Razorpay — irctc payment failure
Dear sir,
This is preyoshi saha, i have done my payment of tickets through 'phone pe' app to razorpay irctc rail connect, but i didn't receive my train tickets though it is showing in phone pe app that my transaction is successful. The amount is being debited from my bank account and credited to your bank but not received by the irctc.. I'm mentioning my transaction id over here..

Please check the issue and and kindly solve my problem.. Either get my tickets booked or refund me back my money in my account..

I booked a ticket from irctc and payment through bhim app by rozarpay but ticket not booked and money debated from my account and credit to raozerpay transaction id[protected]
So please refund the money to my account
