Razorpay is not returning failed transaction amount for irctc transaction done on 05.03.2018. Upi transaction no.[protected] and irctc transaction i'd [protected] (Which is showing as payment failed). How to get the refund as i have tried irctc, sbi, upi and razorpay. It seems razorpay is not returning. Relevant supporting documents are enclosed herewith. 12 days delay has already been done by the bank.

    I raised a complaint with razorpay on 21st feb regarding the issue of two times amount deduction.
    They replied back that the complaint will be resolved within 5-7 working days (Complaint reference number - 158747). I have asked them repeatedly to share the status of the complaint.

    Till date, i haven't heard any update from their end.

    Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

      I tried to book a ticket in irctc using Razorpay UPI method. The payment got failed and the ticket was not booked. But the amount is taken from my account. Refund is not done till now.

      Razorpay is worst payment gateway I have ever seen. My advice for people out there is dont use razorpay for any transactions. Its been 14 days since the failed transaction and the amount is still not refunded.

        Non refund of amount paid for two transactions made on 1st and 2nd march 2018. Payment was made to book irctc rail ticket through upi of google tez to razorpay. Amount was deducted from account but ticket was not booked. No refund made till date. Amount deducted was 170 on 1st march and 130 on 2nd march. Please look into the matter as early as possible and kindly initiate refund process.

        I am srinivasa complaining for razorpay, l was ordered Phillips 30000 mah power bank with free Samsung Bluetooth. But razorpay delivered Sony 32000 mah power bank (China make & Bluetooth used items) so please accept my complaint request and provide justice.

          I have made 2 no transactions of amount rs 2741.80 and rs. 250 on 06.03.2018 for booking train ticket using upi from irctc. But both the payment not completed and also showing failed at irctc end. Money has been deducted from bank account.
          I have attached irctc failed transactions and upi payments details.
          Its more than 5 days but money not refunded in bank account.
          Pls refund my hard earned money.

            irctc refund is not credited to my account

            Hi

            My ID: svrajuch

            I booked a ticket on[protected] and cancelled on the same day on IRCTC and made the payment via razorpay upi payment gateway.
            Now IRCTC is showing that they refunded the sum on[protected] to razorpay and it is not credited to my account.

            Please look in to this.

            razorpay - irctc bhim system ticket refund not received even after 12 days

            I booked a train ticket on 15.02.2018 worth rs 3721vby using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 27.02.2018 and it's been 12 days and refund amount hasn't received to my respective bank (Bank of india). Irctc is showing that the amount refunded to razorpay on 28.02.2018.
            Please solve issue asap

              Dear sir,
              I was booking train ticket from hyderabad deccan to habibganj for date 18.02.2018 and payment done from
              Bhim app through rajorpay. Money of rs. 1455 got debited from account but transaction failed. Also
              Checked in booked ticket history but transaction failed showing for transaction id: [protected].
              Please refund my money of rs 1455 debited through bhim app. It is 1 month now still i've not got refund

                Payment of rs. 506.80 was cut from my sbi account through net banking however ticket was not booked. Payment got stuck at razor pay. I had to again repay for ticket and book my reservation. I am highly dissatisfed with razorpay.

                The user did not respond to the messages. The review should not be taken into consideration.
                I have booked 3 tickets on IRCTC. the amount of money deducted from my RBL bank and still stuck in razorpay. Kindly refund this amount very wrost payment getaway.

                    Respected sir, my name is manoj o m. I was trying to book three railway tickets on 5th march 2018 (5.19pm). I was used upi procedure for payment. When i was book the time i try to book irctc app. That they ask which type transaction., then i give debit card. That razorpay window is open and give details. But tickets wasn't booked and my cash (Rs.6116.80) debited in my account. Then i try to contact razorpay customer care call center but never get their connection. Till the time the cash isn't credited my account. My transaction id number is[protected]. So sir please help me to resolve this matter and my cash return credit my account at the earliest.

                    I made a booking through IRCTC Rail Connect app, in which i selected UPI option. Payment was made to [protected]@hdfcbank. But the ticket booking didnt happen.

                        I made my transaction in irctc through paytm bhim upi using razorpay gateway, the amount of 420 rupees has been deducted from my account, but still in irctc my ticket hasn't been booked. I need my money refunded. This is verry annoying as i am unable to book my tickets and money is also deducted, such a fake company the irctc is dealing with. Don't believe razorpay.

                            On 2nd of march i was booking a ticket through irctc app and had chose upi transaction for payment . But money was deducted and ticket was not booked and money is also not refunded . A message was showing up that no response from bank i.e razorpay . Because of this i was not able to book a ticket and transaction not completed . I am adding photo of that transzction so that it might be more clear to you .

                              My transaction i'd:[protected] date:5 march 2018 and time:14:32:47. I book a train ticket from koch to pune using irctc app and i choose the bhmi option to pay the bill and finally razorpaypg website opened it show go to bhim app and gave approval i did that and money also went but ticket was not booked. Please refund the money..

                                I hade made a payment through upi for ticket booking in irctc app. The ticket booking did not happen but the money got debited from my account. Please revert the charges and credit the payment back to my account. Below is the details:

                                After the above complaint raised got a call from [protected] asking for debit card details to transfer the money and he is a fraud trying to transfer money out of my account. Beware of any calls from anyone asking for Debit card details.

                                  I have booked a ticket from from IRCTC mobile app on 10th Feb 2018 and a amount of Rs. 990 was paid to [protected]@hdfcbank.

                                  I have cancelled the ticket on 18th Feb'18 but till date i have not received the amount in my account. According to IRCTC a amount of Rs. 1755 has been refunded to razorpay on 19th Feb 2018.

                                  I have cancelled another ticket on the same day i.e on 18th feb and the amount has already been credited via [protected]@icici. But the above mentioned transaction still has no track and the account is also not credited.

                                  I request you please look into this matter and refund the money ASAP. I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction and irctc refund status with this email for your reference.

                                  Okay, i wanted to repay amount of RS.1803 on krazybee.

                                  while i was doing my payment money's been debited from my account but it didn't reach the merchant.

                                  now i am so worried, and i can't wait 1 week.

                                  you people took my money now and i want it now. that's how it work for us.

                                    We checked the transaction [protected] of ₹ 840.00 made on Mach 6th 2018 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction.If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days.
