Dear madam/sir,
This is to inform you that on 6-mar-18, there were three failed transactions (Transaction id - [protected],
[protected], [protected]) of rs. 635/- each through irctc connect app's upi payment tab on android, amounting to a total of rs. 1905/-, for booking a ticket from bbs to hwh in train no. 18646 for 7-mar-18. As per your refund policy for 'failed transactions', the amount should have been credited back to my account within 7days, but it's already been more than 2 weeks and not a single failed transaction amount has been credited back to my account.
Therefore, i request you to expedite the process of refund of my three failed transactions.
