Didn't Get That Item

Have paid to the website Northernanthes for a Smart Eatch and Headset but after I searched I could not find the website. I did not receive the product. I paid 499 rupees for the same. I have not received the refund for the same. And the phone number mentioned is also not working. I have maild them but the mail also bounced.The number is [protected] and the email id is

Need explaination on payment gateway fraud

On 7 april 2021 i do 3 transaction in power bank named app through razorpay payment gateway i also attached a screenshot of that so i[censored] take money from my account and transfer to powerbank so how u dont know that where u given my money that is a fraud or a scam i need explanation on that as a human right and i need my money back from your side...

I had paid payment but I don't get services

Hello There
I purchased shared bk plan and invested my money in that according to Shared Bk agreement. "from the date of rental bicycle investors will be provide

rental services for the equipment purchased by shared BK. The less period is 90 days, the daily profit is 15 rupees and the total profit is 1350 Rupees".

and didn't provide me services perfectly as it promised to me, But it cheated me and scammed...

Hello razorpay.
I am Puneet and I was paid Rs.6600 razorpay.
Through razorpay payments getaway to Power Bank razorpay.
This website is big scammer. Huge ammount of money was strapped lots of people going to dipression for this scam.
More than 5 lakh people lost their money and each individual lost between 600 to 3 lakh.
And I was also one of them.
So please help me and refund my money kindly.br...

Money debited but didn't received product and not even information of order ( tracking number, etc.)

I ordered a bean bag from the company name Northernanthes...
I paid money through BHIM UPI to razorpay@sbi...
But didn't received any response (product and not even tracking number)...
I thought the site was genuine but it's coming out to be fraud because
A month has passed now...
I want my money back...
Please help me to get my money back......

Wish shop company is no longer paying the withdrawal of customers.
Since we recharged on this site using razorpay security and services.
Please help us to overcome this..
As the razorpay company has connection with wish shop company.

I have sent money to power Bank app, it's closed now, how the razorpay allowed fraud company has gate way, help me to get refund my money....
