Rbl credit card team

Again at 6:20pm your executive ms. Poonam call and ask the same irritated question what problem is in bill?

Again same history i have repeat as usual like doing from the month of march 2017, and as expected from your use less team same answer the concern has forwarded to concern team they will call you back and update the status. Hell!!!

Your executive told me that i have to pay 23114/- but not able to tell me why,? & the bifurcation.

From last four month you people send me bill of having negative amount and i am asking every time what should i have to pay please tell me otherwise you people will ask all amount on the same time see same thing happen.

So for your kind information i am not going to pay any late fees and interest charges.

And tell me amount to be pay in installment., as this is because of your people ignorance not me.

    I didnt do any transaction on 8th may 17 but showing in my statement.
    Even i didnt recv any message and and otp for this transaction.
    I will not pay this amount as rbl people are too lazy for the customer service and if i have not done any transaction how anyone can update in my statement.
    I willl even file a fir against these people.

    Transaction was done on 8th may.
    Even i have not recvd anything and transaction was showing in my statement.
    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have made a payment of Ra: 2000 yesterday I have received a message from my bank that money has been debited however did not get any information from RBL bank moreover I wrote an email to them and still did not get any response.

      I sir,

      Kindly tell me if you guys unblock my credit card last 2 month i was suffering if you not unblock then inform me other wise close my credit card.
      This is not you bank rule you did not conform any details i have many more accounts in your bank, rd and lic also but your guys don't response last 2 month
      I follow but there is no conformation. Also you guys check my account details i had always before time pay my card payment. Also i had 2.70lakh investment in year of your bank
      With our rd but you guys have there is no problem. I want to my card is unblock plzz do something higher department this my last email.

          Opened my abacus account on 8th of May account number[protected] using ekyc. They are supposed to issue a debit card in a week. On 19th May I even did an in person kyc and even raised a complaint for non issuance of debit card the complaint number is CR[protected]. Since 19th may they are persistently telling me your debit card is in process and will be issued in 2 working days. If they don't want to provide service why are they making such products and promises. Everytime i am getting an excuse that it is in process.
          RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I am Satish Sudarashan Chougule . I already closed account before 2 months.
          And after 2 months also i am getting message and mail from RBL bank to maintain minimum balance and charged 557 rs.
          I submitted all documents required to close account before 2 months. So let me confirmed what is the problem.

            My self Neeraj Kumar and I live in Delhi, want to bring you few things in notice that last month I applied for loan after submitting all the required documents I didn't yet received any positive response from your side, even till date your executive calls and ask for documents reapetdally, i am harassed by your process as I work in reputed group and it's our daily routine that we do car loans within 2 to 3 days and deliver car as well but i am surprised shocked and harassed by the behaviour and delay of your process, your executive Miss Vimmy called me today also and asked for 10th class certificate which I sent it again but from now I request you with my folded hands to send my documents and I close this chapter by few word that I will never ever consider your bank for my any purpose.

              Crises. So i ask time till july.. But rbl collection manager haja hussain and collection agency person
              Mr, arokia raj. They torture and threatning me and harresing with my family. I inform i no need reversal
              I will make the full payment july onwards. But they not listning my words n threatning me.. This issues
              Continoues i will directly go to commsioner office n complaint aganist this issue.. I am not hide my places
              I am visible and not change for my office,, so they people doing mind tortue and blackmailing.. So pls check

                Rbl bank employee mr. Appinder singh and ex-emoloyee of hdfc bank mobile no:- [protected] called me yesterday at 1:20 and was abusing me he again at 3pm called and was talking in a devastating manner. I don't know who he is? But he had violated the act of rbi guidelines and bank ombudsman. I therfore kindly request rbi to have through check against him. He's only a culprit walking outside.

                  I have applied rbl abacus bank account online through online e-kyc process on may 1st 2017. Today is may 10th still now i have not recieved the debit card to my registered address. I called to customer care they said they dont have the details updated on the server. It takes 7 to 10 days to reach. Actually it takes maximum of 5 to 6 days to reach from bombay normally but still here not recieved
                  Note i asked for courier tracking details to track they said they dont have any update
                  Tracking id should be delivered through msg when it has been despathcd not after delivering the card to registered address

I had 2460 rewards points, out of that 2400 points were utilized to recharge my mobile ([protected]) with Rs 600 but i have not received recharged amount. Recharged on 17th of May at 07:38 am.                         My name is bhaskar, my rbl credit card no-[protected]. My card january month statement amount due is 168.14... So we paid 170... After that we didnt used that card... Recently we got mail.. That we need pay rs. 2301.92... We chwcked all mails noticed that... They adding finace cash chrges... (We dont what that charges) 168.14+3.29 (We just paid last statement balance thats it.. We didnt do any transactions)=171.43 for 1.43 rupess now they are asking to pay 2301.92... Please look ino my case... Below im adding my credit card statement... We tried costmercare but they dont have any answers

                          RBL had provided me a chargeable credit card saying that it can be closed before the end of the year if 2 lacs is not spent within a year. I had called the bank executive just before the year ended and asked to close it but instead it provided me a new chargeable card and added the existing amount to my statement. The entire conversation was done over phone. I have been mailing then since to waive my charges and not to mentally harass me with due statements in electronic form but despite to this they are sending all dues to me. I have a good credit record and because of such fraudulent activities of RBL bank, i fear it might affect my credit score. I request the concerned authorities in this forum to look into this matter with great concern as it affects the consumer sentiments over taking a credit card .

                              I never applied for a credit card with RBL bank. I received an email a couple weeks back stating that the card was delivered. I was surprised as I had never applied for a credit card with RBL. I then sent an email to cardservices stating my issue and got a call back after a few days. The Customer support Agent who called me agreed that the card was never delivered and that it was blocked so I need not worry. He asked me if I wished to receive the card to which I agreed. I then received an email stating the card was dispatched and that I would receive it in 7 days. The next day I woke up to a message and an email from RBL bank which said statement for April was generated and that the amount was Rs 1148.85 and the minimum amount of Rs 349.85 was due by 5th May. I was completely shocked as I never received the card in the first place. I have been since trying to reach someone at RBL bank to sort this. I sent their vigilance email address an email but am still to hear back. Their customer support is the worst and I can't seem to get through to a human to talk to from their IVR system. I am appalled by the negligence of this so called bank. I just hope this is resolved soon and that my CIBIL score does not suffer due to some fraud.

                                I have been received credit card a week back. I Have been received a massage to pay due of Rs 1148.85 dated 5/5/2017 and mentioned I will receive a bill within 7 days.

                                I have not even used the credit card once then why should I pay the mentioned amount.

                                I have been the regular customer with Bajaj not even faced the single issue but I didn't expected this situation.

                                I tried calling credit card customer care many times but not one has responded.

                                I would request some one from your team to respond.

                                    I have received the calls from the dsa of RBL bank which is in jaipur triveni nagar ankita associate from [protected] (arif khan) for the making credit card i have give him time for collecting the required documents on 2nd april same i have give to documents collecting boy and he said me that he will be login the file on the same day but still my file not login and no response from RBL and dsa also.

                                      Day before yesterday I got a call from your side from a guy named Ashish from no. [protected] regarding credit card. I told him that I already have a credit card of some different bank, then after listening to the benefits provided in the credit card by RBL I told him that i will revert you whenever i need it. He told me that I will not be able to call on that number since it is one way, he told me that he will send me a test mail through his number on whatsapp so that whenever i feel the requirement of the credit card i can contact him. After that i received many late night calls from that guy and he also distributed my number to other people. I want you to kindly take some strict action on this issue otherwise I will file a complaint against you .

Jatin tiwari contect no.+[protected] he call me by ccustomer care no [protected] at 09/10/202 12.06pm and told me that my request has cencel by RBL Credit card department and for lone payment now you do payment.
                                      Now I check my credit card and lone history then show emi deducted on credit card today..
                                      So I request why give me your employer worung.. I want you tack fir this employee strict action for wroung infromation because for new lone payment I tack 1 lone agent I get 2100/-rs charges for lone beacuse your employer give me wrong infromation..
                                      If you not tack and strict action then I complaint upbhokhata form for your rbl company service..

                                        Dear Concerned,

                                        I have received a call on behalf of RBL bank regarding Credit card application.
                                        I have been asked all the necessary details to check the eligibility for the credit card and asked for certain documents for collection for which an executive was sent at my office address and I have given the documents as stated and required for application. I owe an excellent CIBIL score and have an excellent credit record. I am already using two credit cards- ICICI bank & SBI bank and I make the right use of card and pay all my dues on time.

                                        From RBL, after collection of the documents, I have received multiple calls for verification and also confirmation call that my card has been approved and I will be receiving the card in the next few days at my address.

                                        The documents were picked up from my address on 3rd March 2017. I have realized that its been long and I have not received the card yet. It was almost more than 15 days since I received a call from their team and they confirmed regarding the dispatch of card.I have called up the executive who has collected my documents and have asked about the status. He said to wait for another 2 days and I will receive the card. After that, I have tried to reach the customer care but no one has responded to the calls and I have received an IVR message that they will call me back. No call has been received from their end. I have then dropped an email to them but no reply from their side. After sending them a reminder they have replied back stating that -"We regret to inform you that we would not be able to offer you a card at this stage". What the hell is this??

                                        I firstly don't understand that after completion of the entire process and confirmation received by a customer that the card will be dispatched, how can these people give such statement to a customer.Even they have not mentioned any reason that why my application was rejected. I need a complete clarification regarding this at the earliest.

                                        I have received a call from +91 [protected] and +91 [protected].They have mentioned that they are calling on behalf of RBL bank and have asked me to share my debit card number for processing my application. I don't understand why do they need my debit card number and even as per the bank guidelines, I should not share it with anyone and this should be kept confidential.

                                        Were they really from RBL bank??
