Have been using this service since a year but account was suddenly disabled. The customer support person says that 120 days will be required to settle the funds which is not justifiable. Return back my funds. This is completely unethical. Govt should look into this, as how they are exploiting small businesses....

I am Rajnish Sharma from Faridabad and it is intimated that the 2 no online payments/transactions were made by me on 2nd May 2021 at 11.45PM ( Screenshots of payments are attached herewith) from my Mobikwick wallet through Razorpay pay payment portal to the supplier for a purchase of Boat brand sound bar for TV and a SanDisk Pen drive for delivery period of 10 to 14 days but after making the payments to the supplier no confirmation...

We have purchased happiness card and had dinner at Barbeque Nation (Netaji Subhash palace) on 18th Feb'2021. But the amount of Rs.3200 has been deducted. I have raised this concern in February and i got refund of Rs.3200 back to my credit card# [protected] in March'2021.
Also, got a call and email from Barbeque nation and offered a fresh happiness card on 17th Mar'2021as a token of apology. But now again Rs.3200 has been deducted...

I ordered office chair buy remmiting Rs:1999 through razor pay as gate way payment mode.. Almost i booked this order a fortnite back, i neither recieved the product nor any reply from the company... Pls deliver the product... Or refund the amount.. If not a fraud case will be booked against ur company......

Amount has been debited but didn't get any services for the transaction.
I paid money through razorpay to the application which was giving huge amount of money, but on the date 25 jan 2021, the application has been closed by the merchant and looted all my money which I have paid. I purchased shared bk plan and invested my money in that according to Shared Bk agreement.
“from the date of rental bicycle investors will be provide rental services for the equipment purchased by shared BK. The less period is 90 days, the daily profit is 15 rupees and the total profit is 1350 Rupees".
and didn't provide me services perfectly as it promised to me, But it cheated me and scammed and runaway...
