I tried booking from irctc mobile app and payment for the booking was using upi id through rayzorpay. The transaction was failed due to failure of payment. But the amount has been debited from my account. I want to get refund for this transaction.

irctc refund not received

I booked a train ticket worth 7120rs by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reasons i cancelled the ticket and it's been 06 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but they aren't depositing to my account. Please solve issue quick

Dear razorpay,
While booking a ticket through irctc, i used the razorpay payment gateway, the booking failed but the money was deducted from my account through the transaction id-[protected]. Now it shows on irctc app that money has been successfully refunded to razorpay. Can you please tell where is my money?? I am very much disappointed. It has been more than a week. Please refund the money as soon as possible....

irctc refund

Hi,
I have tried to book tatkal in irctc.in razor pay payment form, i clicked twice on "continue payment". Two transactions initiated towards upi app and i approved both. Tatkal booking failed. Now i got refund of only one transaction. Please find the screenshot of both transaction. And help to get refund of second transaction as well.

I made a payment through your razorpay using BHIM upi id, the money taken from the bank account, my bhim application transaction screenshot is also attached check it, money was debited from my account but the train was not booked.please check that and to help me to transfer my money to my bank account quickly.the complete details are given properly and my transaction id also mentioned in screenshot ....

ticket not booked but amount deducted

I tried to book ticket using irctc rail connect app from tambaram to kulitalai. I opted for upi payment of rs 385. The money has deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked. I attach screenshot of the payment made. So please kindly look into the issue. Because of you i am unable travel on the planned day. So in future try make your system more reliable....

payment successful, but unsuccessful ticket delivery

I booked a ticket on 24/03/2018, around 11 pm, with upi transaction id as[protected].
The amount was deducted from my bank account but no confirmation message from irctc came regarding the same.
I even waited 2 business days, as it says at many places, but then i was forced to write this complain when i didn't see the amount being refunded.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest...

Sir mene 6 march ko transaction kiya tha 810 rs ke 2 bar transaction fail hua mera mene aapke support ke mail pe mail bhi kiya tha unka reply aya the refund 11 march ko initiated hua lekin abhi tak muze mera refund mila nahi he me mere transaction id upi reference no aur aapke support center se aye mail ke screenshots attach kar raha hu please mere refund ke bare me muze update dijiye....

Hi,

On 03.03.2018 i have tried to book the train ticket in an irctc rail connect app and using payment option razorpay via upi but ticket didn't get booked but money was deducted from my bank account and credited into [protected]@hdfcbank at 11.06 am, upi transaction id[protected].
