i have two home loan accounts in your bank ( 9224149 and 9229504 ) in the name of surendra bahadur singh. This was being transferred from RBS bank to your bank. Your bank is charging very high rate of intereset ie about 12.45 %. Problem is that your bank is nearly 500 km away from my place so it is not easy to go to bank. Please take this matter into consideration and reduce the rate of interest .

Im trying to contact to rbl customer number there is no option for speak with executives. I dont know how to contact them....

Several time i got call from rbl bank and i got pre-aproved msg after i provided my all documents but after 2-3 days i saw that application is declined i got card from another bank in same month after rejection from rbl bank. The service is just pathatic if you can't provide card then don't give pre approval. Every time i got pre-aprovel from other bank i got card but rbl is worst bank i ever experienced. I never applied for the card, the customer care itself called me multiple times and they have taken documents and also called me and said my card has been approved and will recieve it in few days not when i check the status of the card then they are showing as "reject ops", what does it mean?

Does it mean my card has been rejected, if yes then what are the reasons?

You just cannot call people and ask documents...

I have credit card of rbl bank.. Due to some problem i am unable to pay amount. Bt now we have a mutual understanding and they have done full and final settelment with me. Found the reason as follows:

After repeatedly complaining about declined transaction of 350 rs used at rbl website itself to recharge a mobile number. Such a waste service i saw till today. After many attempts there is no response from the bank or credit card department. Complaint was raised on 3rd august 2017 with transaction reference number [protected]. No complaint registered or raised by these people till today. Pathetic service and am going to cancel this card...

I have contacted customer care regarding reversal of interest and late fees charges as i had paid all the balance leaving rs. 800 in june bill. I have submitted a request for closing my account and submitted the request form through your executive last week who came to my residence but when i checked with national grid it is showing my account as active.
