Hi,
Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.
I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

I, Ajay on 7th March 2018 made a payment of Rs 1710 twice (Total Rs 3420) for train tickets (irtc), yet my tickets were not booked. I had transferred the amount to HDFC account of Razorpay yet they didn't booked my tickets
