I have applied for Credit Card from this Bank ( Ref # CCLHE77E11) as i was told by one of my friend but I am regretting now.
Hence, I visited their website and directly applied it online and sent all the documents via their email address as I was told by their customer care team.
I have applied for this card twice in 14 months but they have denied it twice without providing a valid reason for the denial. I am holding a Card with another bank with a limit of 4L+, as it was approved without any issues.
My simple question is if another bank can issue a Credit Card with such a good limit, I don't understand why your Bank has denied it, I am not at all satisfied with your internal policy reasons, Please clarify in details, because this has happened twice.
I shall never refer anyone nor apply again any kind of credit card with this bank. If you can still re-process/re-verify my application or provide clear and valid reasons for the disapproved status. It will have a huge impact on my CIBIL Score.

RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The same exact thing has happened to me. I also got an sms one day that my Credit card application has been sanctioned. I have no clue when I submitted the application. I however applied or a loan with Bajaj Finserv and they seem to have slipped in this cobranded credit card inbetween. Now, even though I have asked for closure of the card with in their lookup period, they have now sent me a bill for the card which I have never seen or used.
Was their any solution to this?
