Even though multiple cancellation requests have been placed the RBL supercard team has been misguiding me in the cancellation process. Their representative called me after the placement of cancellation request saying that there's some amount that's been refunded to your account you can use that so it'll be cancelled after few months. Im trying to cancel credit card for the last one year but you people not doing it instead whenever I reached customer care they saying we have taken your request and some representative will call you for confirmation of card cancellation request.But no one call me for that.
