Razorpay — Fraudulent transaction | |
Hi Team, I made a payment on 397/- through Razorpay on 04-Feb'21for a smartwatch to smartiwrist.in however there is no response on the order from them in spite of sending 2 emails. When I click on the website it shows as unavailable or an error page. When I contacted my bank they asked me to contact you for this transaction. I think this is a fraudulent activity hence I need you to report it and refund my money back to my account. The bank reference number is mentioned below for your reference: UPI/[protected]/Northernanthes/razor.pa Please check and revert at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
