    Though I am not using RBL Credit card but these guys have simply kept charges for 2 months after 2 months they delivered e statement though I have been told that it is a life time free credit card. I tried connecting with there customer care but no body is replying.

        I am one of the rbl supercard holder and I am utilising it for 2 years. It has the feature of cash withdrawal up to 10000 and they charge minimal cash advance fee of 100 rupees.

        But with the latest transaction they have charged me around 1500 rupees for withdrawing 10000 rupees without proper intimation.

        Even though I made multiple complaints there is no proper response from bank and they are now asking me to pay 1200 rupees for membership which is a pure steal of customer money in a broad daylight.

        It will be very helpful if someone guide me how to tackle it .

            Hi Team,

            Please help me out on statement generation.

            I raised a request on 8th January 2021 mid night and money received on 11th January 2021 evening that is also without intimation. And statement received on 15th January.

            Within mean time I taken amount from another source due to RBL bank delay and no prior notice and no messages or calls.

            Post raise the chatboot request the next day morning I asked rbl cc team whether any loan request generated or not.

            But cc team updated we haven't seen any loan request. They suggested to take encash loan. I ignored. So I thought the loan process is not successful in chatboot. So I confirmed to another source and taken loan from them.

            The very next morning Monday I received amount from RBL bank without notice and intimation.

            As per risk bank should inform to customers shall we disburse or not.
            But I haven't received any calls or messages from RBL.

            Without notice amount credited in account.

            So immediately I called Cc team and asked what is way forward to cancel this amount return.

            So they suggested go for preclosure.

            How I go preclosure. Please suggest or call me to discuss. They looting money from citizens charges are 24000 to preclosure the loan.

            Moreover as per the loan statement showing generation date is 15th January 2021.

            How this calculation happened not completed with a month. Please explain is this calculation are correct and these statements details not mention chatboot or any precautions are not mentioned in chatboot.

            How customer will understand the calculation logic.

            This is not fare. I want to discuss higher authority.

            Please suggest the way forward.

            This totally illegalcalculation from RBL bank.

            Who will bare the without intimation charges.

            I don't have money that is why I took a loan right.

                I observed that R shield insurance has been added automatically to my RBL card. I didnot opt for that service. Please cancel the insurance and revert the money back to the limit.

                  I have got a call from Bajaj Finserv/RBL bank Agent stating I have got an offer for Pre-approved Supercard with one year free subscription and after one year Rs.499 Annual charges with GST, I have agreed and uploaded the documents on the given link and received the Card, as soon as I got the card the very next billing cycle they sent me a bill of Rs.2400, stating Registration fees, where as they told it will be free, no charges will be billed for one year, Tried calling Them, emailing them, tweeting them, but I'm not getting any response from them, fed up with it, I'm not gonna pay a single penny to them, as it is clear cheating with me,

                      I have two cards from RBL. They forced me to take a third card also and added insurance on it without my consent. As it was bothering me, I paid the outstanding amount and wanted to close the card. I raised the request for the cancellation of the card three weeks ago. Till now, the request hasn't been processed and I am getting the same messages that they could not process the request. In this one month, they charged me with the bill of Rs.1825/- seeing which I was shocked. Because I paid the outstanding amount already and I don't know why they are billing me. I heard from other customers as well that these RBL people are charging exorbitantly for insurance and other things. I sent them an email that I am in a financial crisis and that I can't pay a single rupee. They are yet to respond. It is their responsibility to cancel the card. They are not doing it. Instead they are billing me unreasonably. Please resolve this issue for me. I will be grateful to you. RBL credit card phone number:[protected]

                      They still haven't closed my card or insurance and they are sending me messages about the unreasonable payment to be made by me. They are not calling me but sending the messages that they could not reach me and hence unable to process the request. I am getting 50 messages in a day. It is quite clear that they don't want to cancel my card and want to bill me continually and cheat me of my money. Please do something about it. I am in a financial crisis. Why should I pay the unreasonable bills charged by them? It is their fault not to process my request even after a month. Moreover, they added insurance on my card without my consent. When I called them, they are lying saying that I made the request only on 25th January 2021. I made my first request on 28th or 29th December 2020. After that, I made a number of requests to cancel my card. But till now, they haven't processed my request. It is clear cheating. I will send you the proofs of the date of my first request made and also their messages. I request you to do the needful.

                        This is Jagath V from Mysore. Recently I got Bajaj finserv Rbl bank supercard. When I checked the unbilled transactions in the Rbl my card app I was shocked to see that Rs 720 has been deducted without my consent as R shield insurance premium. I did not applied for any such insurance and I want the bank to cancel this insurance and credit the amount in my credit card

                                    Firstly when I take credit card of RBL bank in year 2018 - 19 without my any request or purchase they issue a new religare policy worth of 9000 and one with 5000 and after few days I'm getting a call to clear my balance. so they convince me to continue the policy as it already issue.
                                    Again after a year now I'm getting a same call after a year that a new policy has been purchased from my credit card and didn't get any document or any paper work and this policy is also not beneficial for me now I tried to get information and nobody I giving me any details.
                                    And they talking very rude to clear the balance of 14500 which I cannot afford now.
                                    plz is my request to cancel the policy and clear my card balance of 14500.

                                      Recently I have received RBL super credit card. But after two days of activation, it is showing that rs. 14000 is deducted in the name of insurance. Without any document and any information how can they deduct money? Moreover I already have an insurance from previous company. Why would I ask for one again? I want my money back in my account

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Myself Saideep, holder of RBL Super card (credit card), wanted to bring to your notice that I placed multiple requests for my credit card cancellation but none of them are properly addressed.

                                        I am facing a severe inconvenience as I am not receiving any calls from the back end team on the credit card cancellation confirmation but just a message always as below (got this message multiple times):

                                        "Hi! We tried calling you for cancellation request of Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank Supercard(XX8088). We will try again on 06-Jan, 9am-6pm"

                                        I raised 2 requests/complaints and there was no proper response, below are the complaint details.

                                        Complaint Details:

                                        1. Complaint number 24310192, raised on 31st December, 2020, but I never received a call from the backend team regarding confirmation of credit card cancellation but they just sent me a message as the one highlighted above.

                                        2. Complaint number 24471222, raised on 4th January, 2021, but I never received a call from the backend team regarding confirmation of credit card cancellation but they just sent me a message as the one highlighted above.

                                        I cannot raise multiple requests like this and keep waiting to get a confirmation call from the backend team. I still donot understand a point here, when I am receiving messages on my mobile why is the team saying that I am not reachable for calls. Also, I specifically mentioned the call timings to be between 9AM to 12PM.

                                        I tried reaching the customer care regarding this issue but they are just logging the complaints and forwarding them to the backend team but it is not helping me in any way.

                                        I also drafted emails to [protected]@rblbank.com and [protected]@rblbank.com (please find the attachments as reference) but never heard back.

                                        I am very frustrated now and I would like you to take this email as a serious escalation from my side and get my credit card closed as soon as possible. I cannot keep waiting for the confirmation calls from the backend team which is not happening for the last 9 days and I don't think it will happen now.
