Hello,
I had applied for rbl credit card on may 29th (Application number: [protected]). 2 days after i had received a call from one of the rbl executive regarding document verification. They asked me for local address proof. I just send them through email that they provided to me ([protected]@rblbank.com). 26 days got over i didn't get any call from their end. There is no notification to me till date at least they can tell me the status if they can't provide means please notify me with the reason. So i can find some other source.

Thanks for the RBL Bank the problem was rectified. My application also approved and got a confirmation SMS from RBL Thanks for your patience. 05-07-2017 I have received my credit card thank you very much for the quick action.

Dear RBL bank,

I am not a rbl account holder, I am writing this to bring in your notice that since 8 months or more I am getting calls from RBL Credit Card team to apply for the CC. I had applied it thrice, even all the verfication was done over the phone with me and my colleagues at my office. But all the 3 times it got rejected and the reason which I came to know from your sales team that bank does not provide card for PIN Code- 401107.
But now about few minutes ago I get a call from your sales team once again for the selling card but this time I told them that I am not interested in getting any rbl cards. They called me back again and said that if I do not accept the card my CIBIL will get affected.
Can I know, how will my CIBIL get affected?? if I do not want any card.
I am sharing you the numbers from which I got the call. Hoping that you will get back to me with a positive response.

    Hi,
    I had a credit card from rbl till 2014. I requested rbl to discontinue this card after paying all the dues in mar 2014 (Rs. 86, 000 with some extra money). Subsequently, i destroyed this card at that time.
    Despite my request for discontinuing this card, these guys have not done the same and are continuously charging a fee. I have had many calls with them informing the the card is not in use, but to no avail.
    Now, these guys are giving abusive calls and harassing me and my family members.
    Please look into this matter and advice what needs to be done.

      I received call from shruti from rbl bank advising me that i have a pre - approved credit card and asked for documents. I submitted all necessary documents in the first week of june 2017 and now i get to hear from bank 's side that the application has been rejected. Can you please explain this non sense going on as i recently got to know that rejection of credit application adversely impact cibil score. Why such fraud are being perpetuated by the bank to harass the customers???

      Hi, Post the filing of complaint on the site, I got a call from Rahul Sharma from Mob [protected] stating that he is RBL baNk and calling in regard to my complaint. He informed that my card is on hold and I need to deposit Rs. 20 online. On probing further, he started abusing in hindi. What sort of service is this...Can some one explain????

        I had a worst experience with it. I will never recommend to anyone for bank account or credit card. They hold customers money for a long time (15 days) if any payment fails or back. Where other bank back money within 5 working days.in now a days. These guys are so careless never connect a call with executive.

        Worst customer service. Never connect to call with customer care.

        I have made my credit card payment of rs 21284 by net banking. But there is amount is not update at my credit card bill and amount rs 21284 is debited from my bank account. Please help today is my due date. I have to call customer care from 2 days but I haven't contact with you. Kindly help me

        One of the Fraud banking RBL Bank. My Card rewards points debits without any intimation.
        As i already told worst Customer care executives in this bank. They also wants to try manipulate customers. As today call, One of the executive named anam transferred my call from banking system to credit card department but same there call not go through any executive. I am completely disappointed with RBL Bank. Never suggest to anyone for taking card from RBL.

        Is the proper way of dealing customers?

        Worst customer service. Never connect to call with customer care.
        I have use 1300 rupees and they will cut additional 300 rupees. And I have pay 100 rupees once see my transaction Msg u will get an about rbl credit card fraud I'll upload transaction msgs
        I requested through email to close my credit card but no response from bank.
        Very very worst service of this company, no proper channel to speak ccare
        none of ccare number working correctly and there are no option to directly communicate to their customer care representative, i am strongly say this type of service they are doing to make harassment to the customer once you avail their service. in fact if you connected their representative teach us how to use online banking, now days people have lots of experience to manage their E-Banking.
        simple changing a tpin you will never get your OTP with stipulated time and it says time out, what kind of service this bank provide, first they have to understand what standard maintain by other banking domain.
        Customer Care Service is very bad and Worst.
        RBL bank has poor customer service. When I reported fraudulent transaction that happened in my credit card these guys are bluntly refusing to take up my complaint. They claim OTP was enabled and I am bound to pay for the money lost. Raised FIR, raised dispute but it’s really waste. They don’t secure credit cards nor check with customer to approve any transaction that is suspicious

          I have received the message from rbl that you are eligible to upgrade your card, attached screen shot for the same, later i have received call from rbl that fees of this card is 5000, but as you are selected client, we are giving you 20000 rewards point against which you will adjust this fees.

          Now i have received a card statement where they are charging me 5000 + tax as a service fee and they want me to pay the same. I called up customer care they said, you have to pay this, and reward point will credit in next statement, you can use the same for any purchase.

            Please note that i applied for rbl credit card on 5.4.2017 card and #ccg335hg4m. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. On 26.04.2017 i got checked in rbl link showing track your card application using my application num [protected] found the reason as follows. "dear customer, your rbl bank cr card application no. #ccg335hg4m is currently under process. We regret the delay and will keep you posted on further progress." and on 28.04.2017 i again checked it shows as follows "application reference number #cccg335hg4m, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank. Ms. Laya an executive only followed my application from begin to end. And the executive confirmed that after confirming my cibil report they processed my application and rbl bank rules itself was the same after providing approval message received to customer only the executive can able to follow further. Laya, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. And even many times i called to that executive but she doesn't picked up my call. Regards krishnakumar [protected]. Please suggest me what is next process.               Again at 6:20pm your executive ms. Poonam call and ask the same irritated question what problem is in bill?

              Again same history i have repeat as usual like doing from the month of march 2017, and as expected from your use less team same answer the concern has forwarded to concern team they will call you back and update the status. Hell!!!

              Your executive told me that i have to pay 23114/- but not able to tell me why,? & the bifurcation.

              From last four month you people send me bill of having negative amount and i am asking every time what should i have to pay please tell me otherwise you people will ask all amount on the same time see same thing happen.

              So for your kind information i am not going to pay any late fees and interest charges.

              And tell me amount to be pay in installment., as this is because of your people ignorance not me.

                I didnt do any transaction on 8th may 17 but showing in my statement.
                Even i didnt recv any message and and otp for this transaction.
                I will not pay this amount as rbl people are too lazy for the customer service and if i have not done any transaction how anyone can update in my statement.
                I willl even file a fir against these people.

                Even i have not recvd anything and transaction was showing in my statement.

                I have made a payment of Ra: 2000 yesterday I have received a message from my bank that money has been debited however did not get any information from RBL bank moreover I wrote an email to them and still did not get any response.

                  Kindly tell me if you guys unblock my credit card last 2 month i was suffering if you not unblock then inform me other wise close my credit card.

                      Opened my abacus account on 8th of May account number[protected] using ekyc. They are supposed to issue a debit card in a week. On 19th May I even did an in person kyc and even raised a complaint for non issuance of debit card the complaint number is CR[protected]. Since 19th may they are persistently telling me your debit card is in process and will be issued in 2 working days. If they don't want to provide service why are they making such products and promises. Everytime i am getting an excuse that it is in process.
                      RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I am Satish Sudarashan Chougule . I already closed account before 2 months.
                      And after 2 months also i am getting message and mail from RBL bank to maintain minimum balance and charged 557 rs.
                      I submitted all documents required to close account before 2 months. So let me confirmed what is the problem.

                          Last 3 months payment not making payment. Reason financial
                          Crises. So i ask time till july.. But rbl collection manager haja hussain and collection agency person
                          Mr, arokia raj. They torture and threatning me and harresing with my family. I inform i no need reversal
                          I will make the full payment july onwards. But they not listning my words n threatning me.. This issues
                          Continoues i will directly go to commsioner office n complaint aganist this issue.. I am not hide my places
                          I am visible and not change for my office,, so they people doing mind tortue and blackmailing.. So pls check

                            Rbl bank employee mr. Appinder singh and ex-emoloyee of hdfc bank mobile no:- [protected] called me yesterday at 1:20 and was abusing me he again at 3pm called and was talking in a devastating manner. I don't know who he is? But he had violated the act of rbi guidelines and bank ombudsman. I therfore kindly request rbi to have through check against him. He's only a culprit walking outside.

                              I have applied rbl abacus bank account online through online e-kyc process on may 1st 2017. Today is may 10th still now i have not recieved the debit card to my registered address. I called to customer care they said they dont have the details updated on the server. It takes 7 to 10 days to reach. Actually it takes maximum of 5 to 6 days to reach from bombay normally but still here not recieved
                              Note i asked for courier tracking details to track they said they dont have any update
                              Tracking id should be delivered through msg when it has been despathcd not after delivering the card to registered address

I had 2460 rewards points, out of that 2400 points were utilized to recharge my mobile ([protected]) with Rs 600 but i have not received recharged amount. Recharged on 17th of May at 07:38 am.                                   Thi is justin. Past 1.5years onwards using rbl creditcard. Last 3 months payment not making payment. Reason financial
                                  Crises. So i ask time till july.. But rbl collection manager haja hussain and collection agency person
                                  Mr, arokia raj. They torture and threatning me and harresing with my family. I inform i no need reversal
                                  I will make the full payment july onwards. But they not listning my words n threatning me.. This issues
                                  Continoues i will directly go to commsioner office n complaint aganist this issue.. I am not hide my places
                                  I am visible and not change for my office, so they people doing mind tortue and blackmailing.. So pls check
                                  And necessary action against this people

                                  Pls take necessary action above mantion people.. Else i thing negative way my life... So as soon as possible

                                    My name is bhaskar, my rbl credit card no-[protected]. My card january month statement amount due is 168.14... So we paid 170... After that we didnt used that card... Recently we got mail.. That we need pay rs. 2301.92... We chwcked all mails noticed that... They adding finace cash chrges... (We dont what that charges) 168.14+3.29 (We just paid last statement balance thats it.. We didnt do any transactions)=171.43 for 1.43 rupess now they are asking to pay 2301.92... Please look ino my case... Below im adding my credit card statement... We tried costmercare but they dont have any answers

                                    My name is Mukunda Bogam, My Credit Card number is [protected]. I had 2460 rewards points, out of that 2400 points were utilized to recharge my mobile ([protected]) with Rs 600 but i have not received recharged amount. Recharged on 17th of May at 07:38 am. Ref No.RBLMB257287. Please check and do the needful.

                                      RBL had provided me a chargeable credit card saying that it can be closed before the end of the year if 2 lacs is not spent within a year. I had called the bank executive just before the year ended and asked to close it but instead it provided me a new chargeable card and added the existing amount to my statement. The entire conversation was done over phone. I have been mailing then since to waive my charges and not to mentally harass me with due statements in electronic form but despite to this they are sending all dues to me. I have a good credit record and because of such fraudulent activities of RBL bank, i fear it might affect my credit score. I request the concerned authorities in this forum to look into this matter with great concern as it affects the consumer sentiments over taking a credit card .

                                        I am applying rbl bank credit card. Rbl executive taken all my documents but some days rbl bank says not approves and all my document lapsed and miss use.
