I booked a ticket on irctc through bhim apps razoorpay payment system and that ticket was cancelled after couple of hours. Now irctc site showing refund was successful but i didn't received any money in my bank account.
Date of booking:27/04/2018
Cancellation id:[protected]
Date of refund by irctc: 30/04/2018

So kindly do necessary actions to credit my money to bank account.

    Hi razorpay,

    My irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 24th april, amount debited from bank but not received refunded after 7 days to my account. As per irctc, they have not received payment for this transaction.

    Kindly check and proceed my refund to my default account.

      rail ticket cancellation refund

      Team,
      I booked train tickets by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay service. I cancelled the ticket and it has been 22 days refund amount isn't deposited to my account. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but my bank ac doesn't show any amount credited back from razorpay. Please solve this issue asap.

        Team,

        I booked a train ticket worth rs 1070 by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reason i cancelled the ticket and it's been 10 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank account. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but my bank ac doesn't show any amount credited back from razorpay. Very frustrating since this should happen promptly. Please solve this issue asap.

            On 26th of april 2018, i was trying to book a tatkal ticket on irctc app through razorpay, the transaction was dropped as no seats were available, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Its more than a week now, and still the refund has not been processed. The transaction id is [protected]. Please look into this matter and refund my amount asap.

              I booked a train ticket on 19/04/2018. The confirmation sms from bank came as money has been deducted but the irctc website never issued the ticket saying transaction failure. My bank statement shows money was debited. I sent a email to razorpay on 20th itself they asked me to send details of sms and bank statements. I sent then repeatedly. Till today no response.
              Thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx8109 for a purchase worth rs450.0 on pos 38rr[protected] at raz*razorpay software txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]

                I had use razorpay upi for book train ticket at irctc on 21 april 2018. money has been taken by razorpay while ticket not booked.

                Irctc ticket shows transactions faild. My bank bank of badoda has credited money 915rs to razorpay.

                I have attached screenshot of the transaction ID.

                Please check it and refund my money.

                  Hello razorpay,
                  I booked Tatkal ticket on 26th april, but ticket got auto cancelled. I made payment through Tez UPI, using razorpay. Even after 4 working days, still i have not got my money back.
                  The total of rupees 1540 was deducted and From IRCTC got a message as" Could not book ticket amount will be refunded"
                  Till now I haven't got my money back.

                          I booked a train ticket worth 830 rs by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-sbi debitcard. The ticket was not booked in tatkal quota but for some reasons, it not get confirmed and cancelled automatically and it's been 10 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but these guys aren't depositing to my account. Please solve issue quick. My transcation id=[protected].

                                We checked the UPI reference number : 811517172021 and see that it was an unsuccessful transaction. You should ideally receive the refund within 10 working days from the date of debit. For further queries, please feel free to drop us a mail to [email protected]

                                  Hi there,
                                  I have made payment from BHIM UPI APP for a rail ticket reservation on 24th April 2018. Rs. 330 debited from the account but could not reach to the IRCTC and hence the transaction failed in between.
                                  Will the deducted amount be credited into my account automatically or is there some process i will have to follow. Thats why i am posting the complaint here. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  Hi there, I had registered my complaint with all proofs on 25th April, and my complaint was forwarded to customer support on the next day. I think, correct Attached information with proof helped customer support to decide it sooner that my complaint is genuine and they confirmed it on 2nd May 2018. Although they said that i will get my refund within 10 working days, but I am happy to get it on the very next day - May 3, 2018. I got the message of refund on my cellphone. Thanks a lot for your support and services.

                                    I didn't get my refund for a failed transaction using razorpay on irctc app.
                                    I have the shared the details of the transaction below in a screenshot and let me know if any other details are required.

                                    Please look into this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

                                    Let me know if the refund amount will be deposited in my bank account which initiated the transaction.
