    I booked a train ticket worth 430 rs by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked in tatkal waiting quota but for some reasons, it not get confirmed and cancelled automatically and it's been 10 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but these guys aren't depositing to my account. Please solve issue quick

      The transaction was succeded and money was debited from my account but ny ticket is not booked as by showing no response by bank.

        Razorpay — irctc payment failure

        Dear sir,
        This is preyoshi saha, i have done my payment of tickets through 'phone pe' app to razorpay irctc rail connect, but i didn't receive my train tickets though it is showing in phone pe app that my transaction is successful. The amount is being debited from my bank account and credited to your bank but not received by the irctc.. I'm mentioning my transaction id over here..

        Please check the issue and and kindly solve my problem.. Either get my tickets booked or refund me back my money in my account..

          Dear sir /madam
          I tried to booked ticket through irctc app by bhim upi my account has been debited amount rs 2311.80/-upi ref no[protected]and in my bhim app status showing is approved but in irctc app its showing no response from the bank. Again i tried the same. Money also debited upi ref no[protected]status in bhim is aporoved but in irctc its showing no response from bank. Twice my money has been debited but ticket not booked.

          I request you to look into the matter as i urgently need to book ticket.

                      Hello,
                      Today, I booked the ticket from using Razorpay via BHIM UPI but ticket didn't get booked but money(1125Rs.) was deducted from the bank account.
                      But i didnot get a confirmation about the my booking against transaction id:[protected].I enquired about this to IRCTC website about booking and transaction the said they didn't get the amount...

                      I tried to book a ticket from RAJAHMUNDRY to VISAKHAPATNAM, and when I paid through UPI (UPI ID: [protected]@pnb)money got deducted from my account but IRCTC says ticket is not issued due to transaction failure.

                        For booking my tkt i used razor pay gateway but money got stuck in razorpay. I hd selected bhim upi for the payment and then ingit a request of ticket money from the razor so i accepted that and paid money. But i didnt get a confirmation about the my booking against transaction id:[protected].
                        I enquired about this to irctc website about booking and transaction the said they didn't get the amount... Plz solve my problem as soon as possible

                          I tried to book a ticket from Nagpur to Yesvantpur on 12 Apr 2018, but ticket was not booked. After payment there was no redirection on irctc website and money was deducted. Till now, I did not get any message or update on refund status.

                              I have done IRCTC payment on dated 16/04/ 2018 through Paytm bhim upi but payment not received by IRCTC due to no response from [protected]@hdfc bank while amount deducted from my account.
                              So still my tickets not confirmed, kindly resolve this issue and refund my amount of 210 Rs.

                                order not placed but money got deducted

                                My name is deepali. I placed an order with pizzahut using the razorpay gateway on 15/04/18 around 5:30pm. The order was not placed but rs 572.24 got deducted. I even received the mail regarding payment confirmation from razorpay. But when i called pizzahut they said no order has been placed.                                 Hi,

                                I was trying to book e-ticket on 13/04/18 from NDLS-LKO through IRCTC rail connect app. I made a payment of 870 INR using Razorpay payment gateway, listed on the IRCTC app for payment but ticket did not book and amount deducted from my Paytm account.

                                I made a payment through Paytm UPI ID ([protected]@paytm). But I am still waiting for a refund.

                                    I had use razorpay upi for book train ticket at irctc. But while payment its says "bank rejected transaction" but my money has been taken by razorpay while ticket not booked.

                                    Irctc ticket shows transactions faild. My bank bank of badoda has credited money to razorpay.

                                    I have attached screenshot of the transaction id.

                                    Please check it and refund my money.
