This is to inform you that I have done Payment through internet banking on 20th Feb & later it got reveres to my account this happens every time whenever i do the payment due to this i have to go an deposit the money at near branch of RBL & face 100 ruppes charges fee..

This is to inform you all that a customer call was made to me offering a lecurative offers and saying that my card has been renewed with new increased limits.
For this my annual fee will also be increased from 500 to 2000 which is subject to exemption if i spend Rs 100 within 10 days of card receipt.

A girl from RBL BANK CHENNAI who's mobile no.[protected] called me and offered me RBL CREDIT CARD i said i dont want and its already rejected but the girl insist me and forced me it is pre approved..

10 times i told her no and not to log in...but she logged in and i got a reject message...

My salary account debit card was blocked even before activation. When i called the customer care number, they said that new debit card is being issued as replacement to old card. My old card was blocked automatically. They said that the problem occurred due to error in their backend operations. This has caused me lot of time and worry.
