Siddharth murthy is a customer o[censored]r RBL bank. I hold couple of accounts with the bank that is my credit card and a loan account. I am being paying all your payments on time since last three years and that too full payment not even a minimum due amount. Being a self employed and this covid 19 situation am going through a financial crisis and also some medical emergencies at home from last six months. Because of this I missed out on my payments from last couple of months. I did make a small payment to the bank a week back and promise to clear out all your dues in coming time. But the harassment am facing from your agents is too much. Am getting calls every 5 minutes which is not acceptable. As an individual I have my own rights. I can't answer each every call from these people. 100 to 150 calls a day is pure harassment. As I can't answer all the calls they are calling up my relatives and sharing all the details about the default to them which again is an offence and completely against the guidelines issued by RBI. I request you to look into this or else as an individual I too have to take legal steps.

    RBL Bank — lien amount
    AUG 25th, 2021
    RBL lien my balance of rs.1484/ with customer id:[[protected]]. I was not intimated about this. And in this covid-19 pandemic, their customer support is also not working. I am in urgent need of my money to run my household. Please look into it and reverse the money to the account as soon as possible

      Dear Concerned Person,

      I had a transaction dating 16th Oct 2020 towards FLIPKART PAYMENTS amounting to Rs. 40, 914. Since I didn't receive the product on time the order got cancelled. And repayment for the same to RBL from Flipkart happened on 27th Oct 2020.

      1st Interaction with RBL Team: I received the first statement on 14th Feb 2021 in negative value i.e., Rs. – 17, 277/- soon after I received the statement I spoke to customer care executive. It was informed to me that since I had opted for EMI I will receive statements in negative value until EMI ends and since the order is cancelled and the amount is fully reversed by the merchant it will be shown as an excess amount and I need not pay anything and similarly I did not pay anything until May 2021.

      2nd Interaction with RBL Team: I received a statement in the month of May’21 amounting to Rs. 1, 971/- post this I immediately spoke to customer care and explained about first interaction with customer care team as well, executive stated that the EMI account was not closed and hence you have got the statement. However, he informed me that he will raise a request for account closure but you will have to pay the current month statement amount and once the account is closed you may please call us back & we will give you the refund.

      3rd Interaction with RBL Team: After making the payment and getting an email from RBL for EMI account closure. I spoke to the customer care executive as instructed in my 2nd Interaction. But the executive informed me that the call centre will not be able to process the refund request and informed me to send an email to [protected]@rblbank.com, I followed the same instructions and sent an email on 11th June 21 with my concern and also requested for a refund of 1971/-.

      As I did not receive any revert for 2 days, I wrote back a reminder on 13th June 21, I received a call from RBL bank email team on same day and got to understand that I will not be eligible for a refund and I will also be getting a statement in June for an amount of Rs. 9766/. When I probed her for more clarification & explained to her about the communications I have been doing with customer care executives, the executive informed me that she will not be able to check previous conversation history & all she can do was to take a request for giving me a break of my credit card account.

      These are the Case ID’s : 30959677 and 30957871 of previous communications with the RBL team.

      After all these communications, since i did not receive the proper revert, i wrote email to [protected]@rblbank.com and
      [protected]@rblbank.com on 19th June 21 seeking explanation, there's absolutely no revert from the authorities except an automated email confirming the receipt of my email.

      Since the instance is a clear example of absolute lack of communication from RBL and unequipped executives handling the customer grievances with incomplete information which had led to this issue. In this case the Bank has not informed me to either close the EMI account or help me understand why and how I have been charged for this. Request you to wave off the amount of Rs. 9766/- and initiate the refund process of Rs. 1971/-.

          My name is Sathya krishna. i had RBL bank credit card which is now blocked due to non payment. i have lost my job but was still able to pay little little amount every month. but due to pendamic i am not able to pay anymore. i am getting calls from recovery agent is to pay or do settlement. they forced me to do settle and now forcing me to pay the first installment. i have not yet received the settlement letter but they are still forcing me to pay it. another guy from recovery department is calling my brother and my grandfather and also Calling my relatives Like My surname Relatives using abusive language on calls and harasing them. i have told them i need some time to do the settlement but these guys are not listning. i have never given them my sister or father mobile number but they are still calling them and harasing them. recover agent numbers are [protected]

            Sir/Ma'am
            This is to bring to your kind notice that after repeated emails (on 06/07/2021 and 19/07/2021) to RBL Bank customer care ([protected]@rblbank.com) regarding the cancellation of the unauthorized activation of multiple insurance insurance plans without consent on my RBL Bank credit card, the request was NOT fulfilled against the Ref IDs: 32886858 and 32886710.
            On checking the card statement today, I found out that there is a charge of Rs 553.35 for "Preclosure of EMI (R SHEILD)" and an EMI (002/012) of Rs 64.98 for R SHEILD. I am NOT bound to pay any charges for any insurance policy or whatsoever that I was enrolled into WITHOUT my consent.

            Please cancel the unauthorized insurance policy and reverse all the charges immediately. If this request is not fulfilled within 2 days (25/08/2021), a complaint will be lodged with the Consumer Court of India and I will stop payment of all EMIs and dues.

              1)RBL credit card fraud transaction 1.0lac rupees.
              2)card activation and transaction at same time happend.
              3)I given complaint to local police station and with in 2hours, informed customer care also.
              4)local branch said, we are not responsible for cards.
              5)regional manager of credit cards our kakinada area said, my card not registered, it's by another agency.
              6)I asked my credit card application to know, who prepared my application.no one providing info, even call center, card services also not giving my card application.
              7)I given my complaint to all RBL bank teams, no proper response.
              8)only I have the clue, who made fraud transaction, he is having Phone pe account.
              9)I succept within group RBL teams all over India, they are making fraud transactions.

                This is very surprising that RBL is calling and harassing the HR head and managers of my company where I am working now.

                I never share any contact number of my company, and RBL employee is calling and using abusing language to the HR head of my company and managers of my company by taking my name, which might cause the termination of my employment service.

                Now for the wrong action of RBL, My HR head got harassment over the phone and she is lady.

                Due to the action of RBL, my career impacted and I might get termination for the lie playing by RBL.

                Please assist with appropriate action, I will claim for the loss I am impacted to my career for the action of RBL/

                  · Expiry Date

                  · CVV

                  · One-time Password (OTP), sent on registered Mobile and E-Mail ID of cardholder which carries the merchant name and transaction amount. The OTP for

                      Complaining against debit card charges

                      Have a new account in your bank and one of your executives have called me regarding debit card...He said I am being offered a debut card and I would be getting vouchers worth 1500 but he didn't mention those vouchers were chargeable . I would never have accepted if he had mentioned it . I don't want any special debit card where I get charged without any prior notice . I have been charged Rs.1770 over DC charges. I don't want any special card...

                      I have done a my credit card bill Rs
                      20000. It was debited from my bank account but not reflecting my bajaj finserv rbl credit card. I have raised a complaint so many times but still they are not clear my issue.nearly 15days crossed. During this pandemic we really hard to paying credit card money but this type of payment issue is really killing ourselves.
                      Rbi should take necessary action for this.

                      Don't never give up... call frequently to customer care and make maximum pressure to them. Then only we can get remedy for a long period. And keep some legal points refer in Google about our issues related. My issue solved but it was taken nearly 20days eventhough I filed another complaint to reversal of additional interest.                         Respectfully, I beg to state that I Sri Mrutyunjaya Panda, am leaving at- 361/A, GGP Colony, Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar, P.s.- Mancheswar, Odisha, Pin-751025. One day I receive a call from RBl Bank. He/She request me please use our RBL Bank Credit card sir, It has been very helpful to you and many more benefit has been giving by RBL bank . He telling me. I agree with him . But When Final call I receive from bank before he sending me that credit card, I immediately regretted her words for that card, because She told me condition of card and giving me pay more amount and giving insurance by Rbl Bank etc.. Our all discussion between Rbl Banking Staff with me, all details are recorded by RBL bank. I never know any card details. Just like card no., cvv, expiry date, card name etc...

                        After 10days (approximately) RBL Credit card have been reached by courier in my house. But that time I had gone to my duty. So That Rbl Credit card returned successfully.

                        After 7 Days (approximately) a call receive from Rbl bank staff. He told me that - why you returned your credit card from Courier ? And many more question he tell me. and also tell me please sie give me your card number please. I told taht I not know any knowledge about that card. After some time He cut Rs. 29, 999.00 from this card. A massage had come in my mobile. your card no. xxxx8696 deducted amount...Rs. 29, 994.00. And after 6-7 days a massage had com from RBL Bank -Your RBl Bank Credit card xx8696 has been returned undelivered.

                        After that I contact RBL Bank Customer care and tell him all these things. And he told me that ok Sir I receive your complain and block your card.

                        After that I Contact Cyber Thana Bhubaneswar, and tell all things, he receive my complain and told me give us 45 days to solve it.

                        Then I lodge a police complain in Mancheswar Police Station, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

                        Then I Give complain by Email [protected]@rblbank.com of RBL Bank.

                        Then 3-4th days I Give a complain to RBI.

                        Then I Give complain with written application in RBL Bank Manager in Bhubaneswar Rbl Bank Branch about Fraud card.

                        But daily call by RBL Bank Staff ang told me that sir please pay your bill otherwise we hamper your civil. Indirectly threatening me.

                        At last My question is - why RBL Bank send me that credit card when I Refuse ? And Why he/she Threatening me ?

                        All Complain No. And Scan copy I save in my file. If you toldme I send you all.

                        Therefore I request to you please lookup my matter and solve it and taken necessary action.

                              Myself Nitin sangle. I have taken your RBL bajaj supercard. i'm jobless now and for the last 3 months i'm asking for a settlement but recovery agent Rohit gives me a fake commitment every month. pay 4500/- will, will give you a settlement letter then you can pay the next payment. for 3 months, I've been borrowing from someone to close this card but these agents are lying on each point. I've included a screenshot as proof as well. they're even calling me after 8 or 9 oclock. sending msg on whatsapp. they're doing all illegal activities to harass me mentally. I need final settlement, whom can I contact? These people are not giving me any options. just gives me fake commitment. all their activities are harassing me mentally. i can pay 25% amount only

                              I'm thinking about suicide just because of their activities. I want a final settlement then only I can pay further. My card number is ********7499. Here I'm sending the contact details of the card manager. Rohit singh ([protected]) and [protected]. want settlement letter as soon as possible otherwise these guys making me force to do suicide.
                              Please revert as soon as possible with solution.

                                My name is r.kannan. Few two month before I got RBL Bank platinum credit card. After that, I received a call from RBL bank insurance company regarding that R shield insurance subscription. But I told, that am not interested. So please don't activate that subscription. I said repeatedly 4 or 5 times to that customer care executives. But today R shield insurance premium rs.1353.87 debited in my RBl bank platinum plus super credit card. Today am trying to contact RBL bank customer care. But I can't contact customer care at anyway. And also sending a mail to RBL bank customer. But I didn't received a any reply form RBL Bank.

                                Kindly request to you please cancel that insurance and refund the money. Otherwise please cancel my credit card.

                                  I have cleared my last month dues on time after that rbl bank has imposed a fine on my card and they are continuously increasing the amount after the payments. last month my outstanding was 30k and now it is 39K. I am very much stressed about this. they are sending the collection agents to my house and on call the agents are threatning me. please help

                                    Mental harassment from banks third party

                                    I just wanted to log a complain regarding RBL bank’s recovery process.

                                    My husband’s cousin Mr. Sourav Kumar Rai took credit card from RBL. We were unaware that he has given my and my husband’s contact number and address as reference because we have not got any call or confirmation from bank side. This can be checked and confirmed from bank history and logs. He has become defaulter of bank since he didnot pay the credit...
