Last month I received my RBL Credit Card and after getting the card I activated it and did my JIO monthly recharge. Then I went to see the balance and become surprise to see that there is outstanding unbilled amount of 15199 rs. Then I went to check the statement and found there is one insurance activated in favour of me of rs 15000. I tried to call them several times but they never respond. Then I mailed them so many times to cancel the insurance. But the did nothing. Then I mailed the respective insurance company and my insurance got cancelled and the amount returned in favour of RBL BANK on 23rd May 2021. I have the insurance cancellation receipt. I mail again to RBL BANK to check the insurance and credit it to my card. But till now it's not reflected on my card statement or in unbilled amount section. I mailed them on 25th and 31st also regarding the same issue. But till now no reply. Even today then mailed and SMS me about the Insurance EMI payment and told me is I don't pay the amount till 3rd July they will charge 15% interest as LPC. Please sir please help me to out from the situation. I will be very grateful if the outstanding amount will balance with the insurance cancellation amount and cancel the credit card. I don't want to use it anymore. The remaining bill which I have used I already paid. Please sir please look at the matter and do the needful to close the card. Thank you.

    Credit card payment not reflecting

    I have done a RBL credit card bill payment on 01/06/2020, which is done through net banking bill desk RBL myapp and money got deducted from my account of 2500/- which is not reflecting the RBL credit card still, i am so much worried in these pandemic we are jobless and payment due charges we cant afford at this time, kindly look in to this matter i will attach the screen shot of my payment...

    In my RBL card I have got with 3 no’s o[censored]nauthorized of Rs 30500 in three transaction with in 3mins while I am sleeping. The sequence of the transaction as follow’s

    1) 1st transaction[protected]:49 Received OTP for Rs 10100 and unauthorised transaction made without my knowledge.
    2) 2nd transaction[protected]:52 Received OTP for Rs 10200 and unauthorized transaction made without my knowledge.
    3) 3rd transaction[protected]:52 Received OTP for Rs 10200 and unauthorized transaction made without my knowledge.
    Got a call from RBL bank customer card regarding the unusual transaction at[protected]:55 and I woke up can came to know I am loosing money in my RBL credit card. Immediately I have blocked the card and raised a investigation request (Ticket Ref. No.[protected] with RBL bank.

    Subsequently I have filed a FIR with cyber crime regarding this unauthorized transaction.

    But RBL(Ref. No.[protected] has closed the investigation that the transaction is OTP enabled. The Bank was not taking any responsibility on the amount lost since I have not shared the card and OPT with anyone. This three transaction happened with in 3min while I am sleeping. Kindly do a detailed investigation on this and credit the money back to the account.

        1. This is to bring to your notice that on 13th May 2021, I made my personal loan payment of Rs. 15, 529 towards my credit card no. ending with 2084. However, I received an email from RBL bank, stating that I have made payment towards credit card no. ending with 1599 (how is that possible?) and also it's showing credit card limit as Rs. - 10, 295.17, despite of me making all the payment.

        2. I have sent mails and tried calling customer care, I haven't received any response. The toll free no. to contact customer care doesn't even have the option of reporting the problem I am facing. Customer care service is very poor. I am really disappointed.

        The RBL Bank has still not reached out to me, and another such Incorrect credit card statement has again been sent to my mail from RBL bank. This seems to be a serious case of fraud. And it is highly disappointing to see how irresponsible the RBL bank customer care is, by not responding to any mails, calls or compliants of its customers.

        The RBL Bank has still not reached out to me, and another such Incorrect credit card statement has again been sent to my mail from RBL bank. This seems to be a serious case of fraud. And it is highly disappointing to see how irresponsible the RBL bank customer care is, by not responding to any mails, calls or compliants of its customers.

          I have been deducted Rs. 720 from my RBL credit card, Since they have intimated me about the full deduction for the premium will be Rs. 62 and they have deducted me Rs. 720
          I do have a call record of the communication
          I want to cancel such an irrelevant insurance for my self
          Please do cancel this insurance and my credit card as well and I don’t want to be in the network of such a cheating bank like RBL
          Without my authorisation how dare they will deduct money from my Credit card
          RBI bank should take necessary action against such a fraudsters

            Please cancel my R-shield Insurance, I have a RBL credit card, without my knowledge rbl bank put the R- sheild insurance amount of Rs.15000 on my name.This is a fraud
            Please cancel the insurance.

                As ypu know after crossing a limit it is free to annual fee ..and. Refunded the amount that you deduct that is 999+175 GST ...
                But while you refund it you have us only amount and get why

                  I have done my school fee on online using credit card and after successful payment it shown that payment in the website and it happen twice that is 14075 and same again 14075 and still not refund pl do need as soon as possible it block.my whole amount around about 30000 ...which is actually failed but still shown in process pl... refunded

                    I tried to contact them through email to terminate my Credit Card which they have send forcefully. And now, they are not responding to my mails and not helping to close the credit card account. They are wasting time and generating huge taxes and charges on the card.

                    Please help me to terminate my card. I am ready to pay all my dues, if they assure me, that they will close the card after my payment.

                      I am not buying any policy. They deducted charges from my credit card without my knowledge and converted automatically into emi I don’t want any policy and i am blocking this card.

                        Hi i am Ranjit Kumar Seth I use rbl bank super credit card. I buy insurance on my card on 10/04/2021. Either R shield insurance is not activated or insurance policy provider did not think necessary to send policy details to their customer. The premium of this insurance is deduct my card. I did not received any policy related document online/offline till date till Today i.e, 15/05/2021.
                        One months (30days) of 1st premium deduction is complete, till I did not get any details of my insurance Policy. The insurance is not useful.
                        Please discontinue the insurance policy premium.
                        I am very thankful to you.

                            I Have received call from RBL Bank customer service executive contact no[protected] for new card. She stated that down load link and share otp no to he. After share the OTP My credit card request has been cancelled..I am trying to contact to Ms Jagruti on above no several time but she is not responding. I have submitted my Documents for credit card process.
                            I m very much disappointed about services and i dont want credit card now.

                              Today again being a Sunday, i have just now received a call from your Payment department team for making the payment.

                              This is how the customers are being treated, calling up multiple times for making payment through Customer care representative, whats app messages, mails and text messages.

                              Great Job by RBL Bank in harassing their Customer!

                              Please understand i haven't done any shopping for the amount which is being reflected in my account, its the membership fees which has been charged to my account, which i clearly mentioned in my initial mail which i done in the month of March 2021, that i intent to discontinue the services hence clear my account.

                              If still the RBL Management continues to ignore my all below trail mail and continue to harrass me on daily basis, then i need to prepare my myself to ask for justice to some door.

                                It is very surprising to know through SMS message delivered to my registered mobile number [protected] that an amount of Rs. 2567.19 is due on the Credit Card Number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX3216. Whereas I had not received any Credit Card from your company/ bank.
                                First of all, please provide me the following in the certification that I am the holder of the above Credit Card.
                                1. Any Contract/ agreement for maintaining / holding a Credit Card?
                                2. Date and AWB number for delivery of the above Credit Card to Raman Kwatra?
                                3. Recipient of the Credit Card?
                                4. In whose name the Card was issued?
                                5. Detail of the Credit Card Account Balance of Rs. 2567.19/-?
                                Further to inform you that I had shifted my house from BF-23, SFS Flats, Shalimar Bagh-East, Delhi-110088 since 14th April, 2019 and nobody is living in that house. The house was locked from outside.
                                Please lodge my complaint and reply to my above-mentioned Quarries and sorting the issue otherwise I have no alternative than to file a case of mental harassment (Section 294 of IPC) against the officials of the RBL Bank.

                                  A fraud transaction bas been done from my credit card in your app. On, 6th May 2021 time was 4:35pm. Amount was 16160rs. I request you sir please refund my amount back.

                                    They have done the policy of health protection cover but till date i have not received the policy neither on mail nor on address. but amt is getting deducted from my credit card so kindly either send the policy documents or cancel the policy

                                      I recieved my credit card on April 1st week 2021
                                      On April 2nd week 2021 rbl bank without informing charged an r shield insurance policy on my credit card. I never ever gave any consent regarding this or any plan. I want immediate action to cancel the policy. Although i emailed them several times they did not respond.
                                      I request this portal to convey my concern to rbl bank
                                      Or else i am forced to go through legal route to short it out.
