RBL is the worst credit card provider, they have lots of bogus charges along with the card they charge GST and CGST for every transaction, also the they always go for the highest late payment fees charges for 1500 which is higher than any other private bank, HSBC, deutche, standard chartered etc, I defaulter for a month they transferred my account to the collection agency, the collection agency will call morning afternoon evening #threatening# with consequences, almost 25-30 calls everyday. All rude agents who dun have any idea what amount is pending also. When I approached to the bank regarding this they are saying they didn't send the details to agency. Later on they accept they are ones who sent the details to agency, the RBL bank then tries to access and do the same with cKyc No doubt they are cc provider. I have other cards too they never behave so impatient or are so dude.. RBL bank is the worst cc provider I Will advise all who read this #DO NOT CHOOSE RBL#

    I, Kanchi Ramu Proprietor: Sri Balaji Timber Traders, Tirupathi, Chittoor dt Andhra Pradesh is giving complaint against The Ratnakar Bank ltd, Tirupathi Branch IFSC CODE: RATN000120 with the following facts:
    I am having loan accounts bearing nos.[protected] and[protected] respectively in the Ratnakar bank Ltd Tirupathi Branch. Recently I wish and decide to force closure of my loan accounts and applied for payoff statement on 04.10.2021 and got acknowledged. I wish to close both loan accounts and decide to get overdraft accounts at City Union Bank Ltd, Tirupathi and completed all remaining loan process such as documentation and processing charges etc.
    The problem was that The Ratnakar Bank leived foreclosure charges for my accounts. I requested to waveup foreclosure charges. The Bank authorities replied to me by stating please produce UDYAM registration certificate so that we will waveup foreclosure charges.i updated UDYAM registration certificate on 17.11.2021 to branch manager. Till to now the bank authorities was not disclosing my payoff statement as of now. Daily myself and my new Bank Manager consulting Ratnakar bank branch Management but they are not responding by giving payoff statement . i am suffering a lot. Please take necessary action and solve my problem as early as possible.

      Dear sir,

      I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-4104. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 87000/-.

      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 2 year we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

      I can able to give 10% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 30 business days. More than 10% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

        Sir
        in Dec 2020 RBL Issued a New Credit Card and along with they Added R Shield Insurance Plan for Rs. 21000/- premium PA they self converted in to 12 EMI in to R's. 1895/- PM.

        I waited for 3 months and then In March 2021 I requested R Sheid Insurance Policy details and documents to RBL Executives through phone in reply they said they Wil provide but they failed to provide the Insurance papers.

        In April 2021 I emailed to RBL regarding the insurance policy papers and told if they failed to provide insurance papers I will cancel the insurance policy and will adjust EMIS what I had paid with the current outstanding.

        Inspite of several requests to RBL they failed to provide the Insurance papers

        In July 2021 I canceled the Insurance Policy and and adjusted the EMIS what I had paid with the current outstanding.

        Now RBL has served the legal notice to me demanding for insurance policy money, for the policy which not exists they fraudulent charging the customer.

        Pls help in this regard

          The issue of excess collection of Rs 9093/-
          Bank had debited daily intrest on outstanding amount (daily EMI). However they had collected extra Rs 7, 499/- on 2nd जून 2020 & Rs 1, 594/- on 2nd July 2020 respectively (Total Rs 9, 093/-) apart from daily EMI amt & that amount added then in Principal outstanding loan amount & then daily intrest calculated & applied.
          This amount should be refunded with intrest to us.

            Respected Sir,

            I am entitled to this bank from the past three years (My Card No. (xxxxxxxxxxx4152, xxxxxxxxxxxx-9472) and I found this bank a worthy place to keep my money and confine my precious documents. I had found no issue so far but now I had a small complaint from this bank and I should not be
            taken as critic in any case please.

            bank employee come to my house, first he come at 6am it’s not the time to come but it’s not the issue he use harsh language to me and my wife then he said i am sitting here for the payment and he seat in my house but he used harsh language like ( ghar se utha lunga aur dekhta hun kaine nai degatu paise, tumhari aukat hi kya hai mujhe jante nai ho, chal le branch nai to dekh kya karta hun tere sath aur bhi bahot kuchh mere nikalne ke baad pados me logon ke samne galat language use karna aur bhi bahot kuchh…) and threaten me for the payment I told him that I will try to pay in the evening and I will go the office then he will collect the neighbor and use harsh language to the neighbor also

            I am aware of the FSA waiver, which expressly requires the bank to consider hardship. Your bank officer has not behave properly in my house he use harsh language and use harsh language to my neighbor also. You don’t have right to use harsh language to me and to another one.

                I was called by RBL customer care last year and they offered me a card upgrade option. while receiving a new card they did not block my old card and a new card is an added card that I really don't need. after receiving the new card I came to know that my registered email id is wrongly mentioned. Hence I can not send an email to customer support to update the email id or block my card. because they are looking mail from registered email id. There is no use by calling toll free number. I never experienced such a worst customer support ever.

                    RBL had sent me a credit card somewhere in 2020 for which I was not interested and didn't use it. I want to inform that I have not applied for any credit card whatsoever and there is no RBL bank in Shillong where I live. I was accused by customer care executives who called me 4-5 times a day that they have proofs that I applied and that I had visited their bank. I am tired of these accusations. I have a Bajaj Finserve card and that doesn't mean that you have a license to send me a credit card and thereby charge me as you please. I didn't give consent to any RBL authority to send me a credit card, infact I never even know that this bank exist. So kindly stop sending sms, email and calls once and for all. This is the last I can do for which if this extortion continues, I will have to take this issue to another level.

                      Dear Concern,

                      This is regarding to R-shield insurance policy sold my RBL Credit card team.
                      1. Mis selling was done by RBL Credit card team from the starting of the purchasing of card. ( They have mis sold me RBL super card to me despite i was having another card of RBL with false promises and wrong information and imposed me 5000 annual fee. later they refunded after complaining)
                      2. again recently i got another bad experience from them, now they have sold me R-shield policy. I haven't aware about the features even they haven't sent me the policy documents so i am totally unware about the benefit of product also.
                      3. On the phone call they took my consent for one time charge of 600rs something. now after seeing my monthly statement what i found is i have imposed two EMIs one is of 719 rs and another is of 600 rs. by rbl bank. (without informing about EMIs details how can credit card team of RBL take such kind of consent. this is kind of financial fraud)
                      4. After calling the customer service team for the issue i got terrible response that they give me number of religare insurance for raising the complaint, and the told that for stopping the emi you will be charged 3% penalty + GST charges on remaining EMI that means from RBL card side they refunded me to cancel my policy.
                      5. The total annual charged is of 15000rs plus which are very high. and i am seeing similar fraud is happening to lots of RBL card customer on social media and even in this complaint forum also.
                      6. They have charged me around 9000 rs late fee and interest fee also for my credit card payment which i made on time but it went wrongly on my another RBL card.(this is another complaint against RBL Card) and they have refused to pay that also.
                      7. The limit of my patience reached when i called up [protected] the number given by customer service team of RBL card. The lady told me without policy details i am not able to raise complaint. and (I have only my card statement which is showing the EMI deduction on the name of R shield) now what should i do in such case???
                      With all this concern request you to help me get my money back. also i would request you to take necessary action against RBL team for such kind of mis selling done by their team.

                            I am usid RBL bank credit card from last 4years. Last month I didn't pay bill and collection agent contacted me and I said I will pay before the next bill generation date and I am contact with him mean time. But without knowing me he is contact with me and he is also contacting my phone contact list with out knowing me and saying that I am not paying the bill. He is cotacting continuously for 3days before knowing to me. One of my friend who contacted by the collection agent contacted me and said they are continuously call me and disturbing and saying that he is not paying bill. My friend asking me why you gave my number to them. I said I didn't not gave any number and I already contact with him but without knowing me he contacted you and I don't know how they people got my phone contact list. Immediately I contacted the collection agent he lift my call and talking nicely tell me sir and I said I am in contact with you but you didn't said anything that you are calling my contact list and how you got my contact list phone numbers. He didn't say how he got numbers but he is saying that until you pay bill we will call you contact list phone numbers like this. With out asking me how you will contact them and how you can hack my phone. He is not saying anything about that and saying that we can do anything what ever you want your can do but we will do like this only he said.

                            RBL bank is resulted by RBI and every bank should follow RBI guidelines. How openly they are talking like that and illegal hacking phones numbers from phone.

                              A sum of Rs.1770/ has been debited to my account by RBL Bank without my permission in Aug. 2021. When It came to my notice I enquired from customer care toll free number ( Ref. No. SR [protected] and it was informed debit is towards the cost of the debit card issued to me against my above newly opened account. I informed that I had never opted for debit card with such high cost and I was assured the amount will be credited back to my account. Today again I loged into my account and shocked to see the amount has not been credited so far rather an additional amount has been debited due to non mainatainence of minimum balance. The balance dipped simply becuase o[censored]nauthorised debite made my the bank towards the cost of debit card.
                              Today again I spoke to customer care center on toll free number and was shocked to learnt that my grievance was already clsoed by the concern officeal with the remarks that amount once debited cant not be refunded back becuase I pointed out after 30 days of debit. They also did not give any reply when I asked to produce recording when you took my consent for debiting my account with Rs.1770/-. However, it was informed that I will be getting gift vouchers worth Rs.1500/- out of the total cost of debit card i.e. Rs.1770.
                              It is totaly unfare practive being followed by RBL. They have been indulged in unfarepractice to promote products of their associates at the cost of account holders by keeping them in dark.
                              An immediate investigation is warranted so as to get my money back and to stop this unfare practice.
