Hey i booked ticket through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my account due to selected seat not available. When i saw irctc site u already refund amount to my account but still not refund in my account. Please revert asap. Irctc has refunded money to razorpay but they didn't refund me yet. Please do refund my money as soon as possible please.

Hey i am booked ticket through irctc connect via razorpay payment mode selected but my ticket not booked but amount deduct form my account due to selected seat not available.
When i saw irctc site u already refund amount to my account but still not refund in my account.
Please do something about it.

      I tried to book my ticket in irctc app but transaction is failed and money is deducted in BHIM app showing Razor pay status approved. And not get my money back into my BHIM account. The amount deducted in my account is 1305 rupees and bank is not responding for this issue. So please see this and kindly refund my money to my BHIM upi account. And I contact bank there is no response.

        I tried booking tatkal ticket on the morning of 11th may, 2018 on irctc & made upi payment from bhim mobile application through razorpay but the money got deducted from my bank a/c without success. Thus, i request you to revert back the amount as soon as possible.

        We checked the UPI reference number `813110532386` and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the credit in 10 working days.

          Hi,

          Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Razor pay amount debited INR 4200 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to sya anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking. The Messagew recived from my bank as below:

          Rs 4211.80 debited from a/c **5207 on 10-05-18 to VPA [protected]@hdfcbank(UPI Ref No[protected]. Not you? Call on[protected] to report

          2 days before I have booked my tickets 4times from irctc connect app and 1 time by using paytm app continuously due to failed transactions...             Today early morning i tried to book the ticket using irctc app. I paid the money using razorpay upi. My money was debited but the ticket is not booked. So i again booked the ticket. Finally my money was cut 2 times (1timeextra). Iam attaching the screen shot of transactions. Please verify and return the extra amount as early as possible.

                  I cancelled a ticket on IRCTC with cancellation transaction ID [protected] and Refund ID [protected] amounting to Rs 485 on 22 April 2018. It has been more than 12 days and the refund hasn't been credited into my account. The status is showing refund is complete.
                  Please complete this refund as soon as possible.

                    I suffering since 15days about refund amount of irctc tickit cancel.

                    I booked tickit in IRCTC by razorpay.

                    IRCTC refunded in razorrpay bank.

                    But after that 7-8 working day still I can't receive my money in my bank account.

                    U say that payment refunded in bank.

                    Bank says me give the proof of razorpay..

                    What will I do.???

                    Hi razorpay, I have done an IRCTC ticket booking transaction on 21april, 2018.payment option is debit card.i have done it from sbi debit card.the amount of rupees 2030 is deducted from my account but ticket was not booked.shows the message transaction failed.transaction id is [protected].i didn't get my refund till now.its above the 15 days limited time.kindly help me in this.thanx. regards Amit Sharma.

                      Hello,
                      My transaction through razorpay for booking a ticket on IRCTC failed but the amount has not been refunded yet.

                      It has been 12 days already. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Why is the problem with Razorpay always. I can see many complaints against Razorpay at this site.

                          I was booking a ticket through the bhim app for a booking a flight. So after i requested for transaction for and it showed in the bhim app but after the it sucessfully got detected the required amount it did not got approved in the irctc site which led the status of the ticket saying that the ticket is not booked but the amount got detected from the bhim app through the razorpay gateway.
                          I tried to contact the razor pay but no one responded.
                          The detail below is the transaction detail.

                                Hi,
                                Booked ticket through irctc using razorpay on dt 3.3.18.
                                Cancelled on 10.4.18.
                                Refund genarated on 11.4.18.
                                But refund not credited in account till date (As shown in sbi bank statement)

                                All supporting documents enclosed ie. Transaction ids forwarded from irctc, booking ticket details, cancellation ticket details, bank statement, statement of ministry of railways via twitter
