On 26th April, 2021, I had booked a 9-in-1 smart chopping and strainer basket and the amount of 249/- was paid online and the said amount deducted from my bank account vide an sms stating the following:
"Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.249.00 from A/c x9026 to RAZORPAY S. Ref IGALAIYDH3 on[protected]: 19.24."
However, till date I have not received the product nor is there any tracking details of the above.
Please inform immediately the cause for the delay and ensure quick delivery of the above mentioned item.
