Todai i booked ticket from irctc official app for surat to surendranagar and payment is done via upi payment through razorpay, payment deducted from my bank account but till now ticket booking is pending due to the payment is not confirmed from your side till now. here i attached screenshot of irctc status for clear view of complaint. now i want either complition of awaited payment or refund the amount deducted.

      Team,

      I booked a train ticket worth rs 725 by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. I cancelled the ticket and it's been 7 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank account. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but my bank ac doesn't show any amount credited back from razorpay. Very frustrating since this should happen promptly. Please solve this issue asap.

          I booked a ticket on irctc through bhim apps razoorpay payment system and that ticket was cancelled after couple of hours. Now irctc site showing refund was successful but i didn't received any money in my bank account.

            Hi razorpay,

            My irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 24th april, amount debited from bank but not received refunded after 7 days to my account. As per irctc, they have not received payment for this transaction.

                    On 26th of april 2018, i was trying to book a tatkal ticket on irctc app through razorpay, the transaction was dropped as no seats were available, but the amount was deducted from my bank account.                       I booked a train ticket on 19/04/2018. The confirmation sms from bank came as money has been deducted but the irctc website never issued the ticket saying transaction failure. My bank statement shows money was debited. I sent a email to razorpay on 20th itself they asked me to send details of sms and bank statements. I sent then repeatedly. Till today no response.
                      Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx8109 for a purchase worth rs450.0 on pos 38rr[protected] at raz*razorpay software txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]

                        I had use razorpay upi for book train ticket at irctc on 21 april 2018. money has been taken by razorpay while ticket not booked.

                        Irctc ticket shows transactions faild. My bank bank of badoda has credited money 915rs to razorpay.

                          Hello razorpay,
                          I booked Tatkal ticket on 26th april, but ticket got auto cancelled. I made payment through Tez UPI, using razorpay. Even after 4 working days, still i have not got my money back.
                          The total of rupees 1540 was deducted and From IRCTC got a message as" Could not book ticket amount will be refunded"
                          Till now I haven't got my money back.

                                  I booked a train ticket worth 830 rs by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-sbi debitcard. The ticket was not booked in tatkal quota but for some reasons, it not get confirmed and cancelled automatically and it's been 10 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but these guys aren't depositing to my account. Please solve issue quick. My transcation id=[protected].

                                  IRCTC REFUNDED IN RAZORRPAY BANK.BUT AFTER THAT 7-8 WORKING DAY STILL I CANT RECEIVE MY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.U SAY THAT PAYMENT REFUNDED IN BANK.BANK SAYS ME GIVE THE PROOF OF RAZORPAY.WHAT WILL I DO.WE WILL CANT REACH UR CUSTOMER CARE ANYTIME.

                                    I booked a ticket on 28/04/2018 from irctc app i made payment through rajorpay upi payment was successfully sent to razorpay hdfc bank account but my ticket not booked here is reference no.-your a/c no. Xxxxxxx2898 is debited by rs.1245.00 on 28-04-18 and credited to [protected]@hdfcbank-razorpay (Upi ref no[protected]. Please refund my amount in my account

                                      I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

                                      I tried to book tickets from IRCTC and selected for UPI through Razorpay, but amount has been deducted and tickets was not booked. UPI Ref no.[protected]. Please refund the amount as early as possible.

                                      Booked 1 tickets from irctc website through razorpay gateway. Cancelled both of them later on.
                                      Irctc refund status says "refunded".
                                      The money refund, however, hasn't reflected in my bank account.

                                      Hello plz help me to refund my otherwise I can do case in court and media n all social..about u cheat and fraud with me.
                                      Helo still I can't ricive any kind of money in bank account .
                                      When I get.
                                      Bank says that give us proof
                                      So what will I do?.

                                      I go through legal with court if not ricive my money back.
