Hello Team,

Recently I have taken the Rbl credit card, my date of birth is[protected]DD/mm/yyyy)

I have not spent money on anything. I could see rs 21000 got deducted from my credit card account under the name R-Shield insurance premium.

I've not opted for it, without my permission money got deducted.

I'm not interested in that insurance, hence kindly cancel the insurance and refund the deducted money to my account.

This is Axaykumar Patel I have complain regarding deduction of 21000 in my card behalf of R Shield insurance premium. I am going on mailing you people regarding issue but no response from your side. How can you people deduct that much of amount without any intimation. When insurance company called that time only I have confirmed you people that their is no need of any insurance premium from your side. How can u deduct amount and convert that to EMI. Plus I don't need any insurance premium from your side please cancel it and refund that amount.

A few months back, I got a call for RBL and without my full approval then have issued a credit card, I spend only 13, 000/- and for 6 months I am paid 13777/- ad EMI but they are just increasing the amount every month now the total payable bill is 38000/- and they call continuously as if I have committed a crime. No leverage was given for corona or anything.

Please help me.

On January 9, 2021 my annual charges were reversed and commitment was made that no annual charges will
be levied on this card further when I applied for closures of this card as I was not satisfied with the
poor reward point system and huge annual charges with no benefit. I cleared all the dues before closing
the credit card.

Below is the email message sent to me on January 9, 2021.

(We have processed your Request [Ref. No.24679796] regarding Reversal of Bank Charges on your RBL Bank
Credit.)

In spite of the commitment made by the executive from RBL bank they again sent me a statement (February
22, 2021) which shows fees and charges of Rs 2159 and another Rs 360 GST.

I only agreed to continue with RBL bank because the executive was adamant that I continue with this
card and he will convert this card to zero balance card and further I don’t have to pay any annual
charges, but when I continued the card, they sent me statement on February 22, 2021 that charges of Rs
2159 plus GST 360, which equals to Rs 2510.

I am extremely disappointed about this kind of mis-commitment and cheating by RBL bank executive and
again applying for closure of the RBL credit card. The reference number for my credit card closure is
26795612.

Earlier I was disappointed about the services, huge annual charges, and poor reward system. But now I
have lost total trust on this bank as can do anything with the customer in order to take extra money.

I applied and received a RBL platinum Plus card, and they have added Rs.720 to my account as premium for first month for R shield which I have not opted,

RBL bank doesn't know about his executive reached the customer address without any notification. still calls back to back coming on my number and ask for payment when i told him that your executive "Akhil" came here and already discussed with settlement then he angrily answered and said "hume kya lena dena executive se jo ghar aaya tha"
hume bs payment se mtlb hai chupchap kro aaj hi aaj mei.
seriously bank send him executive and they even know about him and the executive told about credit cards payment to family.
Please follow RBI rules.

I am UNNI R from in Kerala.I recently became the new customer of RPL bank through Bajaj Finserv SuperCard. The Amount of Rs 720/- was debited from my credit card account for R Shield Insurance Premium without my consent. I came to know this through the unbilled Statement summary. Please deactivate the R Shield Insurance Premium and credit the sum of Rs 720/- back to my credit card account.

I am Atal Jambhulkar from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

And recently, i became the new customer and user of rbl supercard (Bajajfinserv card) platinum value plus credit card. I just saw that in my unbilled summary of my credit card account there is rs. 720 of r shield insurance premium which will be billed in my next bill cycle of credit card and i was shocked... I have never agreed to have insurance for such type and even i have said to their customer care executives about do not avail me such insurance policy as i am not interested in such at all. But then also they have implemented such insurance policy on my credit card account.. I am very much disappointed and wish that i have never gone for the rbl supercard at all.. As they are cheating the customers and disrespecting their trust.. I need rs. 720 to get reversed from my credit card unbilled outstanding immediate as i am not going to pay for which, i have never asked for...

Seeking your immediate help in this situation with correct response.

Hi please note i applied for rbk cedit card and i got a reference no.CCWAD1P212 and application status reject ops why bcz all kyc done and customet care saying appliaction not found yet and i want to know right statud of my credit card application please check and resolved on urgent basis

I had made requset for withdraw of Rs 60000/- through paisa on demand through my RBL card no[protected] on 10.02.2021in my sbi account no registered as beneficiary acoount no [protected] ifsc code sbin0016200. But transaction was not successful . On checking the site paisa on demand it has reduced my withdrawal limit and is shown as money transfeered to my account and also billing statement is showing the emi amount for current month. There was also message from rbl bank that I have used limit of Rs 60000/- in my above account. I have already lodged this issue with the email to [protected]@paisabazaar.com and they replied as ' We regret for the inconvenience caused due to unsuccessful transaction.

We would like to inform you that if a transaction gets unsuccessful and amount gets debited from POD card then it will automatically be reversed in POD card in 10 business days.
We would also like to inform you that we are unable to check your details from your email Id. Please share your mobile number registered with Paisabazaar if you do not get the amount in POD card within the said timeline.

But till date there is no reversal of money to my credit card or credit of this money in my account number Please verify the issue and either transfer the money to my account number or back to my card limit.
