[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc failed transaction refund not received since 05.03.18

Address:Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, 482004

I have tried to book a ticket on 05.03.18 thru irctc for which payment was debited from my bank and credited to [protected]@hdfc upi/[protected] but refund is not received till date. I have tried to contact irctc, sbi and razorpay but it seems that the money has not been received by irctc and the same is still with [protected]@hdfcbank.

Normally ticket refund for failed transaction is received automatically but this time i have not received despite complaining multiple time.

While i was booking a tatkal ticket on irctc website i used razorpay as a payment portal and transaction cancelled and after two weeks also I have not received any refund while on irctc website it is showing that amount has been refunded
