Ratnakar bank ltd. Initially a money lander then nbfc and today a successful banking license holder from rbi. But could not changed its basic instinct of money lander. Today on 09.09.2017 i got a call from so called customer care a laughable word in respect of rbl for claiming an amount of 5, 000/- for use of credit card. I hereby in my full-conscious state of mind declare that i have neither used this amount nor i am customer of this bank having money lander mindset and nor ever refused to pay legal and actual amount due. Actually last year a credit card with a credit limit of rs 1, 00, 000/- was offered to me and i accepted the same considering a good credit limit but fraudulently i was provided only rs 34, 000/- credit limit. Reluctantly i used its rs 12, 000/- and before 4 days of its due date handed over a cheque of rs. 12, 000/- at its chandni chowk branch but as i have already said that this bank is having a never going tendency of money lander, it delayed the clearance of the cheque intentionally and imposed some charges in the name o f late payment, penalty, taxes and so on, for the same i registered my protest through a telephone call to customer care and since the intention was dishonest no attention was paid towards the same. After 2-3 weeks the services of credit card was terminated. Now after a lapse of 7 months all of the sudden a call with offending language comes and tries to threat me with dire consequences, this kind o[censored]nparliamentary language by a female tele-caller is quite sufficient to show this basic instinct of money lander and no respect towards wordings of the hon' ble supreme court of india in terms of recovery of any monetary claim. Today i am so much hurt with this kind of behavior of that lady with a man of high morals and self respect. I request, please take a stricter action against that lady or tender an unconditional apology with in 10 days with in 10 days of receipt of this complaint otherwise i am determined to take legal action against that lady acting in the capacity of agent of rbl as well as rbl.

Daily am receiving 9-10 calls from them . Its too frustrating.

    I have credit card of rbl (5243 xxxx xxxx 2781). 4 months back i had requested to change my due date as it was getting generated at 22nd but i dint had money so asked them to move it to 1st of next month

    Rbl replied that its not possible to change through mail and asked me to clear all due amount, by the time i was charged 2 months late fee charges

    And when i called customer service they told nothing can be done from here you need to wait for next bill.

    Again i was charged late fee charges and some unknown charges of rs 85. Again i send mail but there was no reply (Please look for attached screen shot of mail).

    Again i send mail to rbl but this time they given option to opt for new date through mail.

    If that was possible then why i was made to pay late fee charges for almost 4 months

    This is very cheap strategy to get money from people using credit card. Please help me to get eligible amount refunded

      I am Pratibha Chaudhari AND I have RBL super credit card, without my knowledge you bank put the shield insurance Rs.720/- on my name and that amount is converted to pay like EMI . I would not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy.         My dad was issued rbl credit cad last month in a very unprofessional way. An agent approached him through phone and asked if he was interested in any credit card. Understanding my dad's willingness, he asked my dad to send adhaar and pan card copies to his whatsapp number to know more about the card. My father unaware of the fraudulent sent him the requested documents over whatsapp message and after a week, we see that a card package has been delivered to my house (With no forms filled and with no briefings about the card).
        My poor dad was utterly shocked and started calling the agent but the agent's number was switched off and isn't working till date. On top of this, after a week's time, he receives a message stated an outstanding amount has to be paid against the credit card. With all these, i have been trying to connect to the credit card customer service team, but every time i get a chance to speck to the representative, they say that they are not privileged to cancel a card and i should follow a different ivr pattern. When i try to follow the instructed process, i end up connecting to the same team. I have dropped an email to the bank with my part of the story as well.

        Ps: i can't even go to the bank as there are no branches of rbl in my home town.

My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection i again checked it shows as follows "application reference number #ccv8npd902, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank.
          All Vouchers invalid.
          I was checked all promo code in specified web pages. but the result is invalid.
          I have attached the Screenshots from the web pages .
          & I have also attached the Screenshots a mail from RBL Bank.

            Hi,

            I am using rbl credit card from the past six month and i used to pay 17000 to 20000 minimum every month.

            I have received my last month statement with the due amount of 19, 727.28 from that i changed a transaction of 3800.00 into emi.

            To know the revised due of the month, i called your customer support executive i clicked 500 times on the call request button and seen message that 'i will get a call shortly' but i haven't got any call.

            I called your toll free number and such a complicated system not seen anywhere was tired on pressing 1, 2, 3,... Dob, #, card number and atlast i hear any voice they used to say that i got connected to a different department and they can transfer the call, when they doing transfer again 1, 2, 3... This is really killing our time and really complicate to speak to executives. Then i spoke to one executive but she still says that i need to pay the whole money 19727.28. When i explained her that i converted one transaction into emi and it showing successful on my system, asked for the revised money to pay, she said that i will get a callback.

            I was waiting not getting any calls, i managed to get a chennai number and spoke to one executive, she said that this time i will definitely get a call back for the right person. Again i was waiting and not getting any call backs.

            I am not interesting on making late payment, on the payment date i paid 6000 (My min due for the month was 2462.54 only) and was waiting to hear back from your executives as they said every time.

            Suddenly a person called from your collection department called and said i have not paid any money for the month, when i said i paid 6000 he has not accepted it and told that his system not shown anything like that.

            I said i paid 6000 that is more than my min due, having receipt in my hand gave receipt number and i am ready to pay right there if they could tell me the exact amount after the emi transaction, he said he will check and get back.

            No calls as usual from that day... I got my this month statement and found that there was a charge of 1070 rs as 'finance charge - retail'

            When i am ready to pay my due what i requested is only a clarity of how much revised due i need to pay, the call request on site not working, all the employees taken my call from the number [protected] has not done their work, why i need to pay?

            I request you to takeout the money since i have not done any mistake on this it is all because your executives who can not even shown interest on collecting the due who is ready to pay.

            This is frustrating, please get back to me with the revised statement i can pay the correct due immediately once after i hear from you, otherwise i dont want to use rbl anymore.

            Looking forward to have a relationship with rbl.

                i have two home loan accounts in your bank ( 9224149 and 9229504 ) in the name of surendra bahadur singh. This was being transferred from RBS bank to your bank. Your bank is charging very high rate of intereset ie about 12.45 %. Problem is that your bank is nearly 500 km away from my place so it is not easy to go to bank. Please take this matter into consideration and reduce the rate of interest .

                      Several time i got call from rbl bank and i got pre-aproved msg after i provided my all documents but after 2-3 days i saw that application is declined i got card from another bank in same month after rejection from rbl bank. The service is just pathatic if you can't provide card then don't give pre approval. Every time i got pre-aprovel from other bank i got card but rbl is worst bank i ever experienced. After someday i saw a app called moneytap i have filled all details i got pre-aprovel from rbl again but again they disapproved my application. The most pathatic bank i have ever experienced.

                        I applied for buisness loan 6 months before, the branch manager did'nt give any word and he was not ready to accept the loan application, then he told me that the loan is not available to me because our bank close buisness loan scheme.

                          This complaint is in regards to my Credit Card Number ending with 3422 and my name is Aman Raj. This Bank has been cheating me from the very first day. This Bank has the most unethical Customer Service. A person from RBL Bank whose name is Govind Tyagi calls in for the payment. He has been callng and harrasing my Family as well as me. Apart from humiliation of me and family members, he has been calling and abusing my family members. I have already offered him asking for Settlement, but he has been calling and threatening my Family and mentally harrassing them. The Bank has always been cheating me and always deducted around[protected] every month from my Credit Card but however the Customer Service did not provide any resolution for the same. He has already taken Rs 10000 from me asking me to deposit the same into the account of the Credit Card and said that I will get the Credit Card settled and when paid he denied anything like that. And again I gave Rs 9200 to a different agent and now again Mr Govind Tyagi is calling and harrasing my FAmily.
                          This needs to be looked into because this is complete mental harrassment and moreover humiliation and I would request the Bank to improve their Customer Service. The worst Bank and the worst Customer Service. And now may I please ask the Bank, this is what you do with Customer. I have all the recordings as what he has done till date. Contact number of Govind Tyagi is[protected] and he claims to be RBL Manager.
                          The only thing he does is threatens and abuses. Never will I keep any relationship with the Bank.

                              I m your credit card first time used. I want my Rbl credit card amount convert in three emi. Tomorrow I speak to your Rbl executive she said within 24.hours my emi request is updated. But my problem is not solved because 12 month emi is very extra charge. so I want only three emi. please solved my problem.i can't pay too much extra charge. So I will pay your amount shortly.

                                  Hi,

                                  I feel mistakenly i thought of having a personal loan with you. Here are number of issues.

                                  1. Without final concern the loan was disbursed. Till then i did not even knew the loan amount and the would be rate of interest.
                                  2. After complaining about it i get requesting/harassing/threatening calls to accept the loan. Finally, it was my convenience i accepted.
                                  3. Since, last month the emi amount stopped debiting my account and so i started getting call from different number and asking to pay emi amount in cash/cheque/neft. "this seems a technical glitch since the introduction of gst the emi is not getting debited and something that needs to be updated and the procedure is on and it will take 3 months to activate ecs" is what ur officials said.
                                  4. Last month i did neft to pay the emi.
                                  Along with this emi payment there is also another rs.58 approx amount debit to my account from rbl, asked your people they have no clue. I can share you the details of it i someone calls me to explain that thing.
                                  5. Last month's emi was cleared as i did it neft, considering may be one time activity, this month right from the month start your people are calling me continuously to remind me paying the emi through nefi. Bloody, i have my other stuff also to do. I don't understand the login of the rise in necessity of i doing the neft payment.
                                  6. Worst things is if i miss to answer there calls these reminder calls come at least for 10-15 times in a day to get the payment.
                                  7. Firstly, i need a written confirmation from you to understand, is it my responsibility to make the neft against the loan repayment, if not then wait till you guys are able to start the ecs and then debit me with the emi of as many months would be due without charging me a penny extra.
                                  8. Making neft would have been an easier way for me to clear the due by paying through neft. But the irritating follow up calls from your collection people annoyed me to an extent to finally deny them for neft and ask them to get the same debited from account post activation of ecs only and for which i have had now to write this email. All this just because your people misbehaved.
                                  9. I have a loan with hdfc too all my emi's are smoothly getting cleared what's the problem with rbl?
                                  10. Look at the numbers below that i get calls from.
                                  Specially, the first number ([protected]) this guy has the audacity to say that "you don't intend to pay the emi". After several warning to lower down on his tone still keeps on arguing and finally i had to tell him to ask his manager to call. Shamelessly, he calls back asking how do you disconnect my call?? Wow!! What are his expectations! Guys! Speak to him, please!!. I had to tell him not to call back else will complain to police, he fearlessly says "go ahead". Great!!

                                  Sad!! How would you compensate me on such harassment that i have been going through for last 20 days???

                                  Thanks i got a loan from you when i urgently needed it. I am bind to pay your dues i will pay it surely and on the terms that we discussed.
                                  Get this sorted for me.
                                  A. Stop your collection agency calls immediately.
                                  B. Immediate activation of esc to start the emi debits
                                  C. If b option is not flexible get me an email explanation for paying the dues through neft by the customer, with a reason for not being​ able to keep the emi on hold when your systems are not equipped to activate ecs and debit the account.
                                  D. How would you compensate me over the harassment i had to face?

                                  RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Bank not cancelled my credit card ending with 0214 even after requesting numerous times.
                                  I am trying to cancel there is no responce from their side. Tried to reach their second level escalation, but no response.

                                  So I want to close Rbl credit card as soon as possible.

                                      I never applied for the card, the customer care itself called me multiple times and they have taken documents and also called me and said my card has been approved and will recieve it in few days not when i check the status of the card then they are showing as "reject ops", what does it mean?

                                      Does it mean my card has been rejected, if yes then what are the reasons?

                                      You just cannot call people and ask documents and waste there time, its about my cibil status.. And i want to get my question answered asap or else i will not hesistate to go with law suit.
