I am K.Veerakumar from Trichy city, Tamilnadu. On 9th June 3021, I ordered a bicycle on Stylevelly.in website and same-day paid 3299 INR through Razorpay. Later, I realized that this site is fraudulent and I got cheated.

Kindly assist and help to refund the money back from the Stylevelly.in website.

Payment made through Razorpay for on line shopping of a bicycle from style velly for rs 3499,site seems to be a scame

Address:Stylevelly shopping private limited 30 India house ,Ab Godrej chowk,Kemp's corner,Mumbai Maharastra-400036

From a site named stylevelly on line shopping was done, for a bicycle rs 3499 were payed by e-payment . And this payment is made through Razorpay for this order .now that could not be contacted by any means.The site seems to be a scame.kindly refund the money...

Yet i HAVE NOT RECEIVED the product or refund of money. Please look into my case and take necessary action to delivery the product or send my money back....

Supporting fraud activities

This gateway used by a fraud website indiacakes.com which after cancelling the order sending daily request through razorpay and asking for money. I am.gling to complaint against you to the digital payment ombudsman.

Repeated payment failures

Repeated payment failures noticed on my account since last 1 month through Netbanking of mainly AXIS, HDFC, ICICI etc. The majority of our payment failure is from the bank end which must have a technical reason behind this.
Because if this is merely from the bank's end, then all other business like us who are partnered with Razorpay should also suffer payment failure like us in the same way. But that's not the case.

Fraud against Cash Cube using razorpay payment gateway.

I am Dharam Singh from chandigarh, 11 May 2021, I apply loan form Cash cube app. They are require 494 INR for fees advance. I paid through razor pay transaction mode. But cash cube completely fake app. Cash cue is using rozer pay payment gateway for transaction.

Alredy request to cash Cube to refund me back, but there is no reply, because is totally fraud system.
kindly resolve this complaint and take action against...

Settlements on Hold

Razorpay have put our settlements on hold, despite us being a partner with them for over an year with zero complaints from our customers regarding payments to razorpay.

Upon complaining for days, we got a mail requesting smaple invoices, we sent 4-5 invoices as soon as we read the email, then they replied and said we want invoices of the mentioned payment_ids with the list of those. we sent them those with the each pdf renamed...

Could not update my card details

My previous card got expired, I wanted to update my new card. If I enter new card details, it says the card does not accept reccuring payments.
The subscription is for Memboro...

Though confirmed that product will be delivered within 3 weeks, I haven't received the product....

I ordered a product from facebook....and pay a rs 199.

I ordered a shirt form Facebook but merchant did not give me any sms or mail regarding it...now it crosses all the limit now i want my money back as soon as possible...i did not need of products any more...now i just need my money back which i have paid through RAZORPAY....
