I was called by RBL customer care last year and they offered me a card upgrade option. while receiving a new card they did not block my old card and a new card is an added card that I really don't need. after receiving the new card I came to know that my registered email id is wrongly mentioned. Hence I can not send an email to customer support to update the email id or block my card. because they are looking mail from registered email id....

This is regarding to R-shield insurance policy sold my RBL Credit card team.
1. Mis selling was done by RBL Credit card team from the starting of the purchasing of card. ( They have mis sold me RBL super card to me despite i was having another card of RBL with false promises and wrong information and imposed me 5000 annual fee. later they refunded after complaining)

A sum of Rs.1770/ has been debited to my account by RBL Bank without my permission in Aug. 2021. When It came to my notice I enquired from customer care toll free number ( Ref. RBL bank credit card is charging unnecessarily without any intimation. cheating the customers by collecting member fee. There is no intimation regarding the charges.ive raised complaint many times to close my card but they didn't close.above all they charging unnecessarily.please help....

This is really bad at part or the mindless managers who are driving collection teams to keep calling users till they die... I dont have words to say about the torture and I am sure I will close this and make my near and dear to close the relationship wuith your useless bank and Idiotic collection agents. Thank you....

RBL Credit Card management should change the way they are assigning private agencies for collection.

This is ridiculous. The collection department is worst.

I, Chander Parkash Kathuria using your Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank Super Card No. [protected] since four two years approx. Now I am unable to pay amount of Super Card outstanding amount because of my health problems, personal and financial issues. So I am requesting for settlement.
