Respected sir, my name is manoj o m. I was trying to book three railway tickets on 5th march 2018 (5.19pm). I was used upi procedure for payment. When i was book the time i try to book irctc app. That they ask which type transaction., then i give debit card. That razorpay window is open and give details. ticket not booked

Hi,

Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

payment failed but money deducted from bank and not refunded

I made my transaction in irctc through paytm bhim upi using razorpay gateway, the amount of 420 rupees has been deducted from my account, but still in irctc my ticket hasn't been booked. I need my money refunded. This is verry annoying as i am unable to book my tickets and money is also deducted, such a fake company the irctc is dealing with. Don't believe razorpay....

money deducted but no ticket

On 2nd of march i was booking a ticket through irctc app and had chose upi transaction for payment . But money was deducted and ticket was not booked and money is also not refunded . A message was showing up that no response from bank i.e razorpay . Because of this i was not able to book a ticket and transaction not completed . I am adding photo of that transzction so that it might be more clear to you ....

Hello razor pay team,

My money got deducted from bank account, ticket not booked

Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from pune to gulbarga on 03/03/2018 for date of journey 11/03/2018 payment mode as razorpay.

Money rs 235 deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. Please look into this issue and initiate refund at the earliest.

I did a transaction to irctc using razorpay on 9 feb. 2018 but somehow my ticket was cancelled and on 11 th of feb. I received a confirmation message from irctc that your money will be refunded in 3 to 4 days and they provide me a refund id but till now i didn't get my refunds.
So i contact to razorpay but they are not replying only they provide me a reference number that is 161424.
But till now i didn't get my refunds so today...

I got 2 deduction (830 each) for 1 tickets on 3 march 2018. It should be only 830 rupees, but deduction was 1660 (830 + 830). Although i got 1 ticket successfully from irctc app.

Had tried to book a ticket from MUV to NDLS on 24/02/18 at around 10:10 p.m.

Although I made the successful payment through UPI and money was deducted from my bank. But then the IRCTC stopped responding and later I found my ticket in failed booking section reason being "No response from bank".

Kindly credit my deducted amount into my bank account or take any other action in this regard as you deem fit in my favour....
