Hi,

Today, i booked the ticket from razorpay via upi but ticket didn't get booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

    Hi,

    I got 2 deduction (830 each) for 1 tickets on 3 march 2018. It should be only 830 rupees, but deduction was 1660 (830 + 830). Although i got 1 ticket successfully from irctc app.

        Hello razor pay team,

        Money deducted from bank account, ticket not booked 30 days complete

        Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from dadar to htk on 31/01/2018 for date of journey 01/02/2018 payment mode as razorpay.

        Money rs 385 deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. Please look into this issue and initiate refund at the earliest.

          I have booked a ticket from razorpay gateway with IRCTC on 12 Feb 2018 and a amount of Rs. 990 was paid to [protected]@hdfcbank. The UPI transaction Id is[protected].
          The UPI id used for the transaction was [protected]@okaxis

          I have cancelled the ticket on the same day but till date i have not received the amount in my account. According to IRCTC a amount of Rs. 925 has been refunded to razorpay on 13 Feb 2018 with reference to the cancellation of ticket.

          I have cancelled another ticket on the same day and the amount has already been credited. But the above mentioned transaction still has no track and the account is also not credited.

          I request you please look into this matter and refund the money ASAP. I have also attached the screenshot of the transaction and irctc refund status with this email for your reference.

              Had tried to book a ticket from MUV to NDLS on 24/02/18 at around 10:10 p.m.

              Although I made the successful payment through UPI and money was deducted from my bank. But then the IRCTC stopped responding and later I found my ticket in failed booking section reason being "No response from bank".

              Kindly credit my deducted amount into my bank account or take any other action in this regard as you deem fit in my favour. Thank you.

                Sir,

                I am jibin thomas, i tried to book ticket through irctc site via razor pay (Upi) on february 12th 2018, 11.08 am.
                Payment was successful but ticket was not booked.
                I went through the same payment option again and booked the tickets again at 11.13 am and it was successful.
                Both times money (Rs 770) got deducted from the bank but only one ticket was booked (With the latest payment)

                I kindly request you to look into the matter and necessary steps to initiate my refund of the same.

                Pfa screenshots of my payment, the booked tickets. And the numerous mails i have send.
                Please kindly obtain clarification where my money went.

                  I booked a train ticket worth 380rs by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi.                     My irctc ticket was cancelled on 18th February 2018 and amount was refunded back to Razorpay on19 the February 2018 and after 7 day s still not refunded my money. I don't know how Indian Railways can support this type of Fraudsters payment gateway company hope my complaint will be resolved asap.

                            I need an update on this.
                            Booked 2 tickets from irctc website through razorpay gateway. Cancelled both of them later on.
                            Irctc refund status says "refunded".
                            The money refund, however, hasn't reflected in my bank account

                              Hi,

                              Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

                              I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

                              I have tried razor pay twice to book ticket.
                              Both the time's money got deducted from Bank and payment got failed.

                              I haven't received the refund as well.
                              Please refund my money.

                                Hello razor pay team,
                                Yesterday i. E 9-2-2018,
                                I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi.                                   I attempted to book a ticket through IRCTC mobile app using Razorpay UPI payment option

                                  The amount (i.e Rs 755) got deducted from my bank account and credited to your account. However, the amount was not received by IRCTC which resulted in failure of ticket booking

                                  Mentioning transaction ids and attaching screenshots for your reference

                                  Hi,

                                  I had two transaction failures in irctc railconnect app on Dec 28. The app shows it as Payment failed and money got debited from my account.

                                  Its more than one month and money is not yet credited back. Please credit back money at the earliest
