    My money was debited from a credit card why & please refund my money & I don't want any insurance on my card, please remove it & refund my money to the card & named as R Sheild Insurance Renewal Premium & Transferred To EMI (R Shield-12Mth) so on this name, the amount was debited to times that is 719.80 & 719.80 so please refund my money otherwise I won't clear your money do whatever you want I won't clear the due even if you wanna file a case do I don't care I'm ready to face all the consequences...

      Hi,

      I have received RBL Card and was using that for the last 1 year. This feb 2022 my card has been charged for r shield insurance split & pay of Rs 712. That too without my consent. They have been calling for useless insurance but I have never given my consent to start the policy/service ever on call or message or anything. I have never given consent to give any insurance and charge me for that. They have charged my card I'm failing to understand why! Please cancel my r shield insurance as I don't need it or am least interested. Please cancel and revert back whatever I have been charged for.

      Also, i have not made a split and pay transaction request for the amount. Why is this processing and who has instructed to do these? I have never given any consent. Please revoke my insurance and get the credit back to my account or I'll take necessary legal actions against it.
      I have shot multiple emails to them which never got any reply.

          RBL staff called and provided fake information about my card and it upgraded to achieve their target and they asked to send an email to downgrade the card however my fees would be waived, now they are telling pay the fees and use the card to get reward points and need to earn 14500 point reverse my fees fo the card which has Tim till August to payyvthe annual fees.

            I was using RBL Bank World Prime card and I got a call from RBL employee stating there is a card upgrade offer available with annual fees of INR 5000.
            I was told that i need to pay annual fees for existing card which is matured already( it has time till August), if I opt for card upgrade I would be able to get my annual fees in the form reward points. I am convinced with it and have opted for the card upgrade, later I have realised the information provided by the RBL employee was not correct and the call get disconnected.
            I reached out customer care and informed I was convinced with fake commitment and hold my card being upgraded, one other employee advised that send an email to downgrade the card as they don't have authority to stop my card being upgraded.
            I sent an email as they advised now RBL Bank charged fees for the card which I am using already.
            I have escalated this to their head card service department but no use of it still chasing for the reply and and I have asked them to let me know the disciplinary action taken against that employee fo his fraudulent activity.

            NO ONE CARES ABOUT THIS AND I STOPPED MAKING PAYMENT TO RBL AND GETTING IRRITATING CALLS FROM THEIR AGENCY.

              I am not able to make any more payment. I have lost my job and right now I have 3 loans running on my head an I cannot make any more payment if not they keep calling me 100 times. I tried my best. I am at a stage where I cannot do anything anymore. I am ready to settle for what I can.

                Dear sir,

                I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0315. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 62387/-.

                This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

                  They are total fraud i have not taken any insurance policy r shield.. I m 29 years old and already having tata health policy. And having term plan also then why i ll buy this insurance policy this is total fraud and pls cancel thi and give my amt back... They have activated thi without my consent.. And surprised till date i dont have any policy in mail and courier and i dont even have policy document. I dont even what is benefits of policy.. Just they have fraud on my credit card.. And one more thing they are very smart also they did nt charged one time. I could notice in my statement and immediately opposed not to pay.. But they have started small emi 1385 hiddenly in my statement...

                    I have already canceled my credit card on January 15 2022, after 1 week they have charged and deduct 15000, for insurance, does it make sense, after closing everything from my side, they are doing this, I am ot going to pay 1 rs, I will attachment please check mail i have received on cancellation card,

                      Dhani one is the worst app to use. Every transfer I'm performing from wallet to bank is not getting updated in my bank account. It's been more than 48 hours. I mailed fhani support but no response. Kindly look into the matter.

                          I have done payment Rs. 7000/- on 18/06/2021 as a settlement payment. But my account is not closed yet. Nor i have received NOC letter. So I am facing problem due to credit score. So want closed is permanently so could increase my credit score.

                            Credit Card Noc Letter

                            I have settled amount Rs.7000/- on 18/06/2021 but i have not received NOC letter yet. So i am facing problem due to credit score. RBL account not closed yet. please assist what to do ?...

                            HI, in the year 2017 my father purchased a smartphone using rbl card and emi feature with a 12 month.the amount was cleared and my father took the photos of cheques aswell.Now after all these year today i received a msg from them to pay the amount 9962 and a legal action had been contemplared against him and the sender was qp-legalb. They have called some years back but due to very bad language issues we blocked their number. What to be done here?

                              Sir i have RBL credit card [protected] still no transactions but i want cancel my credit card when I try to register RBL bank toll free customer care they didn't response my complaint..everey day i got message like ...Hi! We tried calling for closure of your RBL Bank Credit Card (XX40). We will try to call you again.
                              Sir pls make my complaint and close my RBL credits card for help

                                An unauthorised transactions have been made for Rs 8790.00 through INSTAPAY BBPS & Rs 1483.35 through PTM*PAYTM on 21 Jan 22 from my RBL credit card without OTP. RBL fraud call asked me for waiving off my credit card outstanding amount against reward points and some gift vouchers. They have made fraud transactions. I lodged a complaint to RBL Toll free service and they blocked my RBL card and reissued new one. After some days RBL replied that " the above mentioned transactions is considered as a valid and they will not be able to take up the dispute. Request you to make the payment for your card outstanding by the due date". I dont know, how RBL didn't took a legal action against the defaulters and made this comments without taking a serious action. I also once again asked RBL Toll free service to take a quick action otherwise i will lodged the complaint to Cyber Crime and Police. Kindly take a legal action please.

                                  I have my refund reference number but I was trying to contact rbl bank last 48 hours but nobody was properly replying they just said please contact banking department when I connect to banking department then they tell me please contact credit card department then again when connecting to credit cards department then they told me to connect customer services and nobody was listening my problem..

                                    I am a front office and admin executive at Ms Cheers Interactive India Pvt Ltd handline the board line number [protected]. From the past three days i am getting calls on the broadline from RBL Bank Recovery who are trying to chase one of our Ex Employees Vivek PAtel who has already left the Organisation, i have politely made the Team understand that Vivek no more works here and if you call its not going to be of any use, these recovery guys...

                                    Receiving Spam Calls

                                    I'm receiving 10 to 15 calls per day from RBL Bank regarding credit card bill payment. The person whoever is calling me they are asking me to pay the credit card amount within the call itself. I have already told and still saying during the call that I'll pay the full outstanding amount by the end of Jan, 2022 and then I'll close the card.
