Iam nishitha. i have a rbl credit card. without my permission 21000 rs is debited and the amount 720 is converted to pay like emi. i would not submit any form or document to apply insurance policy. so plz cancel my insurance policy and refund my amount to my card.

Firstly when I take credit card of RBL bank in year 2018 - 19 without my any request or purchase they issue a new religare policy worth of 9000 and one with 5000 and after few days I'm getting a call to clear my balance. so they convince me to continue the policy as it already issue.
Again after a year now I'm getting a same call after a year that a new policy has been purchased from my credit card and didn't get any document or any paper work and this policy is also not beneficial for me now I tried to get information and nobody I giving me any details.
And they talking very rude to clear the balance of 14500 which I cannot afford now.
plz is my request to cancel the policy and clear my card balance of 14500.

Recently I have received RBL super credit card. But after two days of activation, it is showing that rs. 14000 is deducted in the name of insurance. Without any document and any information how can they deduct money? Moreover I already have an insurance from previous company. Why would I ask for one again? I want my money back in my account

Myself Saideep, holder of RBL Super card (credit card), wanted to bring to your notice that I placed multiple requests for my credit card cancellation but none of them are properly addressed.

I am facing a severe inconvenience as I am not receiving any calls from the back end team on the credit card cancellation confirmation but just a message always as below (got this message multiple times):

"Hi! We tried calling you for cancellation request of Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank Supercard(XX8088). We will try again on 06-Jan, 9am-6pm"

I raised 2 requests/complaints and there was no proper response, below are the complaint details.

Complaint Details:

1. Complaint number 24310192, raised on 31st December, 2020, but I never received a call from the backend team regarding confirmation of credit card cancellation but they just sent me a message as the one highlighted above.

2. Complaint number 24471222, raised on 4th January, 2021, but I never received a call from the backend team regarding confirmation of credit card cancellation but they just sent me a message as the one highlighted above.

I cannot raise multiple requests like this and keep waiting to get a confirmation call from the backend team. I still donot understand a point here, when I am receiving messages on my mobile why is the team saying that I am not reachable for calls. Also, I specifically mentioned the call timings to be between 9AM to 12PM.

I tried reaching the customer care regarding this issue but they are just logging the complaints and forwarding them to the backend team but it is not helping me in any way.

I also drafted emails to [protected]@rblbank.com and [protected]@rblbank.com (please find the attachments as reference) but never heard back.

I am very frustrated now and I would like you to take this email as a serious escalation from my side and get my credit card closed as soon as possible. I cannot keep waiting for the confirmation calls from the backend team which is not happening for the last 9 days and I don't think it will happen now.

RBL provide me credit card in the name of life time free credit card. and in December-2020 they have generated bill of 5898.82(4999 + GST).
i have registered complaint in customer care of RBL bank, there executive told me that your card is upgraded from platinum to super card. first of all i dont have any card of RBL previously and they told at a time of issuing new card your card is upgraded into super card.
so they are basically fooling me in the name of life time free card and upgrade in to highly charged card which is basically worth less.
executive registered my complaint and told me our executive contact you with in 7 days.
today i have received message from RBL bank that we have tried to called u now we again call back u. but i haven't received any call from RBL bank.

Account is not maintaining average monlthy balance if when I an credit the money for the account it will be going to average account balance charges can I refund that money

I would like to complaint about RBL bank Ltd and Employes who is cheating long time. i have closed my Bike Loan with full amount and asking NOC from NOV 10th 2020. but no responding correctly, I have new baby child and am roaming their bank to bank and giving me wrong guidance. i have fed up and frustrated.my Bike loan number :[protected] Name :Sheeba Rani Kathija Begam. No body responding correctly how to get NOC and they are sending all branches, I have new born baby and roaming all banks again and again get frustrated . they are having my money and not giving NOC means, they are cheating. Every time they are telling differnet story. this is third month after i submitted DD to close loan. dd no :[protected].
we went bank directly to all branches an contacted directly the .GN shetty road t nagar chennai phone number :[protected] bank employee name : Viji and contacted mndaveli branch land line and person ph no :[protected] name : mohan. i have contacted more than 50 times and still they are not giving NOC. every telling story, contact this branch contact that branch, we don't konw. if they are not respond, i spoke with lawyer to put case on this bank who is cheatin customers.

I've sent numerous emails and made numerous calls to stop this, but the bank doesn't have any provision to remove my personal information from their promotional databases.

Two r shield insurance policy got activated without my knowledge/ approval in my account.

Unknowingly I made payment for 3 months since I didn't receive any statement to my mail ID. So kindly cancel the two policy's and refund the amount paid.

I put so many mail regarding cancellation of policy but my query not yet resolved and the January month I paid the amount as my due date was 2nd.

I have got very bad experience with customer service also. I received 3 anonymous calls asking me to download the anydesk app and balance amount of my account stating to refund the amount...
Kindly as early as possible cancel policy activated and refund my 3 months amount.

My name is Rajkumar S, i have paid rs.2973.84/- towards my rbl credit card using upi id on 02nd jan 2021 transaction details — (02.01.2021
ref num:UPI/[protected]/ccpayment/[protected]@r) the transaction processed and the amount deducted from my icici account but the credit card bill was not paid. Plz look into the issue resolve it as soon as possible bcoz due date is 1st Jan 2021 to pay my bill. (I have given above transaction details and reference no. From my icici bank account, also find attached acknowledgment by icici by mail and sms for your reference and record)

I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 720 rupees this insurance is deduct my card without my consent. Bank subscribed my insurance Rshield of monthly EMI 1353 approx by fraudulent means..I even tried to cancel the insurance the very next day but they didn't tell me the procedure to cancel. Now they are saying you can't cancel the subscription as 15 days are over. I don't want their insurance and request you to deactivate the EMI as it was given to me in fraudulent means.I also want my refund..Thank you

I have requested for credit card closure still no one from bank reverts or call back. Soon they are going to charge 999rs as annual fee also. They are poor in customer service also and call is not getting connected to operator at all. Please check and do the needful take necessary action against them

RBL team share me a credit card, but the datas and commitment provided by them is fake ones. so before dispatch of card, i requested them to cancel the card. for last 1 month am sending mail to different teams of RBL bank and calling to their customer service team. but nothing happend

now they are sharing month statement with 1000+ rs. for a card which am not using and i didnt tear the packet as well. this bank is for fooling customer.

Call from the mobile no [protected] for mini approval to increase the credit limit from 38000/- to 70000/- ask to share for verification the person who call me know my creditcards last four digit as well as my pan no also, very first information they talk very fast & smartly so one can belive that the call has come from the RBL bank .but as soon as I have shared the OTP the amount of ₹600/- get debited from my acount & got massage acordingly..

RBL Bank aka Ratnaker bank, this bank and its sales executives has called first with wrong information and then after getting my credit card I shocked that there is no cash transfer of my credit card limit it's just loan and EMI with high rate of interest and processing fee. First that sales executive told there is no charge for transfer now she says there is term like this. So please don't make fool and cheat innocent people.
