Hi,
Booked ticket through irctc using razorpay on dt 3.3.18.
Cancelled on 10.4.18.
Refund genarated on 11.4.18.
But refund not credited in account till date (As shown in sbi bank statement)
All supporting documents enclosed ie. Transaction ids forwarded from irctc, booking ticket details, cancellation ticket details, bank statement, statement of ministry of railways via twitter

We checked the transaction ID 100001268519004 and see that it is a unsuccessful transaction. If there is a debit for the same in your account, please note that the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days.
