RBL BANKERS DISTURBING ME

A girl from RBL BANK CHENNAI who's mobile no.[protected] called me and offered me RBL CREDIT CARD i said i dont want and its already rejected but the girl insist me and forced me it is pre approved..

10 times i told her no and not to log in...but she logged in and i got a reject message...

I am not worried about rejection but there was a decrease in my CIBIL score..next day i called her and blasted her and she got ANGRY and challenging me she will log in again and again...

MY TOTALLY DISTURBED BY RBL BANK EMPLOYEES

    my name is kuldeep kumar my credit card number is [protected] i have complain regarding interest charges because this month i have made my total outstanding from borrow somewhere because i have requested to your bank regarding convert total amount into emi but your bank not help me on this in December month because i was met with an accident at that time and because of that incident i have big financial problem with me but your bank denied after that i have borrow that much of amount from somewhere so that i can save my unnecessary interest and i was made minimum amount before my due date and before my billing date i had made my complete pending amount now again bank charge me interest of rs 1378.91 i have request for reversal to customer care team they directly denied .how can i pay that amount now i dont have money to pay because i am hospitalised from last 1 month.so i am requesting politely that please reverse these charges so that i can continue with your services in future

      My name is Manoj Kumar and I am working in a reputed firm in Gurgaon from more than one year. Recently I applied for a loan on "Money Tap" app. I got the approval of 1, 22000/- as my credit line. Money Tap people told me that "RBL Bank" has approved my loan and I need to submit the required documents regarding the same. Money tap was the mediocre between me and RBL.

      I handed over all the required documents to the executive visited my place. After few days I came to know that my request has been declined by RBL Bank as it did not meet the policy requirements of RBL Bank. I tried to confirm the exact reason as to why my application was rejected however I did not get any satisfactory answer neither from RBL nor from Money Tap. I asked money tap to send me my Cibil report which they did. I checked the report and everything was fine.

      I still do not understand why my application was declined. I have never defaulted any of my payment in my life. I am getting a salary of more than 25000/- per month. Then why am I not eligible for a loan?

      RBL did the same last year as well. Their executive use to call me every now and then offering a credit card. Initially I did not show any interest but later I agreed to get a credit card. Same thing was happened at that time as well.

      I am just pissed off from you guys. Please do not call me if you can't provide us the better service. Why are you wasting your own time along with mine?

      I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest otherwise I will only be left with the option of contacting Ombudsman.

      I got this email from money tap when I asked them for reason.

      Thanks for reaching out.
      Bank mentioned that there was a bank policy fail for your application and hence the non approval. As it is a bank specific policy, we will not be able to tell the exact reason.

      However, We will send you another mail during the week on how you can get access to your credit report for free.
      The person gave an appointment for 17 May, 2017. I waited whole day. Morning he texted he will come by 930 and then he said he will not come today. Then I called n he said he will come by 1 pm. Again he said he is busy.

      He was asking for appointment on 18 May 2017 I said I need to check. He replied then do not apply for the card as he is already busy.

      Worst and un professional service from you people.

      RBL and moneytap with this customer services is very bad.

      WORST Customer experience and how would like to escalate this matter to seniors.

      got a credit line of 1, 06, 000 applied for transfer in application of moneytap it shows sucess today it is 2 weeks i have applied and havent recieved any rupees and now i recieve a message of repayment of emi for 36 months where in i havent recieved any money what a ### app is dis.. nor they provide any relevant person to whom a customer can speak buzz of guys not even gonna pay a single penny do what ever you can... ### ### like dis got on me...

        As am already follow up with you guys but still no response received. My big n ever mistake am apply this ######## card you people team not updated my correct details in your record so m not able to find my transactions n am also not aware my due date so m not paying my statements on time. You added extra late fee charges when m call ur customer care every time ur server going some technical issue and not updating my details so why you added amount. Am follow up with you from
        August moths n still no solution given by this type of services you given to you customer

          I think that your bank had handed over the card to a wrong person. So please block the card and take steps.

            My salary account debit card was blocked even before activation. When i called the customer care number, they said that new debit card is being issued as replacement to old card. My old card was blocked automatically. They said that the problem occurred due to error in their backend operations. This has caused me lot of time and worry. The service of RBL bank is not satisfactory.

              Iam a customer of rbl bank i have taken a credit card 1year back from starting onwards they are charging me excess amount ( financial charges, overlimit charges etc) i given so many complaints even though they are not giving proper response and i have send many mails, recently i have given a complaint they told that they will get back to me but till now they didn't give any response it is almost 1 month my reference no:[protected] person name is aurora.

                      I applied for the card on 6th Oct and i was asked that i will received the card by 25th first and then till25th all the verifications were been done and it got approved . I was asked that it will be dispatched and will receive by 3rd Nov which i never received. I have called customer care hundred times and the person who took the docs but never got update .I am really worried what happened to the card. I spoke to that person again he updated the card has been sent to me again so i have not received it again . I dont know who has the card.

                      Its security concern please provide me information where my card is .

                        I was given credit card free for 1st year + 8000 reward points against rs. 100/- transaction within 1st 60 days of the receipt of the card.
                        However post bill generation in the month of sep 16, the bank has charged rs. 2000 + st against the card as fees.
                        We have demanded to discontinue with the card and close the account however the bank is now denying to discontinue the services and also not providing the points confirmed at the time of allotting the credit card services.
                        We are following up with bank for longtime.

                          I got a call from these people and they asked to provide some basic details and then they if get approval in principle then they will ask for my docs. And same being done and after all verification and everything I get a message that I do not complete their criterias so they have rejected my card???
                          I want to know why as I use credit cards of couple of other banks and have a good cibil score so what are the assessment criteria???

                            i have RBL platinium credit card. As i was late in making payment for a month, y ur collection executive SHWETA KAMBLE threatening my mother and force her to arrange money from anywhere she is really rude i m going to launch police complaint against her

                            But this i can say it's very rediculas and really misbehave of bank executives

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              On 15th sep'16, there were 3 unauthorised fraudulent transactions on my RBL credit card for a total amount of Rs 107800. I received 3 SMS on my mobile [protected] for transactions of Rs 29000, Rs 28900 and Rs 49900. On 15th sep'16, I received these 3 sms at 6:59 pm, 7:04 pm and 7:48 pm respectively. The merchant names are ATL store house, akrati art gallary and Royal tour and travels. Total fraud on my credit card is rs 107800. When I received these 3 SMS, I was at ambience mall Vasant Kunj, Delhi and I have the proof of that as I have the credit card receipts of genuine transactions made by me around that time. From call center agent of RBL Bank, I came to know that POS (Point of Sale) of these 3 unauthorised fraud transactions is Agra whereas at that time I was in Delhi. Also I have the card with me. Now I have blocked my card. Kindly investigate this matter at the earliest

                              I have raised a query about card payment and want some mutual understandings help by bank after money demonstration by govt.
                              But they clearly denied and want payment as soon as posible for card, however same thing happen with my sbi card and they waived off my 2 month late fee, I realy appreciate this step of sbi bank but rbl is full of greedy management and full of selfish...I m gonna close this account after reading many bad feedbacks of this bank.

                                I have an RBL credit card. Today - 10th September 2016 - I received a call first from [protected]. The person on the phone (I forget his name, but he was a north indian sounding guy, and he said his employee id 4912) told me that as I was privileged customer of RBL, they were going to send us a free cashback credit card at no extra cost. He asked me to verify my details (which piqued my suspicion, but not to complete alert status), and I ended up giving the card holder's name, card number and expiry date. Then he said that to "really" confirm, he would transfer me to their IVR system where I would have to key in my CVV number on the back of the credit card.

                                Then the call (from [protected]) got disconnected, and I got a call a few seconds later from another number[protected] this time, Abhinav Bhatacharya called himself as the senior executive, and first says his employee id is 4952 then shortly changes it to 4922. Then he tells me would transfer me to IVR system where I would have to key in my CVV, but only after he tells me to do. Then I hear a bunch of tone-dials - this is indicating this scumbag is keying in my credit details into his device, and is priming his device with the information I have already provided. That's what really alerted me I am in the process of being scammed. I started asking this scoundrel to prove that he is from RBL bank other than the spoofed information he gave earlier. That's when his tone COMPLETELY change and he started being extremely rude, saying things like "how dare I talk to him like that" and that he is "not asking me to tell him my CVV number, but only key in to the IVR". Incidentally, the IVR system was saying "please enter your transaction id" - this is another MAJOR warning flag - this means that the device was primed to make a credit card transaction if I had keyed in my CVV number.

                                Thank goodness my son stepped in the middle and was able to prevent the card fraud from happening. However, fearing the worst, I have had to cancel my card and ask the bank to issue a new one.

                                I searched both the numbers in india mobile registry and both are turning up as Delhi mobile numbers. I reqest you to please get the police to hunt down these scumbags and put them behind bars.

                                I have the full call recording in case you need proof of this having happened. Please let me know.

                                  I got a call from RBL executive that they are offering me a card. I asked all the details and the executive told me all the details what they need and they told me they are sending someone to collect documents and all, but now i got the message that they cannot process the application because of their internal bank assessment guidelines. I don't have an loan, i don't have any credit card due. I just want to know why you rejected my application, rejection of application will effect my cibil score.

                                  This is really unprofessional and not acceptable at all.

                                    Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #ccgr686ea1. I got verification call for verification and attended it as well. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #ccgr686ea1, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. We have given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got icici credit card with 85k credit limit on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards neha agrwal [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response.

                                    I am doing a job in qualcomm since last 5 years as a senior engineer and have take away of more than required by this credit card and also dont have any negative credit history.

                                      I was assured I will get Rs 1000 Bookmy show voucher and Rs 500 pizza hut voucher.

                                      They sent me 2 codes to be sent to an number to get the voucher. Buy to my surprise nothing happened. I tried sending sms atleast 10-15 times. Only thing happened is I lost another 15 Rs in sending sms.

                                      Till date I couldn't get the promised vouchers

                                        Rbl is harrasing me for fraud transaction which i have not made. I have filled up dispute form also, result came in my favour but reversal is still not showing of rs.13000 and interest in my last 4 statements. They have not investigated the case for bcz merchant told me, he hasnot returned any money to bank. See attament. Sumit saldurkar [protected].
