Pre closure of Dial for Cash Loan - 0007477770003348833

Address: PO- Rosera, Samastipur, Bihar 848210

I took a Dial for Cash loan of 1, 58, 849 from you on May 11' 2021 (Account No :[protected] . The first EMI amount was 16, 127.60 which I paid on June 09' 2021. The next month (i.e May) I spoke with your customer support number[protected] on July 03' 2021 and asked for pre-closure or foreclosure of my loan.

The adviser informed me that you need to pay the remaining principal amount plus pre-closure interest...

I jitendra kumar is your Direct sales associates/buisness associates from last few months . I had given a case of HLBT of Mohd Aslam No. - [protected] to sales person Mr. Vipin jain Contact no. [protected] and Supervisor Mr. P. K . Rai. Contact no +[protected] provided by Mr. Vipin. They are giving revert properly from last one month and also not picking my call as well. both of them are very irresponsible guys.I'm very disappointed just because of them and their services, Kindly resolve the issue ASAP

    I had a reference to your reply on 18 March 2021 through your Customer Executive Mr/Mrs Talha Salmani (Service Delivery-Credit Card). In which he told me over mail that my Dial Cash Loan pre-closure amount which I have to pay for pre-close loan is 13, 367.46 on which (3%) pre-closure charges 401.02 and service tax (18) %) 72.18/- is inclusive,

    Then on the same day, I paid 13, 842.00 and re-mailed you for a pre-closure request. After that till date neither my mail got any reply nor my dial cash loan got closed which is going on till date. After that today your customer executive Mr. / Mrs. Teja Laxmi ji is telling me that now I have to pay more amount of 3852.05. What the hell is this, when I have already paid all the amount, now which amount is my balance?

    Now close my dial cash loan quickly, I have no balance of any loan and any credit card of ruble, then all credit cards and dial cash loan should be closed from my ruble bank as soon as possible.

    I am not satisfied with your services at all and will never have any contact with the ruble bank in future.

        Dear sir,

        I am writing with this regard to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 121908/-.

        This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under a hard time in recent months & I lost my job and not getting the job for the last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, this time I am doing some kind of freelancing for full fill my family needs, for the last few months I am not able to even work due to my family illness, anyhow every month I am paying Rs.18000/- to 19000/- from the last four to five months I am struggling illness of my elder brother and almost we have paid 4 lacs to five lacs the hospital bills can be shown, now I totally hand to mouth, so I do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

        I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues in three to four installment, More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

        I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

          Even though multiple cancellation requests have been placed to close RBL super card (xx65), team has been misguiding me in the cancellation process. Their representative called me after the placement of cancellation saying now your card is blocked but not seems so and not getting cancelled card confirmation mail. In addition i have received mail for reissuing of new credit card, which i have not requested . Kindly take necessary immediate action on this issue.
          There is no due pending on the card before raising cancellation request.
          It seems many customers facing this problem. Bank should take proper action .

                  Yesterday afternoon, I got a call from RBL bank asked me about credit card limit increase but I said I don't want it. And that lady forced me for that.
                  So I said yes. Ok increase it.
                  Them she verified my all card details and all details are 100% correct.
                  Finally she asked me for OTP, then I was sure that it is fraud call.
                  And disconnected a call.
                  But immediately after disconnected I l already received an SMS that 25000 Rs. the transaction has been done from my CC.
                  Then I called to RBL customer care but she had just blocked my card took my request.
                  The transaction has been done by "NOBROKER TECHNOLOGI"

                  I am very surprise that fraud persona has been sent me SMS through RBL bank server.

                  Please advice me, now what should I do to get my money back.
                  Because I think RBL bank system and its executives look like irresponsible.

                  So if anyone suffer from this problem, please advice me.

                    Even though multiple cancellation requests have been placed the RBL supercard team has been misguiding me in the cancellation process. Their representative called me after the placement of cancellation request saying that there's some amount that's been refunded to your account you can use that so it'll be cancelled after few months. At that time there was no due amount. Instead of cancelling they've added annual charges now. Regional branch is unresponsive too saying that online is the only medium to place cancellation request. Kindly take necessary action.

                      RBL Bank Issued credit card and they charged credit card protection insurance fees for which I didn't agreed and they didn't taken my approval.

                      I am keep sending email but they customer service is not at all professional and keep delaying and then refuse to return.

                      Insurance amount is not high amount but they charged without asking or my approval.

                      now, I want refund as well to closed this credit card immediately and will refer to RBI too.

                          Im trying to cancel credit card for the last one year but you people not doing it instead whenever I reached customer care they saying we have taken your request and some representative will call you for confirmation of card cancellation request.But no one call me for that.
                          So, please cancel my credit card.Today also I reached customer care and they replied me as said earlier.

                            I have RBL Bank Credit card and I activated R Shield last year and now I don't need it. So I tried to contact them to cancel it and they are refusing to cancel it saying my email id is different. I use the same gmail id and just because a dot is missing from my gmail id, they refuse to cancel auto renewal. I tried to call all the customer care numbers they gave and all of them are just IVR numbers, I am not able to reach any human personnel who can stop auto renewal on my card. I even changed the email id on the app and still they are not processing my request.

                            They are fraudulently keeping me away to charge me for 1 more year. I don't want to be treated like this by a fraud company. I gave them my phone number to call, they refused and every time I contact them all I get are messages to contact same email id and phone numbers, it goes in circles. I'm already tight on cash and abusing customers like this should stop.

                                Hello Team,
                                I am holding RBL Bajaj Finserv super card and I want to cancel the card immediately but there is no proper contact or support from the bank customer care .I have dropped numerous queries in order to cancel but I get lenghty email to follow and call them on provided number unfortunately this number does not allow Me to speak to any of the customer care executive and for my bad luck I have been charged on this card even though I had requested them to cancel on rs.1k change and if I don't pay then it will hit my credit score hence I need your help to resolve this issue . I cannot afford paying 1k to them without using the card and this bank as pathetic customer care service.

I received my credit card but its lost after some time and I did not use this card anymore but still I am getting annual charges/late payment fee/taxes in bill statement as this card was free of cost for one year as per given information by RBL card representative. I kindly request you to waive off my all charges i.e. annual fee/late payment fee/other charges and also I have blocked this card through net banking. Please reverse all my charges then only I will request for new card.

                                    Most Respectfully Sheweth:
                                    1. That the Complainant is a law abiding citizen of India residing at the address mentioned in the cause title of the complaint petition. (Attached the Photostat copy of the Adhaar Card of the Complainant as “Annexure-A”)
                                    2. That the Complainant states he had a loan account under your concern with the account no.[protected].
                                    3. That the complainant had approached respondent concern for a loan amount of Rs.98, 000/-(Rupees Ninety Eight Thousand Only) that was being provided by respondent concern on October 2019 also he had had paid the EMI amount for four months and in March, 2020 he paid rest of the amount to your concern and was informed that the account will be closed within a few days.

                                    4. That after the verbal confirmation made by the bank complainant was relaxed but after that he was contacted by respondent concern and asked for making a payment Rs.12, 000/-(Rupees Twelve Thousand Rupees Only) more. That my client was shocked to know about the extra payment from your concern.

                                    5. That complainant tried to contact respondent concern many times for the same but no proper reply was given to the client to which there was no proper response provided to the complainant and when he had asked for the assistance from your concern of the same he was not provided any proper service .

                                    6. That the Complainant states that being deprived of the proper and facilitated procurement he again and again intimated the respondent by way of the telephonic conversation and by way of electronic mail conversation in order to solve the said issue, however the executive of the respondents have acted like flogging of a dead horse in lieu of providing the proper services to the complainant and in lieu of providing the constructive reply to him till date.

                                    7. That the Complainant states that the above mentioned dispute clearly states that there was negligence on the respondent and the said respondent company is running an Unfair Trade Practice in order to dupe the hard earned money of the complainant wherein respondents have intentionally provided the de novo dreadful and deceitful service to the complainant and has not provided the proper and facilitated services towards him which has caused his unnecessary noetic agony and stress.

                                    8. That the Respondents have miserably failed in providing right and proper service despite the Complainant has paid the full amount to the respondent authority and thereby causing deficiency in service.

                                    9. That the instant Complaint is filed within the prescribed time period in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
                                    10. That the Complainant makes payment of the requisite Court Fees.
                                    11. That the Complaint is made bona fide and for ends of justice.
                                    12. That there is no suit pending nor has been decided on the same subject matter between the parties by ant competent court of law other than the described one.
                                    13. That the instant Complaint is within the jurisdiction of this Learned Forum.

                                    In the aforesaid circumstances therefore, it is humbly prayed on behalf of the Complainant that Your Honor may be pleased to-
                                    i. Direct the Respondents to duly look into this matter with foremost importance to take necessary steps to render the proper service to the complainant and provide to the complainant necessary resolution.
                                    ii. Direct the Respondents to provide as a compensation
                                    to the Complainant for the deficiency in service and mental harassment and agony of Rs. 20, 000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only)/-
                                    iii. Direct the Respondents to pay the costs of litigation;
                                    And such other/further order/orders as Your Honour may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience.

                                    And for this act of kindness, your Complainant as in duty bound, shall ever pray.

                                    I paid the full loan amount including preclosure charges, after talking to RBL executive but still, they are demanding 12k and saying that you did not tell us to pre-close the loan account, without telling the bank, how I can pay the rest of the amount including pre-close request?
                                    Please take proper action regarding this, it disturbing my family.
