RAZORPAY as payment gateway and paid the amount from my account no. [protected] bank of india talegaon dabhade branch which has an entry of : MEDR/ PREPATHON PA/570988 in my passbook . On 6th July they refund me the full amount and their refund id is rfnd_AVtzRCpdLhDkn7 which is successfully credited my account according to them but it is not credited in my bank account .

                                    Yesterday i.e., on 15/07/18 I was booking train ticket using IRCTC app and while during payment process, I completed the payment on bhim app but IRCTC app was showing transaction not complete because of no bank response . I thought the amount deducted would be automatically reversed back to my account, but till it has yet not been reversed .My bhim upi transaction I'd is[protected].
