Had done a merchant transaction of rupees 30000. Through phonepe (paytm payments bank). Transaction successful but merchant says. They have not received any payment. After that I contact to the payment getway razorpay. After 1 month they says contact to your bank an file a chargeback against this transaction. Then I contact to paytm payments bank. They says we have received confirmation from merchants bank Icici bank that the required service...

Hi, my merchant id is FOxHQo84JftleW I received a notification that my settlements on hold after that I raised a ticket they are asking for invoices of 30 transactions because they found some risk issue I provided all 30 invoices of customers then they are asking that I reach out to the customer and provide Razorpay with an email confirmation from the cardholder stating that he/she has received the services and is satisfied with the services...

Purchased sbi general health policy by paying from debit card .but after a week requested for cancellation and refund. On 18 Jan my bank account closed from which payment made . But refund initiated on 9 Feb and saying successfully. But as my account closed so no money recieved.
Enquired bank they saying no money recieved as account closed and razor pay saying transaction successfull and money credited to ur account....

i downloaded an app namely shoppers App and it was recieving orders and was paying commission. As such type of scams are there so was contemplating of not using it but after i saw the payment getting transferred through shoppers app i got convinced of its authenticity and thus started to invest with 10000 which was subsequently paid back an thereafter 50000 whivh was also paid back an at last i invested Rs 1 lac using your payment...

Have paid to the website Northernanthes for a bean bag but after I searched I could not find the website. I did not receive the product. I paid 347 rupees for the same. I have not received the refund for the same. And the phone number mentioned is also not working. I have maild them but the mail also bounced.The number is [protected] and the email id is [protected]@northernanthem.com.

Please refund the amount as soon as possible...

@harshilmathur As a part of your financial risk measures my settlement is put on hold and i have lost my business because all my money got stuck with you which you haven't settled in my bank.I would suggest all people out there to not use this fraud Company...
