I tried to book ticket using irctc rail connect app from tambaram to kulitalai. I opted for upi payment of rs 385. The money has deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked. I attach screenshot of the payment made. So please kindly look into the issue. Because of you i am unable travel on the planned day. So in future try make your system more reliable.

    I booked a ticket on 18 th march through irctc app and made payment using razorpay. Amount detected but ticket not booked. After a day irctc status show refunded to razorpay still not yet received the amount from razorpay.

      I booked a ticket on 24/03/2018, around 11 pm, with upi transaction id as[protected].
      The amount was deducted from my bank account but no confirmation message from irctc came regarding the same.
      I even waited 2 business days, as it says at many places, but then i was forced to write this complain when i didn't see the amount being refunded.
      Kindly look into the matter at the earliest

      I made a transaction last Janury 2018 but unfortunately it was cancelled because of some reason then days later the Razorpay emailed me about the successful refund and now its alread March i still dont received any refund from them as what my bank shows. Please help!

                Dear madam/sir,

                This is to inform you that on 6-mar-18, there were three failed transactions (Transaction id - [protected],
                [protected], [protected]) of rs. 635/- each through irctc connect app's upi payment tab on android, amounting to a total of rs. 1905/-, for booking a ticket from bbs to hwh in train no. 18646 for 7-mar-18. As per your refund policy for 'failed transactions', the amount should have been credited back to my account within 7days, but it's already been more than 2 weeks and not a single failed transaction amount has been credited back to my account.

                Therefore, i request you to expedite the process of refund of my three failed transactions.

                  On 03.03.2018 i have tried to book the train ticket in an irctc rail connect app and using payment option razorpay via upi but ticket didn't get booked but money was deducted from my bank account and credited into [protected]@hdfcbank at 11.06 am, upi transaction id[protected].                       I am Srajan Gupta. I booked a ticket on IRCTC on 5th March, 2018. It was Tatkal ticket. An amount of Rs. 1055 was deducted from the bank but ticket was NOT booked.

                        I was trying to book a flight ticket through IRCTC on 16.03.2018 the amount was deducted from my SBI account Transaction ID-IGADCYJFS8.

                                I had ordered 1 kg of shrewsbury biscuits from kayani bakery, pune on[protected]. The payment of rs.800/ was made through razorpay on the same day. The payment was duly acknowledged by them. (Ref: payment id: pay_9fdkhensmkwme1)

                                Unfortunately, i have not received it even after 25 days.

                                Please look into it and arrange to dispatch the same today itself.

                                  Irctc refund status

                                  I had made payment for booking irctc tatkal wl ticket through razorpay on 09.03.2017 transaction id [protected]- amount rs.1215/- and [protected]- amount rs.810/-.

                                  Irctc has cancelled ticket due to it was in tatkal wl and refunded the ticket amount to razorpay on 12.03.2018 irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 690/- and irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 1035/-.

                                  I would like to know my irctc refund status for above case.

                                  I have attached the booked tickets mails, cancelled confirmation mails and amount refund mails for you reference.

                                  If you need further information, pls let me know.

                                  I have booked a ticket by irctc and used razorpay upi as payment money got deducted but ticket not booked .its already 15days after the transaction date that money didnt refund yet. irctc transaction id-[protected].

                                  I was Booked Ticket and before 6 Dec 2018 Razorpay Reply but still they didn't reply...and another thing I have Booked Ticked 26 Nov 2018 and refund Initiated On 27 Nov 2018 But Still I didn't Get refund...Razorpay Team they were said to me There is Problem with but there is no problem with bank...now they are not able to gave reply...soo Please Dear Sir/mam release amount...it have been already delay 20 Days...

                                    Hi sir,

                                    I booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

                                    I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

                                      I have tried to book a ticket on 05.03.18 thru irctc for which payment was debited from my bank and credited to [protected]@hdfc upi/[protected] but refund is not received till date. I have tried to contact irctc, sbi and razorpay but it seems that the money has not been received by irctc and the same is still with [protected]@hdfcbank.

                                      Normally ticket refund for failed transaction is received automatically but this time i have not received despite complaining multiple time.

                                      While i was booking a tatkal ticket on irctc website i used razorpay as a payment portal and transaction cancelled and after two weeks also I have not received any refund while on irctc website it is showing that amount has been refunded
