Hello,
I made payment through upi mode Via [protected]@hdfcbank upi to Irctc, ticket is not booked and status showing on Irctc website i.e.payment not received from bank end. amount debited but ticket not booked so i need full refund.

Please, help to sortout this issue and provide me a refund as earlier as possible,

amount deducted from account but in IRCTC App it showing pending from bank, i am waiting ticket confirmation, pls do needful, i hope seat will be confirmed, i dont know, whether seat confirmed or not, pls do needful urgently.
