i want to complain to you againt rbl bank, sir i had took a new credit card form rbl bank and after that without my permission you had started a insurance policy on my card which i don't want and had complain bank earlier also, after that the insurance is pre closed but the total Emi Amt. pending of Rs 13270/- yet but the refund amount is pending while Rbl Bank send to me confirmation that my insurance has been cancil and my amount 15000 is revised in my card ( 7297) but it is and pending now and my card apps shows me total outstanding 13296.86/- yet i want to close this policy matter and total refund also and due to this am facing very much problem as my both card are blocked, so pls take any query about this as soon as possible i want to zero outstand in may card as soon as possible pls make my card unblocked .am not able to pay any type of payment .either u can remove this card from my account .i attached a screen short for ur reference pls find the same and revert as soon as possible

Hi i am Hafis Ali and i use rbl bank super credit card. I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 600 hundered this insurance is deduct my card without my consent. I am not want any insurance please cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.

RBL Bank has stolen money from me under the pretense of insurance, around 730 was debited from my account automatically without my consent for r shield insurance, as soon as this happened I called the customer care number and told them that this money had been deducted, they said it's from their side and they will cancel the insurance since I did not want it, what's worse is they don't inform the customer that they did this and that the customer has 30 days to cancel the insurance or else they automatically purchase it, I had applied for cancellation of the insurance within the 30 days period but then after 5-6 days I got a message that it could not be cancelled, so again I called and told them to cancel it and again they told me to wait 5-6 days and yet again I got a message that it was not cancelled, when I called again they said 30 days has lapsed and I cannot cancel it anymore, I tried around 10 times within a span of 3 months to get this insurance cancelled from my card but rbl bank did not process the cancellation, so now I'm so fed up that I'll pay the money that was taken from my account and I'll get the card cancelled, I don't want to be the customer of a bank who steals money from their customers, I never knew rbl bank was so cheap that it has resorted to these tactics to steal money from customers, as of now they cut Rs. 730 so who knows in the near future they'll cut Rs 10000 for some insurance I didn't apply, it's better I pay the 730 and be done with RBL Bank, I hope this bank gets bankrupt and gets merged with a more honest bank, if anyone reading this has an RBL Bank supercard then please cancel it immediately, the bank will do to you what they did to me, check online and you'll see so many customers have the same complaint, I'm not the only one, as for the bank, I hope you guys rot in hell

My complain is regarding un authorized charge on my rbl card R Shield insurance are constantly charging me 600rs from my account which i have never opt in, i have tried to contack bank branch and they didn't help me with that and the customer care number not available for this facility. kindly stop charging right now, i am attaching screenshot for your reference

Please see that settlement letter issued by collection department in 4EMIs but no record in customer care in RBL they said there are only one letter issued which is due date is 31-mar-21 and you can pay in 4 but on or before 31-mar-21.
Please see and take action.

Without my knowledge R shield insurance has been activated... plz cancel it as soon as possible

I am new customer of rbl supercard.
Few days ago i received call from rbl insurance department regarding r shield insurance plan but i clearly denied to take r shield insurance.
But after 1 day premium for that isurance got deducted from my credit card without any intimation and without my permission.
I raised complaint about that by calling customer care but complaint not resolved.

On 29 Feb 2020, I redeemed 42500 reward points in exchange of Van Heusen vouchers worth Rs. 10, 000/-. When I visited the store in June 2020 to redeem the vouchers I was informed that the voucher code is missing and hence the vouchers cannot be redeemed.

I contacted RBL Bank and have sent numerous emails about the issue. They prefer to ignore my grievance but keep reminding me about due date for payment. Once, I even managed to speak to a customer care person who confirmed that the vouchers have not been redeemed.

I have 2 credit cards from RBL bank and at the time of providing card they stated that cards were free and no annual fee will be imposed on both of them.

However, Later they sent bill with annual charges, I called to them on customer care number and after a long follow-up no one listen my complaint and finally I had paid charges,

At last sent an email to cancel my both cards running with RBL, later received a call from bank person, he said do not cancel your card, we are reversing your charges and because the fraud happens with you.

Every year when the charges will be imposed, the bank will reverse these charges same as that time.

again i got statement with charges, Kindly reverse those charges and dont send again, I dont want to followup every year.

There was 2 emi 1406.11 Rs and 2391.90 Rs on my card and every months I was paying 3798.01 emi. And now on March they asked me to pay 3918 and said it's with gst. I asked him why it wasn't apply since the date I am paying emi and why it wasn't told me. They said it is started from January 2021.
I don't know what is going on. I asked them that will this reduce my emi or it just tax which I am paying extra from now March. They said gst is extra and will not reflect in my account.
I feel like it is scam and if a guy can't do anything so bank put extra charges on his email so that they can recover their own losses.l as they know the guy can't do anything. I don't know what to do that is why I am here.

I m a new customer and user of rbl supercard (Bajajfinserv card) platinum value plus credit card. I just saw that in my unbilled summary of my credit card account there is rs. 720 of r shield insurance premium which will be billed in my next bill cycle of credit card and i was shocked... I have never agreed to have insurance for such type and even i have said to their customer care executives about do not avail me such insurance policy as i am not interested in such at all. But then also they have implemented such insurance policy on my credit card account.. I am very much disappointed and wish that i have never gone for the rbl supercard at all.. As they are cheating the customers and disrespecting their trust.. and also i paid a outstanding amount 655RS could you please refund the amount ASAP please and cancel the r-shield premium insurance and also close or block the RBL credit card
