Please cancel my R-shield Insurance, I have a RBL credit card, without my knowledge rbl bank put the R- sheild insurance amount of Rs.21, 000 on my name and the amount converted to emi. Please cancel the insurance.

    As ypu know after crossing a limit it is free to annual fee ..and. Refunded the amount that you deduct that is 999+175 GST ...
    But while you refund it you have us only amount and get why
    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have done my school fee on online using credit card and after successful payment it shown that payment in the website and it happen twice that is 14075 and same again 14075 and still not refund pl do need as soon as possible it block.my whole amount around about 30000 ...which is actually failed but still shown in process pl... refunded

        I tried to contact them through email to terminate my Credit Card which they have send forcefully. And now, they are not responding to my mails and not helping to close the credit card account. They are wasting time and generating huge taxes and charges on the card.

        Please help me to terminate my card. I am ready to pay all my dues, if they assure me, that they will close the card after my payment.

          I am not buying any policy. They deducted charges from my credit card without my knowledge and converted automatically into emi I don’t want any policy and i am blocking this card.
          Very poor services providing by RBL BANK
          No customer services provided properly

            Hi i am Ranjit Kumar Seth I use rbl bank super credit card. I buy insurance on my card on 10/04/2021. Either R shield insurance is not activated or insurance policy provider did not think necessary to send policy details to their customer. The premium of this insurance is deduct my card. I did not received any policy related document online/offline till date till Today i.e, 15/05/2021.
            One months (30days) of 1st premium deduction is complete, till I did not get any details of my insurance Policy. The insurance is not useful.
            Please discontinue the insurance policy premium.
            I am very thankful to you.

              The fraud online transaction has been done on NoBroker rent payment using RBL bank credit card.
              Please raise a dispute and help me to get the refund of my money.

                I Have received call from RBL Bank customer service executive contact no[protected] for new card. She stated that down load link and share otp no to he. After share the OTP My credit card request has been cancelled..I am trying to contact to Ms Jagruti on above no several time but she is not responding. I have submitted my Documents for credit card process.
                I m very much disappointed about services and i dont want credit card now.
                Customer service executive wrong information given to me take complete details from me and not lifting the phone. Kindly submit my original documents to me

                  Dear All,

                  Today again being a Sunday, i have just now received a call from your Payment department team for making the payment.

                  This is how the customers are being treated, calling up multiple times for making payment through Customer care representative, whats app messages, mails and text messages.

                  Great Job by RBL Bank in harassing their Customer!

                  Please understand i haven't done any shopping for the amount which is being reflected in my account, its the membership fees which has been charged to my account, which i clearly mentioned in my initial mail which i done in the month of March 2021, that i intent to discontinue the services hence clear my account.

                  If still the RBL Management continues to ignore my all below trail mail and continue to harrass me on daily basis, then i need to prepare my myself to ask for justice to some door.

                    Please note the following

                    Date Particulars
                    Jan, 2016 First time Credit Card issued to Raman Kwatra
                    14.04.2019 shifting of house from BF-23, SFS FLATS,
                    SHALIMAR BAGH, DELHI TO AE-186, SHALIMAR
                    BAGH, DELHI-110088 (Election card Enclosed).
                    17.01.2020 Nil Balance outstanding in my name
                    31.12.2019 Credit Card expired in December, 2019.
                    05.02.2021 SMS message received regarding Credit card Sent to my address but undelivered Returned.
                    08.03.2021 the next SMS received from RBL is an amount of Rs. 2567.19 is due against the above Credit Card.
                    It is very surprising to know through SMS message delivered to my registered mobile number [protected] that an amount of Rs. 2567.19 is due on the Credit Card Number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX3216. Whereas I had not received any Credit Card from your company/ bank.
                    First of all, please provide me the following in the certification that I am the holder of the above Credit Card.
                    1. Any Contract/ agreement for maintaining / holding a Credit Card?
                    2. Date and AWB number for delivery of the above Credit Card to Raman Kwatra?
                    3. Recipient of the Credit Card?
                    4. In whose name the Card was issued?
                    5. Detail of the Credit Card Account Balance of Rs. 2567.19/-?
                    Further to inform you that I had shifted my house from BF-23, SFS Flats, Shalimar Bagh-East, Delhi-110088 since 14th April, 2019 and nobody is living in that house. The house was locked from outside.
                    Please lodge my complaint and reply to my above-mentioned Quarries and sorting the issue otherwise I have no alternative than to file a case of mental harassment (Section 294 of IPC) against the officials of the RBL Bank.

                      This incident happened with me on 14th May 2021 at 4.33 PM.
                      Fraud Transaction amount: 16160 Rs
                      @NoBroker Please investigate this kind of incidents thoroughly and help the victims to get there money refunded.

                        They have done the policy of health protection cover but till date i have not received the policy neither on mail nor on address. but amt is getting deducted from my credit card so kindly either send the policy documents or cancel the policy

                          I recieved my credit card on April 1st week 2021
                          On April 2nd week 2021 rbl bank without informing charged an r shield insurance policy on my credit card. I never ever gave any consent regarding this or any plan. I want immediate action to cancel the policy. Although i emailed them several times they did not respond.
                          I request this portal to convey my concern to rbl bank
                          Or else i am forced to go through legal route to short it out.

                            Hi my name is Neeraj kumar Badgujar. I would like to bring in your notice. I applied Rbl credit card and here problem starts. I didn't received my card and last time i got call from Rbl bank and i told to executive i am not in town after 22 April 2021 so kindly delivered my card before that particular date and the person assured me i will collect my card on preferred date but i didn't received it. After that i got a call on 29 April 2021 about how's your card going and i told that agent about not received any Rbl credit card till now. Also told him about not want any card so kindly cancel it. After that amount 16160 transaction done on my card. When i realised about it i immediately inform Rbl bank customer care center on same day 29 april 2021 at 2:40pm and they raise complaint about it. Today i call Rbl customer care and agent says to me my request is closed and request closed with notes of customer share otp.
                            Now my concern is i did not received card and same thing told my customer care agent to me, than from where my information going to be shared, either it has shared by bank or courier team, like my card number and expiry date.

                            Kindly look in this matter and revert me also attached my Rbl complaint number.

                            Still my complaint not resolve and RBL send me 16160 payment message, and i did not receive any card and if bank say they delivered than show me receiving, by whom my card going to delivered without any delivery code which will be generate by courier boy. I will not pay any amount because i did not use it.
                            I believe they are doing this too many people now.and have people to.call them and harass them. Something similar is happening to.me too .

                              Complaint for the technical issue on their app

                              I have made a payment of Rs 39, 920/- on 1 at of may 2021 the amount was debited from my icici bank at 9.16 am and rbl bank has not received it because while making the payment there was an timeout on the rbl app, I checked with icici bank, they are saying that the payment has gone through successfully and they also have me transaction id, but rbl bank is saying to wait for 3 working days, after 3 working it's the due date of my, so I shouldn't...

                              I have raised a dispute on Feb 2021, and my Case Id is: 26073108
                              The reference number formt request is 26317182.

                              when I raised a dispute, they temporarily credited the amount to my card, but it has been added again to my bill in the next billing cycle. I sent mail to the credit card team still no response.

                                  RBL Bank — r shield insurance cancellation. bad customer care experience

                                  My name is Nilesh Pagariya . I got RBL Bank platinum plus super credit card. R/Sir,
                                  I Nilesh H Pagariya have recently received a RBL Credit card - [protected] .
                                  I have got a r shield insurance policy of Rs 21000/- converted to emi.
                                  No emi has been deducted and I am not willing to pay any emi as I don’t want any insurance policy.
                                  The day I got insurance activated I am calling customer care and also mailed for cancellation of insurance..Even after 4-5 complaints no response from the bank . And now they are telling time is up for insurance cancellation.
                                  Pls cancel the R-shield health insurance policy on my card.
                                  Sir...I had already mailed 4-5 times and also complained to customer care from my registered mail I’d and also informed customer care about the same..
                                  Please do the needful.

I have already raised a complaint 2 months back by calling customer care and by email also but no responses I don't want any insurance please and humble request cancel the insurance .
