Day before yesterday I got a call from your side from a guy named Ashish from no. [protected] regarding credit card. I told him that I already have a credit card of some different bank, then after listening to the benefits provided in the credit card by RBL I told him that i will revert you whenever i need it. He told me that I will not be able to call on that number since it is one way, he told me that he will send me a test mail through his number on whatsapp so that whenever i feel the requirement of the credit card i can contact him. After that i received many late night calls from that guy and he also distributed my number to other people. I want you to kindly take some strict action on this issue otherwise I will file a complaint against you .

I am Devendra Rathore my Registration contect no. [protected].. sir I have not happy with your RBL Bank Service every employess not give me right infromation most mr. Jatin tiwari contect no.+[protected] he call me by ccustomer care no [protected] at 09/10/202 12.06pm and told me that my request has cencel by RBL Credit card department and for lone payment now you do payment.
Now I check my credit card and lone history then show emi deducted on credit card today..
So I request why give me your employer worung.. I want you tack fir this employee strict action for wroung infromation because for new lone payment I tack 1 lone agent I get 2100/-rs charges for lone beacuse your employer give me wrong infromation..
If you not tack and strict action then I complaint upbhokhata form for your rbl company service..

    Dear Concerned,

    I have received a call on behalf of RBL bank regarding Credit card application.
    I have been asked all the necessary details to check the eligibility for the credit card and asked for certain documents for collection for which an executive was sent at my office address and I have given the documents as stated and required for application. I owe an excellent CIBIL score and have an excellent credit record. I am already using two credit cards- ICICI bank & SBI bank and I make the right use of card and pay all my dues on time.

    From RBL, after collection of the documents, I have received multiple calls for verification and also confirmation call that my card has been approved and I will be receiving the card in the next few days at my address.

    The documents were picked up from my address on 3rd March 2017. I have realized that its been long and I have not received the card yet. It was almost more than 15 days since I received a call from their team and they confirmed regarding the dispatch of card.I have called up the executive who has collected my documents and have asked about the status. He said to wait for another 2 days and I will receive the card. After that, I have tried to reach the customer care but no one has responded to the calls and I have received an IVR message that they will call me back. No call has been received from their end. I have then dropped an email to them but no reply from their side. After sending them a reminder they have replied back stating that -"We regret to inform you that we would not be able to offer you a card at this stage". What the hell is this??

    I firstly don't understand that after completion of the entire process and confirmation received by a customer that the card will be dispatched, how can these people give such statement to a customer.Even they have not mentioned any reason that why my application was rejected. I need a complete clarification regarding this at the earliest.

    I have received a call from +91 [protected] and +91 [protected].They have mentioned that they are calling on behalf of RBL bank and have asked me to share my debit card number for processing my application. I don't understand why do they need my debit card number and even as per the bank guidelines, I should not share it with anyone and this should be kept confidential.

    Were they really from RBL bank??

    Please get back.

        I have received credit card from rbl bank. But i did not apply any card from rbl. With outstanding. I requested rbl bank to provide proof i applied the card. But i am not getting any revert.

        However i have paid the outstanding ( card fee ) since i do not want to hit my cibil score.

        I am not using same card & bank should explain how they can approve card customer signature.

        Also i want my money back.

          As I got a call from Employee of RBL Bank Credit Card department Hyderabad, stating that they have PRE-APPROVED credit card of RBL (these telephonic calls are one side calls only i.e. they can call us any time.
          if we want to speak to them we can't connect call) and The document collections agent will take all necessary supporting documents.

          after that will Given acknowledgment number which is completely in numeric i.e. www.rblbank.com/CC_Application_Status.html (to check status we need alphanumeric), as we won't get any SMS or email from the RBL bank regarding status & updates).
          After 2 weeks I tried to reach the Document Collection agent who already taken my documents to get Alphnumeric application number to check status, but he did not taken call or tried to reach me but bluntly cutting the calls means rejecting calls.

          After Verification's Calls from the RBL bank as they told will get back to me in few days but no person called me after that.

          While I trying to reach the Female RBL Credit Card employee who supposed to give status on the application, she never reached on phone being one-way calls.

          after sending repeated SMS on that number. she given call back after 3rd week stating that CREDIT CARD has been approved and even she got email and will send Delivery Acknowledgement number and Courier details too. but after waiting for 10 more days, she or that document collection agent never respond back. (Even the toll free number given in there website also seems false or fake number. as it give reply everytime as your request has been taken and concerned department will get back to you at the earliest.) [ we don't get any kind of SMS/calls to check status of our applications.

          As they taken will take all your documents PAN Card, Bank Statement and Address proofs. which are very highly confidential documents. they will never respond]. After searching in google and true-caller at last I found there Direct number and requested for status of my Credit card application status. As they told as my application is Rejected/Declined by Bank. as i asked reason for rejection as they said they too don't know.

          They don't have any transparency towards Application status after providing all details.

          1) By providing False and fake promises like PRE-APPROVED CREDIT CARD luring the Person and get Interest and take all documents. after that
          2) They will give fake, false and Fraud acknowledgment number. which is NUMERIC as per their RBL website it is Alphanumeric.
          3) After providing confidential details with Signatures of the person, we don't get any SMS or email or (one way/side Calls) or any person or automated messages from them.
          4) By any chance if we get call connected even they will do same false promises to get out of the situations they even says your CREDIT CARD GOT APPROVED even we got email and will provide CARD delivery status of Courier.
          5) Before Applying CREDIT CARD OF RBL THINK TWICE THRICE

          As my observation and got understand that there is no PRE-APPROVED CARDS (Either on basis of CARD-CARD or on Basis of SALARY),

          Providing your confidential documents to unknown persons being we can't speak or get reply by any means which is Time Consuming and mental harassment.

          Giving false and fake information from RBL Credit CARD team from starting onward...which is not at all acceptable.

          NO Transparency in of part of Applying Credit card and its status.

          Need reason for rejection and delayed and false things

          one day someone will file complaint in RBI & banking ombudsman being unfair practices

            Please note that i applied for RBL credit card and got reference no : [protected]. I got all verification done at my office and home. I got multiple calls at office and mobile number too for verification. Today got a SMS and email stating Dear Customer, your credit card application has not been approved as it did not meet the policy requirements of RBL Bank. I am not the one asking for card, RBL called me several time for a pre-approved credit card and i never went to rbl for the same. Executive called and i have given all papers and verification also done positively. I mailed customer care and they are not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guidelines circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. RBL bank should give me a reason in writing or else i will also file complaint in RBI and banking ombudsman. I want reason for rejection as it has hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear with a score of 798 and i have other credit cards of big banks like ICICI, HDFC, AMEX, KOTAK, CITIBANK and SCB. If i will not find reason for rejection, i will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i have made up my mind for filing legal case against RBL. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards Vishal R ([protected]) Kindly state the grounds where exactly my application got declined.

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              I have received credit card from RBL Bank with JV partner BajajFinserv.

              This is regarding credit card from RBL and Bajaj Finserv, as I have NOT placed any request for credit card, how RBL-BajajFinserv will issue card without my consent.

              Card number is -XXXX XXXX XXXX 8968

              I was taking follow up with RBL Bank about my application number and who has given consent on this, but not getting any response from them.

              Hence this discussion/Complaint is initiated.

              I have suffered lot into this and wasted at least a month time on this.
              Requesting your help to resolve the issue and with the compensation value of Rs 500000 (5 times of Credit card value)

              I am not sure who will give the confirmation as this will become football from RBL bank.

                Discussed on 2nd &18th march 2017

                i wrongly paid my card dues for rs.6559/ in favour of my brother's card which was not due in his account on 20th.Feb.2017.
                I requested twice not to charge at least late payment charges and interest thereon at least.
                But both the times your customer care executive did not
                try to listen my problem.They refused to give cedit to me and not agreed to
                refund it to my brother
                RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Please note that i applied for rbl credit card . I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.Still i have not received the card.Please advise the reason of delay as its effecting my CBIL Score.

                  Dear rbl credit card company,

                  I am writing to dispute an incorrect charge on my statement of 23/3/17. I have enclosed a copy of my 23/3/17 statement and highlight the disputed charge.

                  I dispute this charge because i have paid my bill before two days advance ie 21st feb’17, i had drop a cheque in rbl bank vadodara branch and they misplace my cheque. After that i have received call from your rbl bank cc department about payment not done, so i immediately do online payment, you can check my past payment detail i have never do late payment,

                  Under the fair credit billing act, i am requesting the incorrect charge from my statement be removed and an accurate statement mailed to me.

                    I get a numerous call from RBL bank for credit card every month.Since each and every time i submit my documents as confirmed from there executive.Every time verification call is satisfied by my side.But after 15days i get the message that your credit card application is declined.If RBL is not able to give a card then why are the executives sent for documents? resulting wastage of my time.Its the 5th time my application is rejected even after proper documents & verification.

                    I need proper justification or provide me a credit card or else this case will be moved to consumer court as fraud from RBL.

                      This is to inform you that I have done Payment through internet banking on 20th Feb & later it got reveres to my account this happens every time whenever i do the payment due to this i have to go an deposit the money at near branch of RBL & face 100 ruppes charges fee..

                      I have done payment (Cash deposited at Airoli branch) on 7th of march and my due date is 9 th march. still the money is not reflecting...

                      Collection agents who are from Delhi behave & quarrel like road side "Goondas", they bully, insult and threaten to use illegal ways of recovering from relatives/family members. For them the law of India is in their hands. They call me throughout the day. They do not allow me to do my work. They quarrel like road side "Mavalis". Is there any way to control them. I am giving them the date when I can pay the dues. They do not listen and keep on speaking lies. If RBL Bank uses this policy of Recovery Ombudsman needs to take action against the bank. I have the call recordings if required, I can submit the same.

                        I Muffaddal M Jodiawala RBL credit card holder would like to draw banking ombudsman attention that RBL bank and S S Corporation a collection agency serving RBL bank collections have threatened me, my family with abusive language. They have threatened my Mother that make payment or else we will drag you all out of your house and stated ROBBERS. From S S corporation Sameer Shaikh and Neelam used abusive language for which I have got call recordings. My Father is a stroke and a heart patient inspite of which they created ruckass and panic situation due which my Father's health impacted. Finally, they took money by threatening my Mother. Please RBI and banking ombudsman help me.

                          RBL calls candidates for interview in Kolkata Thapar House on import working day. However they prefer candidates as per their own whims and fancies... They keep candidates waiting for three to four hours and without taking interview of they return candidates.
                          Worst work cultured bank in India. They adopt unfair means in recruitment. They take candidates not on merit, experience. They take candidates according to their own will. Their people don't even ask for tea coffee and even water while the candidates are waiting. Their senior management are too busy to even communicate to the candidates. No feedback given. Their Thapar House branch security guards are responsible for interviewing candidates management and ultimate communication whether they are selected, or they can stay or there is no interview for the remaining candidates. They make assessment only on reference.

                          Their branch lobbies are managed by security guards resulting in customer chaos and pathetic service.

                          Bad work environment with RBL as per employees. Such an old pvt sec bank founded in 1943 hence the lowest performer in terms of growth. Bad organisation to even think off.

                          It will be published in social media as well.

                            Fraudulent transaction on my credit card

                            The details are as follows :

                            the payment was done online for an amount on 3rd Feb 2017. ( dispute form attached below )

                            i was informed via the card statement last week.

                            i have been, since then writing to RBL card dept and their vigilance dept and the nodal officer cards for the area.

                            This is to inform you all that a customer call was made to me offering a lecurative offers and saying that my card has been renewed with new increased limits.
                            For this my annual fee will also be increased from 500 to 2000 which is subject to exemption if i spend Rs 100 within 10 days of card receipt.
                            How ever no any such increased limit and benefit being provided to me.
                            Request you to please look into the matter.

                              Respected Sir,
                              I wants to know when Blue Dart courier company vide AWB No.[protected] dated 26/[protected] has refuse to deliver me the above said credit card to me at my new address and returned the card to the bank then how this card was delivered to whom and he made purchasing etc. as I have not received the card till date. Now I am getting E.mail bill at my mail every now and then which is effecting my Cibil code.
                              I am a senior citizen and I want to investigate this fraud from Bank's vigilance branch or Crime Branch of Delhi Police. This is very serious thing and damaging banks credibility.
                              The same situation was earlier happened with me when I was having accounts in ABN AMRO Bank then bank investigated the case and withdraw the bills.
                              I need swift reply from the bank and wants that culprits should be booked immediately.
                              A prompt action is expected from the bank.

                                I have applied for Credit Card from this Bank ( Ref # CCLHE77E11) as i was told by one of my friend but I am regretting now.

                                Hence, I visited their website and directly applied it online and sent all the documents via their email address as I was told by their customer care team.

                                I have applied for this card twice in 14 months but they have denied it twice without providing a valid reason for the denial. I am holding a Card with another bank with a limit of 4L+, as it was approved without any issues.

                                My simple question is if another bank can issue a Credit Card with such a good limit, I don't understand why your Bank has denied it, I am not at all satisfied with your internal policy reasons, Please clarify in details, because this has happened twice.

                                I shall never refer anyone nor apply again any kind of credit card with this bank. If you can still re-process/re-verify my application or provide clear and valid reasons for the disapproved status. It will have a huge impact on my CIBIL Score.

                                  Hi all have a rbl card fun card with pizza hut, kfc, and book my show

                                  minimum 5 k transactions per month 500rs off on movie tickets in book my show app

                                  rbl says will get 500 rs off on book my show transactions if billing is more than 500 rs whn tried to apply the the cc no by following the instructions send by the rbl bank in the Message with a link it will lead you to follow the steps and nothing happens and this card is nott even listed in the offers list

                                  what a joke of this RBL CARD

                                  ONE MORE THING IS THE IMMEDIATE NEXT MONTH OF THE CARD ISSUE THE OFFERS ON KFC AND PIZZA HUT HAS BEEN REMOVED, I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHEN THE rbl DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY THING KINDLY DO NOT ADVERTISE

                                  THIS IS KIND OF CHEATING A CUSTOMER

                                  HOPE YOU CAN RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND KINDLY KEEP THE OLD CARDS ON THE OFFER LIST ASWELL

                                  OR CANCEL THE PROGRAM WHN YOU RBL GUYS DONT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE

                                  I REALLY APPRECIATE IF YOU CAN SEND ME A CODE / VOUCHER AS I CAN USE MY MONTHLY 500 RS ON THE MOVIES

                                    I have been receiving SMS from Bajaj and RBL bank that i owe them 1148 RS on a credit card that i have never seen. I have been miss sold a loan by Baja Finance ealier but i do not have enough evidence against them on it as the person came to my house and gave me wrong information on the loan and took my sign later i i was told on the welcome call that the rate of interest was 15% along with a service charge and an insurance of 6 thousand which is much higher then the market rate, however my complain right now is against the Bajaj and RBL credit card that they say that i have but i dont before they expoilt me again i need help.

                                    The same exact thing has happened to me. I also got an sms one day that my Credit card application has been sanctioned. I have no clue when I submitted the application. I however applied or a loan with Bajaj Finserv and they seem to have slipped in this cobranded credit card inbetween. Now, even though I have asked for closure of the card with in their lookup period, they have now sent me a bill for the card which I have never seen or used.

                                    I submitted my KYC documents to your representative after completion of your application formalities more than a month back for co-brand card and Your representative told me that you will get your Bajaj RBL bank co brand card within 21 days but still I don't received any update on this.

                                    This is really disappointing service and I have contacted to [protected]@rblbank.com but they said that this will be taken care by Bajaj Finserv team so writing you this mail to you before taking forward with consumer board (Govt of India)

                                    Is this the way you are treating your customer??

                                    Now 31 days past and you are promising that you will get combined platinum super card from Bajafinserv and RBL bank within 21 days then why you need 31 days to act on application number BFLC[protected].Your representative taken all my necessary documents Aadhar card, PAN card copies month back and you send acknowledgement mail that is in trail mail and promised that you will get your combined platinum super card from Bajafinserv and RBL bank within 21 days. So what is the value of your commitment to customer??? 

                                    On Tuesday, 27th June 2017 at 5:24 PM your bajafinserv customer care officer Priyanka told that Super card is gone for embossing purpose but no further status after this and asked me to call RBL Customer care for further status. When I called to RBL they said they don't have the status and only Bajafinserv would be in position to help you. Even if you see the previous mail in below trail mail they had clearly written that wecare team will help you if you write but wecare team is showing very careless behavior that they even not thinking to reply customer at least on the mail.

                                    same thing happened to me its been 2 months now and these bunch o[censored]nprofessional people told me that i am a privileged customer who uses their EMI card and pays things on time so they are offering me a free platinum credit card.they sent one guy over to my place to collect my adhaar document after that no updates nothing.i have mailed them also but i doubt they will get back to me.pathetic experience this time with bajaj finserv.
