I had registered my complaint with all proofs on 25th April, and my complaint was forwarded to customer support on the next day. I think, correct Attached information with proof helped customer support to decide it sooner that my complaint is genuine and they confirmed it on 2nd May 2018. Although they said that i will get my refund within 10 working days, but I am happy to get it on the very next day - May 3, 2018. I got the message of refund on my cellphone.

I booked a ticket from irctc and payment through bhim app by rozarpay but ticket not booked and money debated from my account and credit to raozerpay transaction id[protected]
So please refund the money to my account
