money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end

Hi,

Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Razor pay amount debited INR 4200 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to sya anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking. Today early morning i tried to book the ticket using irctc app. I paid the money using razorpay upi. My money was debited but the ticket is not booked. So i again booked the ticket. Finally my money was cut 2 times (1timeextra). Iam attaching the screen shot of transactions. Please verify and return the extra amount as early as possible.

We checked the UPI ID's :[protected] and[protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction.If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days.

    My irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 24th April 2018, amount debited from bank but not received refunded after 7 days to my account. As per irctc, they have not received payment for this transaction.

    An email has been already sent to [protected]@razorpay.com with attached screen shot including Transaction ID.

        I cancelled a ticket on IRCTC with cancellation transaction ID [protected] and Refund ID [protected] amounting to Rs 485 on 22 April 2018. It has been more than 12 days and the refund hasn't been credited into my account. The status is showing refund is complete.
        Please complete this refund as soon as possible.

          I suffering since 15days about refund amount of irctc tickit cancel.

          I booked tickit in IRCTC by razorpay.

          IRCTC refunded in razorrpay bank.

          But after that 7-8 working day still I can't receive my money in my bank account.

          U say that payment refunded in bank.

          Bank says me give the proof of razorpay..

          What will I do.???

          Hi razorpay, I have done an IRCTC ticket booking transaction on 21april, 2018.payment option is debit card.i have done it from sbi debit card.the amount of rupees 2030 is deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.shows the message transaction failed.transaction id is [protected].i didn't get my refund till now.its above the 15 days limited time.kindly help me in this.thanx. regards Amit Sharma.

            Hello,
            My transaction through razorpay for booking a ticket on IRCTC failed but the amount has not been refunded yet.

            It has been 12 days already. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Why is the problem with Razorpay always. I can see many complaints against Razorpay at this site.

                I was booking a ticket through the bhim app for a booking a flight. So after i requested for transaction for and it showed in the bhim app but after the it sucessfully got detected the required amount it did not got approved in the irctc site which led the status of the ticket saying that the ticket is not booked but the amount got detected from the bhim app through the razorpay gateway.
                I tried to contact the razor pay but no one responded.

                      Cancelled on 10.4.18.
                      Refund genarated on 11.4.18.
                      But refund not credited in account till date (As shown in sbi bank statement)

                        I had booked a train ticket through irctc app amount of rs 290 on 26/04/2018 and made the payment through upi app of freecharge to razorpay acount but my transaction not conformed and amount deducted.

                              Todai i booked ticket from irctc official app for surat to surendranagar and payment is done via upi payment through razorpay, payment deducted from my bank account but till now ticket booking is pending due to the payment is not confirmed from your side till now. here i attached screenshot of irctc status for clear view of complaint. now i want either complition of awaited payment or refund the amount deducted.

                                  I booked a train ticket worth rs 725 by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. I cancelled the ticket and it's been 7 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank account. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but my bank ac doesn't show any amount credited back from razorpay. Very frustrating since this should happen promptly. Please solve this issue asap.

                                    I try to book the ticket irctc app. But ticket not booked amount is debited from my account. It show the transaction failed. But not returned to my account.
