Dear All

This is to inform you all that a customer call was made to me offering a lecurative offers and saying that my card has been renewed with new increased limits.
For this my annual fee will also be increased from 500 to 2000 which is subject to exemption if i spend Rs 100 within 10 days of card receipt.
How ever no any such increased limit and benefit being provided to me.
Request you to please look into the matter.

    Respected Sir,
    I wants to know when Blue Dart courier company vide AWB No.[protected] dated 26/[protected] has refuse to deliver me the above said credit card to me at my new address and returned the card to the bank then how this card was delivered to whom and he made purchasing etc. as I have not received the card till date. Now I am getting E.mail bill at my mail every now and then which is effecting my Cibil code.
    I am a senior citizen and I want to investigate this fraud from Bank's vigilance branch or Crime Branch of Delhi Police. This is very serious thing and damaging banks credibility.
    The same situation was earlier happened with me when I was having accounts in ABN AMRO Bank then bank investigated the case and withdraw the bills.
    I need swift reply from the bank and wants that culprits should be booked immediately.
    A prompt action is expected from the bank.

      I have applied for Credit Card from this Bank ( Ref # CCLHE77E11) as i was told by one of my friend but I am regretting now.

      Hence, I visited their website and directly applied it online and sent all the documents via their email address as I was told by their customer care team.

      I have applied for this card twice in 14 months but they have denied it twice without providing a valid reason for the denial. I am holding a Card with another bank with a limit of 4L+, as it was approved without any issues.

      My simple question is if another bank can issue a Credit Card with such a good limit, I don't understand why your Bank has denied it, I am not at all satisfied with your internal policy reasons, Please clarify in details, because this has happened twice.

      I shall never refer anyone nor apply again any kind of credit card with this bank. If you can still re-process/re-verify my application or provide clear and valid reasons for the disapproved status. It will have a huge impact on my CIBIL Score.

        Hi all have a rbl card fun card with pizza hut, kfc, and book my show

        minimum 5 k transactions per month 500rs off on movie tickets in book my show app

        rbl says will get 500 rs off on book my show transactions if billing is more than 500 rs whn tried to apply the the cc no by following the instructions send by the rbl bank in the Message with a link it will lead you to follow the steps and nothing happens and this card is nott even listed in the offers list

        what a joke of this RBL CARD

        ONE MORE THING IS THE IMMEDIATE NEXT MONTH OF THE CARD ISSUE THE OFFERS ON KFC AND PIZZA HUT HAS BEEN REMOVED, I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHEN THE rbl DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY THING KINDLY DO NOT ADVERTISE

        THIS IS KIND OF CHEATING A CUSTOMER

        HOPE YOU CAN RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND KINDLY KEEP THE OLD CARDS ON THE OFFER LIST ASWELL

        OR CANCEL THE PROGRAM WHN YOU RBL GUYS DONT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE

          I have been receiving SMS from Bajaj and RBL bank that i owe them 1148 RS on a credit card that i have never seen. I have been miss sold a loan by Baja Finance ealier but i do not have enough evidence against them on it as the person came to my house and gave me wrong information on the loan and took my sign later i i was told on the welcome call that the rate of interest was 15% along with a service charge and an insurance of 6 thousand which is much higher then the market rate, however my complain right now is against the Bajaj and RBL credit card that they say that i have but i dont before they expoilt me again i need help.

          The same exact thing has happened to me. I also got an sms one day that my Credit card application has been sanctioned. I have no clue when I submitted the application. I however applied or a loan with Bajaj Finserv and they seem to have slipped in this cobranded credit card inbetween. Now, even though I have asked for closure of the card with in their lookup period, they have now sent me a bill for the card which I have never seen or used.

          Was their any solution to this?

          I submitted my KYC documents to your representative after completion of your application formalities more than a month back for co-brand card and Your representative told me that you will get your Bajaj RBL bank co brand card within 21 days but still I don't received any update on this.

          This is really disappointing service and I have contacted to [protected]@rblbank.com but they said that this will be taken care by Bajaj Finserv team so writing you this mail to you before taking forward with consumer board (Govt of India)

          Is this the way you are treating your customer??

          Now 31 days past and you are promising that you will get combined platinum super card from Bajafinserv and RBL bank within 21 days then why you need 31 days to act on application number BFLC[protected].Your representative taken all my necessary documents Aadhar card, PAN card copies month back and you send acknowledgement mail that is in trail mail and promised that you will get your combined platinum super card from Bajafinserv and RBL bank within 21 days. So what is the value of your commitment to customer??? 

          On Tuesday, 27th June 2017 at 5:24 PM your bajafinserv customer care officer Priyanka told that Super card is gone for embossing purpose but no further status after this and asked me to call RBL Customer care for further status. When I called to RBL they said they don't have the status and only Bajafinserv would be in position to help you. Even if you see the previous mail in below trail mail they had clearly written that wecare team will help you if you write but wecare team is showing very careless behavior that they even not thinking to reply customer at least on the mail.

          same thing happened to me its been 2 months now and these bunch o[censored]nprofessional people told me that i am a privileged customer who uses their EMI card and pays things on time so they are offering me a free platinum credit card.they sent one guy over to my place to collect my adhaar document after that no updates nothing.i have mailed them also but i doubt they will get back to me.pathetic experience this time with bajaj finserv.

            Please note that i applied for RBL credit card and got reference no : #CCKXJ3AZK. I got all verification done at my office. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in RBL link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #CCKXJ3AZK, status Dear Customer, your credit card application has not been approved as it did not meet the policy requirements of RBL Bank. I am not the one asking for card, RBL only called me for credit card and i never gone to rbl for the same. Executive called and i have given all papers and verification also done positively. I mailed customer care and they are not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guidelines circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. RBL bank should give me a reason in writing or else i will also file complaint in RBI and banking ombudsman. I want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i have other credit cards of big banks like SBI and HDFC. If i will not find reason for rejection, i will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i have made up my mind for filing legal case against RBL. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.               Bank not cancelled my credit card ending with 6385 even after requesting numerous times. Initially offered credit card stating you will get 4000 rewards points every year, but never credited it to account. Customer care confirmed that the rewards points are for first year only. When I tried to cancel credit card, they took request but neither cancel it nor called me. They sent email stating they tried to reach me and my number was busy and closed the request every time. I am trying to cancel since November 2016 with no success. Tried to reach their second level escalation, but no response.

              These guys are clever... So u need to write a e-mail for closing and take a copy and cut ur card and by Government speed post send the cancellation letter and the card to there mailing address !! and if they send a new card to your address dont accept the same and return it :)
              I have requested the credit card permanently closed but yet not close Even I am trying call toll Free number and whatever number available on website those number not going to connected with Custer care only IVR there and there is no option to connect with any member person . I sent the number email even not getting any response, please cancel my credit card (Raj Kumar Yadav). card number is [protected]

              NOTE : HORRIBLE AND TOO MUCH FRUSTRATING RBL SERVICES
              I have opted for Bajaj Finserve RBL Super card, after receiving the package, I came to know that all the information
              given by their marketing people were false such as 1. No Annual Fees, Interest-free cash withdrawal for 50 days, etc. I never ask for any policy, but without my knowledge, they have given a card protection policy and was informed through SMS. I tried to call their customer care, only IVR is there and no option to call any person.I have written an email for cancellation of a credit card, but I have received an email from them stating that this email is not registered with them . also I went to my nearby RBL branch at GN Chetty road 2 times, they said they will arrange for call back but cannot cancel the card here.but nobody did call me back, don't know what to do, very much frustrated and feel cheated, anybody please guide me what to do, venkatesh chennai.

                RBL BANKERS DISTURBING ME

                A girl from RBL BANK CHENNAI who's mobile no.[protected] called me and offered me RBL CREDIT CARD i said i dont want and its already rejected but the girl insist me and forced me it is pre approved..

                10 times i told her no and not to log in...but she logged in and i got a reject message...

                I am not worried about rejection but there was a decrease in my CIBIL score..next day i called her and blasted her and she got ANGRY and challenging me she will log in again and again...

                  my name is kuldeep kumar my credit card number is [protected] i have complain regarding interest charges because this month i have made my total outstanding from borrow somewhere because i have requested to your bank regarding convert total amount into emi but your bank not help me on this in December month because i was met with an accident at that time and because of that incident i have big financial problem with me but your bank denied after that i have borrow that much of amount from somewhere so that i can save my unnecessary interest and i was made minimum amount before my due date and before my billing date i had made my complete pending amount now again bank charge me interest of rs 1378.91 i have request for reversal to customer care team they directly denied .how can i pay that amount now i dont have money to pay because i am hospitalised from last 1 month.so i am requesting politely that please reverse these charges so that i can continue with your services in future

                    My name is Manoj Kumar and I am working in a reputed firm in Gurgaon from more than one year. Recently I applied for a loan on "Money Tap" app. I got the approval of 1, 22000/- as my credit line. Money Tap people told me that "RBL Bank" has approved my loan and I need to submit the required documents regarding the same. Money tap was the mediocre between me and RBL.

                    I handed over all the required documents to the executive visited my place. After few days I came to know that my request has been declined by RBL Bank as it did not meet the policy requirements of RBL Bank. I tried to confirm the exact reason as to why my application was rejected however I did not get any satisfactory answer neither from RBL nor from Money Tap. I asked money tap to send me my Cibil report which they did. I checked the report and everything was fine.

                    I still do not understand why my application was declined. I have never defaulted any of my payment in my life. I am getting a salary of more than 25000/- per month. Then why am I not eligible for a loan?

                    RBL did the same last year as well. Their executive use to call me every now and then offering a credit card. Initially I did not show any interest but later I agreed to get a credit card. Same thing was happened at that time as well.

                    I am just pissed off from you guys. Please do not call me if you can't provide us the better service. Why are you wasting your own time along with mine?

                    I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest otherwise I will only be left with the option of contacting Ombudsman.

                    I got this email from money tap when I asked them for reason.

                    Thanks for reaching out.
                    Bank mentioned that there was a bank policy fail for your application and hence the non approval. As it is a bank specific policy, we will not be able to tell the exact reason.

                    However, We will send you another mail during the week on how you can get access to your credit report for free.
                    The person gave an appointment for 17 May, 2017. I waited whole day. Morning he texted he will come by 930 and then he said he will not come today. Then I called n he said he will come by 1 pm. Again he said he is busy.

                    He was asking for appointment on 18 May 2017 I said I need to check. He replied then do not apply for the card as he is already busy.

                    Worst and un professional service from you people.

                    RBL and moneytap with this customer services is very bad.

                    WORST Customer experience and how would like to escalate this matter to seniors.

                    got a credit line of 1, 06, 000 applied for transfer in application of moneytap it shows sucess today it is 2 weeks i have applied and havent recieved any rupees and now i recieve a message of repayment of emi for 36 months where in i havent recieved any money what a ### app is dis.. nor they provide any relevant person to whom a customer can speak buzz of guys not even gonna pay a single penny do what ever you can... ### ### like dis got on me...

My big n ever mistake am apply this ######## card you people team not updated my correct details in your record so m not able to find my transactions n am also not aware my due date so m not paying my statements on time.                           My salary account debit card was blocked even before activation. When i called the customer care number, they said that new debit card is being issued as replacement to old card. My old card was blocked automatically. They said that the problem occurred due to error in their backend operations. This has caused me lot of time and worry. The service of RBL bank is not satisfactory.

                            Iam a customer of rbl bank i have taken a credit card 1year back from starting onwards they are charging me excess amount ( financial charges, overlimit charges etc) i given so many complaints even though they are not giving proper response and i have send many mails, recently i have given a complaint they told that they will get back to me but till now they didn't give any response it is almost 1 month my reference no:[protected] person name is aurora.

                                  We purchased shoes from your credit card reward point woodland shoes. Is model no isgc0926110y15tbk shoe -8. But you wiill send mee 9 no its not fit in my foot. And i requset you in costumer care please chang this shoes size but he can not take any action on my compliant. This shoes we buy first time from you and this is veary bad for mee i will never use your card in life bacause very poor service. No boday will take any action.                                     I applied for the card on 6th Oct and i was asked that i will received the card by 25th first and then till25th all the verifications were been done and it got approved . I was asked that it will be dispatched and will receive by 3rd Nov which i never received. I have called customer care hundred times and the person who took the docs but never got update .I am really worried what happened to the card. I spoke to that person again he updated the card has been sent to me again so i have not received it again . I dont know who has the card.

                                    Its security concern please provide me information where my card is .

                                      I was given credit card free for 1st year + 8000 reward points against rs. 100/- transaction within 1st 60 days of the receipt of the card.
                                      However post bill generation in the month of sep 16, the bank has charged rs. 2000 + st against the card as fees.
                                      We have demanded to discontinue with the card and close the account however the bank is now denying to discontinue the services and also not providing the points confirmed at the time of allotting the credit card services.
                                      We are following up with bank for longtime.

                                      Actualy its not a complaint, i just wanted to know how can join your personal banker program n where i can get the complete information about this program i eagrly waiting for your prompt response i m interested in that program so could you plz provide me the necessory info

                                        I got a call from these people and they asked to provide some basic details and then they if get approval in principle then they will ask for my docs. And same being done and after all verification and everything I get a message that I do not complete their criterias so they have rejected my card???
                                        I want to know why as I use credit cards of couple of other banks and have a good cibil score so what are the assessment criteria???
                                        Can some one help??

                                        Fraud bank . They told me 15â„… rate of interest and they charge me 22% rate of interest without sanction letter. 3rd class baknk
