Sir,
I am jibin thomas, i tried to book ticket through irctc site via razor pay (Upi) on february 12th 2018, 11.08 am.
Payment was successful but ticket was not booked.
I went through the same payment option again and booked the tickets again at 11.13 am and it was successful.
Both times money (Rs 770) got deducted from the bank but only one ticket was booked (With the latest payment)
I kindly request you to look into the matter and necessary steps to initiate my refund of the same.
Pfa screenshots of my payment, the booked tickets. And the numerous mails i have send.
Please kindly obtain clarification where my money went.
