I have paid to the website Northernanthes for a smart watch but after I searched I could not find the website. I did not receive the product. I paid 397 rupees for the same. I have not received the refund for the same. And the phone number mentioned is also not working. I had made order on 8th February 2021 the payment has been deducted from my account. But I still didn't received my order and the payment got failed. The amount which I had paid is still not credited to my account.

The payment was to credit in 5 to 7 business days but today is the 8th day .
