RBL bank is doing fraud with their customers and I am also a customer they deduct money from my credit card in the name of R shield insurance and I got no information about it. Please see that settlement letter issued by collection department in 4EMIs but no record in customer care in RBL they said there are only one letter issued which is due date is 31-mar-21 and you can pay in 4 but on or before 31-mar-21.

On 29 Feb 2020, I redeemed 42500 reward points in exchange of Van Heusen vouchers worth Rs. 10, 000/-. When I visited the store in June 2020 to redeem the vouchers I was informed that the voucher code is missing and hence the vouchers cannot be redeemed.

I contacted RBL Bank and have sent numerous emails about the issue. They prefer to ignore my grievance but keep reminding me about due date for payment. Once, I even managed...
