I was booking a ticket through the bhim app for a booking a flight. So after i requested for transaction for and it showed in the bhim app but after the it sucessfully got detected the required amount it did not got approved in the irctc site which led the status of the ticket saying that the ticket is not booked but the amount got detected from the bhim app through the razorpay gateway.
I tried to contact the razor pay...

Yesterday, i booked a ticket from using razor pay via upi but ticket didn't get ooked but money was deducted from my bank account.
The money was deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in the refund list of arctic showing payment not settled, but my money was deducted from bank. Please refund my money.

irctc refund via razorpay

Hi,
Booked ticket through irctc using razorpay on dt 3.3.18.
Cancelled on 10.4.18.
Refund genarated on 11.4.18.
But refund not credited in account till date (As shown in sbi bank statement)

All supporting documents enclosed ie. Transaction ids forwarded from irctc, booking ticket details, cancellation ticket details, bank statement, statement of ministry of railways via twitter

refund of irctc unsuccess transaction.

I had booked a train ticket through irctc app amount of rs 290 on 26/04/2018 and made the payment through upi app of freecharge to razorpay acount but my transaction not conformed and amount deducted.
So, please arrange for reversal of the amount of 290/- which have been deducted by upi app of razorpay of irctc transaction id:-[protected]

irctc refunded cancelled ticket but amount not received in bank account

Since payment was made through razorpay while booking, irctc refunded the amount through same channel.

But i have not received the refund amount in my bank account....

I booked a train ticket worth rs 725 by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. I cancelled the ticket and it's been 7 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank account. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but my bank ac doesn't show any amount credited back from razorpay. Very frustrating since this should happen promptly. Please solve this issue asap.

razorpay irctc payment using razorpay failed | money deducted but refund not received

Hi razorpay,

My irctc payment using bhim app (Razorpay payment gateway) got failed on 24th april, amount debited from bank but not received refunded after 7 days to my account. As per irctc, they have not received payment for this transaction.

The ticket was booked but for some reason i cancelled the ticket and it's been 10 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank account. didn't get the refund for irctc failed transaction id-100001245215383

On 26th of april 2018, i was trying to book a tatkal ticket on irctc app through razorpay, the transaction was dropped as no seats were available, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Its more than a week now, and still the refund has not been processed. The transaction id is [protected]. Please look into this matter and refund my amount asap.

money deducted from my sbi ac for train ticket but ticket was never issued

I booked a train ticket on 19/04/2018. The confirmation sms from bank came as money has been deducted but the irctc website never issued the ticket saying transaction failure. My bank statement shows money was debited. I sent a email to razorpay on 20th itself they asked me to send details of sms and bank statements. I sent then repeatedly. Till today no response.
