refund of flight ticket not booked thru irctc

I was trying to book a flight ticket through IRCTC on 16.03.2018 the amount was deducted from my SBI account Transaction ID-IGADCYJFS8.
The transaction ID of IRCTC is [protected]
Amount 9019.80
The amount was deducted from my account but the flight was not booked and the transaction failed.
It has been almost 6 days and the refund has not been credited in my account....

While communicating with razorpay gives feedback that refund initiated at 11march but so much awaiting till date refund not credited.. Worst and frustrated experience from razorpay. Just holding money and not refunding back. Pls help the needful and find attached file....

Hi sir,

I booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

amount deducted twice for single transaction on irctc via bhim

I raised a complaint with razorpay on 21st feb regarding the issue of two times amount deduction.
They replied back that the complaint will be resolved within 5-7 working days (Complaint reference number - 158747). I have asked them repeatedly to share the status of the complaint.

Till date, i haven't heard any update from their end.

Please resolve the issue at the earliest....

Non refund of amount paid for two transactions made on 1st and 2nd march 2018. Payment was made to book irctc rail ticket through upi of google tez to razorpay. Amount was deducted from account but ticket was not booked. No refund made till date. Amount deducted was 170 on 1st march and 130 on 2nd march. Please look into the matter as early as possible and kindly initiate refund process....

I booked a ticket on[protected] and cancelled on the same day on IRCTC and made the payment via razorpay upi payment gateway.
Now IRCTC is showing that they refunded the sum on[protected] to razorpay and it is not credited to my account.

I booked a train ticket on 15.02.2018 worth rs 3721vby using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 27.02.2018 and it's been 12 days and refund amount hasn't received to my respective bank (Bank of india). Irctc is showing that the amount refunded to razorpay on 28.02.2018.

I was booking train ticket from hyderabad deccan to habibganj for date 18.02.2018 and payment done from
Bhim app through rajorpay. Money of rs. 1455 got debited from account but transaction failed. Also

irctc ticket booking payment stuck

Payment of rs. 506.80 was cut from my sbi account through net banking however ticket was not booked. Payment got stuck at razor pay. I had to again repay for ticket and book my reservation. I am highly dissatisfed with razorpay.

Hi,
