Please cancel my r shield premium I don't want any premium. Your bank is r shield generation time not taken my permission....

I am Saravanan i have rbl maxima platinium credit card without my knowledge you bank put the shiled insurance 15000&600 GST charge. I dont want any insurance please humble request and cancel insurance and refund my amount .

Respected Sir/Madam i recently i applied for credit card of rbl supercard and they without telling me added R shield Premium insurance which i don't need anymore please cancel it as soon as possible

R shield insurance premium is deducted from my rbl credit card on 27 Jan 2021 without my knowledge or approval.
Amount deducted is Rs.720

I request you to cancel it and refund as soon as possible.

I got the message Rs.15000 debited for R SHIELD INSURANCE, I do no why they charged.
without any information they charged tge amount.

I do no what they are following, without Any confirmation from side like OTP or Password they are deducting I do no about that.br...

Complaint regarding rbl credit card

Due to this covid 19 pandemic it is very difficult to pay for the loan amount or minimum due, but the agents keep calling every second of the day even after explaining to them to give me some days. Very disappointing and no understanding behavior. Moratorium also is not getting approved.

Iam having RBL bank credit card. without my knowledge you bank put the R-shield insurance Rs.720/- on my name and that amount is converted to pay like EMI . I would not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy. Hello, I'm Mahesh Marne and I'm a holder of RBL Supercard, on 27Jan, 2021 I got charged for R Shield Insurance which I did not apply for. Without asking me or consulting me. Received marketing call from RBL Bank Agent, promising that they can approve any desired loan amount.
In order for them to process my application all i had to do was to take up Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.
I spent Rs 31, 350 for the insurance and had submitted all documents more than a month ago. But till date they have been providing all sorts of reason for the delay in crediting the loan.
Now, i am at a loss...

Without my knowledge amount has been debited from my credit card.refund my amount to my account...

And I did not opt for any insurance for my self.
And this has happened for so many people and is not expected from any bank.

Though I am not using RBL Credit card but these guys have simply kept charges for 2 months after 2 months they delivered e statement though I have been told that it is a life time free credit card. I tried connecting with there customer care but no body is replying....

I am one of the rbl supercard holder and I am utilising it for 2 years. It has the feature of cash withdrawal up to 10000 and they charge minimal cash advance fee of 100 rupees.

But with the latest transaction they have charged me around 1500 rupees for withdrawing 10000 rupees without proper intimation.

Even though I made multiple complaints there is no proper response from bank and they are now asking me to...

I raised a request on 8th January 2021 mid night and money received on 11th January 2021 evening that is also without intimation. And statement received on 15th January.
