I m your credit card first time used. I want my Rbl credit card amount convert in three emi. Tomorrow I speak to your Rbl executive she said within 24.hours my emi request is updated. But my problem is not solved because 12 month emi is very extra charge. so I want only three emi. please solved my problem.i can't pay too much extra charge. So I will pay your amount shortly.

    pre approved credit card still not delivered

      Hi,

      I feel mistakenly i thought of having a personal loan with you. Here are number of issues.

      1. Without final concern the loan was disbursed. Till then i did not even knew the loan amount and the would be rate of interest.
      2. After complaining about it i get requesting/harassing/threatening calls to accept the loan. Finally, it was my convenience i accepted.
      3. Since, last month the emi amount stopped debiting my account and so i started getting call from different number and asking to pay emi amount in cash/cheque/neft. "this seems a technical glitch since the introduction of gst the emi is not getting debited and something that needs to be updated and the procedure is on and it will take 3 months to activate ecs" is what ur officials said.
      4. Last month i did neft to pay the emi.
      Along with this emi payment there is also another rs.58 approx amount debit to my account from rbl, asked your people they have no clue. I can share you the details of it i someone calls me to explain that thing.
      5. Last month's emi was cleared as i did it neft, considering may be one time activity, this month right from the month start your people are calling me continuously to remind me paying the emi through nefi. Bloody, i have my other stuff also to do. I don't understand the login of the rise in necessity of i doing the neft payment.
      6. Worst things is if i miss to answer there calls these reminder calls come at least for 10-15 times in a day to get the payment.
      7. Firstly, i need a written confirmation from you to understand, is it my responsibility to make the neft against the loan repayment, if not then wait till you guys are able to start the ecs and then debit me with the emi of as many months would be due without charging me a penny extra.
      8. Making neft would have been an easier way for me to clear the due by paying through neft. But the irritating follow up calls from your collection people annoyed me to an extent to finally deny them for neft and ask them to get the same debited from account post activation of ecs only and for which i have had now to write this email. All this just because your people misbehaved.
      9. I have a loan with hdfc too all my emi's are smoothly getting cleared what's the problem with rbl?
      10. Look at the numbers below that i get calls from.
      Specially, the first number ([protected]) this guy has the audacity to say that "you don't intend to pay the emi". After several warning to lower down on his tone still keeps on arguing and finally i had to tell him to ask his manager to call. Shamelessly, he calls back asking how do you disconnect my call?? Wow!! What are his expectations! Guys! Speak to him, please!!. I had to tell him not to call back else will complain to police, he fearlessly says "go ahead". Great!!
      Is this all done at rbl!
      Sad!! How would you compensate me on such harassment that i have been going through for last 20 days???

      Thanks i got a loan from you when i urgently needed it. I am bind to pay your dues i will pay it surely and on the terms that we discussed.
      Get this sorted for me.
      A. Stop your collection agency calls immediately.
      B. Immediate activation of esc to start the emi debits
      C. If b option is not flexible get me an email explanation for paying the dues through neft by the customer, with a reason for not being​ able to keep the emi on hold when your systems are not equipped to activate ecs and debit the account.
      D. How would you compensate me over the harassment i had to face?

      Number that i got calls repeatedly to make payments.

      Bank not cancelled my credit card ending with 0214 even after requesting numerous times.
      I am trying to cancel there is no responce from their side. Tried to reach their second level escalation, but no response.

      So I want to close Rbl credit card as soon as possible.

          I never applied for the card, the customer care itself called me multiple times and they have taken documents and also called me and said my card has been approved and will recieve it in few days not when i check the status of the card then they are showing as "reject ops", what does it mean?

          Does it mean my card has been rejected, if yes then what are the reasons?

          You just cannot call people and ask documents and waste there time, its about my cibil status.. And i want to get my question answered asap or else i will not hesistate to go with law suit.

              I have credit card of rbl bank.. Due to some problem i am unable to pay amount. Bt now we have a mutual understanding and they have done full and final settelment with me. The date given me is 31 aug for payment. But their is a one guy who is continouly disturbing me and all my family member by calling for amount. When date is given to me why he is calling to me and all my family members. He is doing misbheaving with my wife. Continously calling on my father office and saying abuse. Kindly help, me for this..                 Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #CC9GH16UA5.
                I got all verification done at my residence too.
                I got multiple calls for verification.

                Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application.
                Found the reason as follows:
                Application reference number #CC9GH16UA5 status

                "Dear Customer, your credit card application has not been approved as it did not meet the policy requirements of RBL Bank"

                Executive called and we given all verification also done positively.

                I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection.

                As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected].
                Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

                We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. i got home loan too on same address.

                  I received a call for super card which linked up to bajaj finance.
                  Your executive called me and given details about the card.
                  It was clearly said that only rs. 2999.00 will be charge annually and i informed your executive that am staying in belgaum, karnataka due to my job and going to take super card next.
                  I took that card and came back belgaum, but before generating pin i received credit card bill for rs. 5000/-.
                  Now i want to cancel this card.
                  Please call me on my no or i have to take legal action

                    After repeatedly complaining about declined transaction of 350 rs used at rbl website itself to recharge a mobile number. Such a waste service i saw till today. After many attempts there is no response from the bank or credit card department. Complaint was raised on 3rd august 2017 with transaction reference number [protected]. No complaint registered or raised by these people till today. Pathetic service and am going to cancel this card forever.

                      I have contacted customer care regarding reversal of interest and late fees charges as i had paid all the balance leaving rs. 800 in june bill. Executive told me he will reverse rs.750 but your system was down for 3 days. I continuously dialing your number but there was no ivr due to which next bill also generated and again charges levied in july bill. Executive reversed only rs.350 in july bill. When i contacted again the executive was so rude, he didn't listen to me and straight forwardly denied to listen to me, i requested him to cancel the card but he was so unprofessional he told me (Its your fault as u have delayed the payment if you want u can pay in full and cancel the card, we will not reverse any charges). If rs. 750 would have been reversed in time my card balance would be zero and i could have used the card again.
                      Please look into this matter as this kind of behavior is really unexpected form the bank. No professionalism, no soft skills and no manners at all, he was shouting as i am a beggar.
                      I would really request to reverse the charges and clean my balance so that i can use the card again.

                        I have submitted a request for closing my account and submitted the request form through your executive last week who came to my residence but when i checked with national grid it is showing my account as active.                         I lost my 1000/- as they deducted from my account but not credited
                        To given account num & now these people pulled their hands back from
                        Their responsibilities and said that its not bank responsibility to
                        Take care of imps transactions. No other banks do like this.
                        Don't open your accounts with this fraud people otherwise be

                          Hi i am aakash gupta from noida. One guy name mukesh came in my company and ask me that he will help me in getting credit card or personal loan, i agreed and try to get personal loan with him. He asked me to submit all the documents and after 2 days he ask me that the backend team want rs 2000 to approve the loan, i transfer the money and now 2 months passed he is not helping me in loan and not returning my amount. I have all the proofs. So i request you to please take action against it.

                              My self ajay rohilla (Laxminagar, new delhi) i have applied for rbl credit card. Rbl executive mr. Neeraj ([protected]) taken all my documents but after days rbl bank said we need your pencil impression on blank paper. I just asked him drop the mail for that. But no reply from the rbl. I got the call from mr. Pardeep ([protected]) regarding the credit card i have submit all the doucments then he said you have not passport or uid card i have given them all now they said you don't have documents so that's why we need finger pencil impression on blank paper. I have given them my local resdident bill (Credit card) also. One of the senior from rbl bank also asked me the same thing i also asked him drop the mail but no reply. It's feel like cheating.

                                Hi sir/ madam,
                                Today i have received call from rbl executive sachin tawade (Mob. No.[protected]) multiple times on my mobile number. He was asking me that i have made payment or not. I told him i have made payment on 16th aug 2017 but he was saying payment not updated in rbl account and blame on me that i am lying and used abused language with me. He don't have manners to talk with customer and using local roadchap language with customer.
                                He is not listening me and keep trying to call me continuously. This is really frustrating. I cannot expect such behaviour from rbl executive. I told him i will complaint his but he told that i don't care about this. This is not acceptable at all and cannot be tolerate.

                                I request you to take strict action against him and warn that they cannot behave like this with any customer. This is spoiling rbl bank reputation.

                                  I got a call from rbl bank exacutive he told me as we can see you have applied for rbl bank credit card but due to some issue it's was not approved now we have pre approved card for you. Please submit your documents for the same i agreed on that as it's pre approved but i got a msg or rejection after submitting documents i have credit cards from sbi axis and hdfc all of them with 1l limit

                                    I submitted my kyc documents to bajaj finserv representative after completion of their application formalities more than a month back for co-brand card and bajaj finserv representative told me that i will get your bajaj rbl bank co brand card within 21 days but still i don't received any update on this.

                                    This is really disappointing service and i have contacted to [protected]@rblbank.com but they said that this will be taken care by bajaj finserv team so writing you this post to you before taking forward with consumer board (Govt of india) and mouthshut

                                    Is this the way you are treating your customer?

                                    Now 31 days past and bajaj finserv is promising that you will get combined platinum super card from bajafinserv and rbl bank within 21 days then why you need 31 days to act on application number bflc[protected]. Your representative taken all my necessary documents aadhar card, pan card copies month back and you send acknowledgement mail that is in trail mail and promised that you will get your combined platinum super card from bajafinserv and rbl bank within 21 days. So what is the value of bajaj finserv commitment to customer?

                                    On tuesday, 27th june 2017 at 5:24 pm your bajafinserv customer care officer priyanka told that super card is gone for embossing purpose but no further status after this and asked me to call rbl customer care for further status. When i called to rbl they said they don't have the status and only bajafinserv would be in position to help you. Even if you see the previous mail in below trail mail they had clearly written that wecare team will help you if you write but wecare team is showing very careless behavior that they even not thinking to reply customer at least on the mail.
