I had ordered a bean bag few days ago but did not receive any confirmation or tracking details for which I'm sure there is something fishy. I had to pay 349/- and I want a refund ASAP.

Please I request Razorpay to look into these types of companies that are trying to fraud innocent people and make them spend their hard earned money for no use.

    My payment of RS. 999 failed for peesafe menstrual cup pack but amount debited from bank account. As per message, I thought payment will get credited within a week time. But till day, no amount has been credited to my account.

          I ordered some fruits from “ greatword. in “ using razorpay payment module. I have not received the product and their site is unreachable.
          Pl find attached my payment details and OTP details sent from razorpay.

              I made a payment using your portal to the merchant of Rs one lakh but never got the services and I am not able to withdraw it.

                I paid through Netbanking SBI TO Razorpay Rs299/= on 24.2.2021 to NIVEA Fashion to buy Aluminium fruit juicer hand press but I can not trace the company or my order delivery.

                Please provide me details to whom that payments was made.

                Is it a fraud company?
                I lost the money or can it be refunded to my bank account?

                    I have filled up the form for passport at ONLINE PASSPORT (Private Consultancy Service) and did the payment through RAZORPAY yesterday but I have not received any acknowledgement of payment done on 13th April 2021 nor do I received any application number or other details.

                    I feel this is a fraud private consultancy service so could you kindly initiate for the refund of my payment done i.e. Rs3000

                      I am a merchant at razorpay since last few months, initially all my settlements were done in time, I recently was conducting an event and i got my registration through it. I collected around 83000 which is still on hold, apart from that an amount of rs 14000 is kept on hold since last 2 months. Everytime I contact the support team, I am given this surety that the concern team is working on it, i raised a ticket 7 days back but there is no response from the concern team yet.

                        I added products in my cart and proceed with payment...website (https://homedelivery.xseededucation.in) didn't asked me to login but gave option to complete payment and I choose wallet payzapp and selected my Hdfc credit card and paid and payment got success and I got error saying session not valid.

                        Now I want refund.

                        Transaction took place on 20 march 12.30 Pm and amount was 2467
                        50 rs.

                          Please avoid any kind of payment through Razorpay gateway. This guys are running unethical issuing their payment gateway to fraud and fake ecommerce businesses.

                                I have paid to the website Northernanthes for a bean bag but after I searched I could not find the website. I did not receive the product. I paid 353.47 rupees for the same. I have not received the refund for the same. And the phone number mentioned is also not working.                                     I have received this email from razopay "We have received a risk alert against your account for non-compliance with regulatory guidelines as set by one of our partner banks"

                                    I have raised a ticket and provided them with all the information needed but yet they have not yet replied to me...

                                    i was adding money to my 'supr daily' wallet for an order, i did that with paytm app and the upi address where the money was to be sent was showing [protected]@mairtel and then it automatically came back to supr app. it was showing waiting for payment confirmation for a long time. i contacted the app's customer care service and when i ended the call it showed the payment took a long time and something like that and RETRY and the money wasn't sent their.
