R shield insurance premium is deducted from my rbl credit card on 09 Feb 2021 without my knowledge or approval.
Amount deducted is Rs.720

I request you to cancel it and refund as soon as possible.

I have purchase SuperCard. Without my knowledge rupees 21000 taken from r shield insurance premium. So please cancel my r shield insurance premium and refund my credit card account

RBL bank has charged me with 15000 without my consent

I have received a credit card last month. Now when I checked rs 12000 is debited from my credit card in the name of R shield insurance. I have not opted for any insurance policy. And I have not received any notification about the same. Please cancel the policy and refund the money

Credit card is mentioned as settled in NOC while paying the amount I asked the RBL associate to get it closed I want the status as closed at that time they said that it will be closed but after paying the amount they provide a NOC and there its showing settled.its something like cheating from RBL associate.

In September, A fraud transaction that was international in nature was done using my RBL Credit card. An investigation was opened post that and was closed in in my favor in Month of Dec 2020. Since a fraud has happened the card was blocked and I also rejected to renew the card and continue with the membership. The amount transacted was reversed but since the investigation took 4 months of time the RBL is now charging me late payment fee for fraud amount.
I have contacted Customer Care of RBL and requested them to reverse the late payment fee since the transaction happened without sharing CARD number and no OTP or PIN sharing was done from my side and that's why I am not liable for paying any amount as the CARD details were leaked from Bank's side. But still RBL is forcing me to pay the late fee.

I do not say yes to rshield insurance but it is deducted from my credit card statement. Its a big fraud bajaj rbl is continuing so many months. A case should be filed against them.. they will give a card saying its free of cost but actually they will charge for card when u see the statement. People who don’t check their credit card statement will have a big loss by this organisation. It’s fraud company. Its focus more on getting money fraudulently from people.

I became the 1 year customer and user of rbl supercard (Bajajfinserv card) platinum value plus credit card. I just saw that in my unbilled summary of my credit card account there is rs. 720 of r shield insurance premium which will be billed in my next bill cycle of credit card and i was shocked... I have never agreed to have insurance for such type and even i have said to their customer care executives about do not avail me such insurance policy as i am not interested in such at all. But then also they have implemented such insurance policy on my credit card account.. I am very much disappointed and wish that i have never gone for the rbl supercard at all.. As they are cheating the customers and disrespecting their trust.. I need rs. 720 to get reversed from my credit card unbilled outstanding immediate as i am not going to pay for which, i have never asked for this insurance and kindly refund my amount asap..

Please cancel my r shield premium I don't want any premium. Your bank is r shield generation time not taken my permission.

I got the message Rs.15000 debited for R SHIELD INSURANCE, I do no why they charged.
without any information they charged tge amount.

I do no what they are following, without Any confirmation from side like OTP or Password they are deducting I do no about that.
i don't want any insurance so
please cancel my rbl r shield insurance
quickly.
Please solve my problem and get me the refund of Rs.15000/- sir

Complaint regarding rbl credit card

Due to this covid 19 pandemic it is very difficult to pay for the loan amount or minimum due, but the agents keep calling every second of the day even after explaining to them to give me some days. Very disappointing and no understanding behavior. Moratorium also is not getting approved.

Iam having RBL bank credit card. without my knowledge you bank put the R-shield insurance Rs.720/- on my name and that amount is converted to pay like EMI . I would not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy. Hello, I'm Mahesh Marne and I'm a holder of RBL Supercard, on 27Jan, 2021 I got charged for R Shield Insurance which I did not apply for. Without asking me or consulting me. I would appreciate it if you cancel it and return my credit back. As per online info, I have to submit an application for cancellation in the bank And I'm not doing that.

Hi please cancel my R- insurance policy as I'm not interested to buy the policy because of false and fake commitment given to me while I was purchased the policy and credit card sales team said insurance policy is mandatory to buy while purchasing credit card. And also same this happen for credit card when the sale the credit card they said there's is no processing fees but once I received my card I registered the card with RBL MY CARD APP, and it's showing me the processing of rupees 1178 rupees so due to this all false commitment I was really fustrated with your service. I have raised many complaints on this issue but all the request where close as mentioned we regret to inform you we could not process you request.

Received marketing call from RBL Bank Agent, promising that they can approve any desired loan amount.
In order for them to process my application all i had to do was to take up Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.
I spent Rs 31, 350 for the insurance and had submitted all documents more than a month ago. But till date they have been providing all sorts of reason for the delay in crediting the loan.
Now, i am at a loss of spending so much for a life insurance which is of an unnecessary expense for me right now in my current financial situation.
The agents of the bank made use of my need for a loan and made me spend money for nothing.
