Why you guys deals with these stupid companies, they don't have manners how to respond with customer,

It has been very disappointing working with Razorpay.
It has been 3 months and even receiving a call from Razorpay team for allowing 2 more weeks to get this resolved and having the FIRC.
It has been over the 2 weeks mark now and we have consistently been receiving a similar response like a chat bot about the team is in constant touch with the bank and it is not something internal and still its been over 3 months.
This is very unsystematic and unprofessional way of carrying out business with Razorpay.
Heavily disappointed.
