Myself Ben Fernandes activated Power Bank App 22nd March 2021. Did some money transactions with Power Bank through RazorPay. Now that the Power Bank is closed and company ran off can the RazorPay Team get my money claimed back to me from Power Bank would be appreciated. Details of my transactions are below -

Please I have paid RS 75000 from this site to power bank app but now the application is not withdrwaing our investment from last two days .so I wanna to refund this amount...

On 26th April, 2021, I had booked a 9-in-1 smart chopping and strainer basket and the amount of 249/- was paid online and the said amount deducted from my bank account vide an sms stating the following:
"Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.249.00 from A/c x9026 to RAZORPAY S. Ref IGALAIYDH3 on[protected]: 19.24."

However, till date I have not received the product nor is there any tracking details of the above.

There is a application, named power bank doing fraud and accepting payments through razorpay.The application taking money from lot of people and giving them much more benefits day by day but now a days much money of lots of people struck and not withdrawing . please help me and more people like me
