Dear team,

I just wants to know from whom NACH form filled for me because money was deducted from my bank account and according to my knowledge I've not filled any NACH form, So, this is wrong.
And I want my deducted money back into my bank account.

The transaction has been successful but in the site of CSB bank it is not showing the transaction of money Paid . I request you to please follow up the person who is responsible. And please email me. It has been 4 days since I have done the transaction.

            I have had placed an order for Yellow Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango on 28th MAr 2021 with faster delivery charges for delivery within 24 hours throguh razorpay and prepaid rs. 628.82 (Inclusive of shipping and Taxes).

            However, i haven't received the order till date. The merchant name is "Fusion Collection" who is using RAZORPAY gateway for the payments and the email ID of the Merchant is - care.[protected]@gmail.com.

            It seems to be biggest fraud racket is active on social media, dooping people with false advertisement and the payment Gateways like RazorPay who are associated & authorising these kind of fraud merchants.
            Its very serious concern. I request your self to please look into this and please arrange to refund Rs. 628.82 to my accounts from RAZORPAY.

              I had made a payment to a website called collectionbazar.myshopify.com on 23/3/2021 order number 9985.
              Now their site is not working and looking at other complaints online it seems it’s a fake website running a scam. Can you please refund the amount and do something about fraudulent companies using your payment gateway?

                On 29.03.2021, I purchased a shirt from an online vendor (shirtblacks.com) paying Rs.149.00 using my UPI. I proceeded with the payment, only because it was being made through Razorpay, a trustworthy organisation. I received a mail acknowledging payment from Razorpay (Payment Id - pay_GsQ0e17P0DlckY dated 29.03.2021, attached). I did not receive any acknowledgment from the vendor yet and this is obviously a fraud. The website is inaccessible now(screenshots attached) The mail from Razorpay vaguely directs to contact "Jewelry Mart" for order related queries without providing any valid link. A search for Jewelry Mart does not lead any such valid vendors. It is clear that it is a bogus company which uses Razorpay portal to cheat customers. A few research led me that there are similar incidents reported earlier against Razorpay for different websites, but with the same vendor “Jewelry mart”
                I request that steps may be taken to get me the amount paid by me ASAP. Also requesting Razorpay to delist Jewelry Mart. Thank you.

                I have made a payment for flight ticket on sastiticket.com. Money was deducted and i didn't received the reservation details. I logged the complain on their website since i tried calling their toll free but seems its not working. Someone called me up and asked me from where to where you booked the ticket. I gave him the info, then he said your reservation of flight ticket was not successful as the price has been change for air fare, i asked him that now how much is the difference, he said 1400 rupees, when i checked online myself the difference was just 75 Rupees, when i told him the same, he just hang the phone and block my number. Please find the attached payment deduction details. I feel this website is fraud and they are just cheating customers. Please take appropriate action as my money was deducted from razorpay platform.

                And then once i placed a order I received a sms that Thanks for purchase with tracking link. for that day i can track the order but after 4th day im not able to reach that site its showing me error like some this is wroung this is completely froud site which useing other brands reference to make people’s believe ill provide all the proofs with ss

                Request to take action for this and request for refund the Money which transaction done withRazorpay

                    This is fake, as today there site has been closed . I had paid 761.91/- via order no. 8071 on 22nd March 2021 .

                      We have booked chair on 16-Mar-2021 for senior citizen and transaction doing through his Gpay shown Razor pay.. There is no track of delivery neither customer care number provided by collectionbazarshopify .com link received through facebook advertisement..

                      Kindly note, it is hard earned i don't know why you people encourage such fraudsters account and spoil your quality payment gateway service such people..We are attaching the screenshot for the payment done and do the needful in refund the amount for the same.

                      Thank you for valuable support and keep full stop for such fraudsters..

                                    I never received this product from avenue collection.
