Dear sir/ madam
Good Morning

In continuation to my previous e-mails dated 22.02.2021 and 04.03.2021, it is again being informed with very heavy heart as below. You may consider it as my grievance and cheating behaviour of bank to the customers:-
1. I became a supercar holder of your bank with excitement and joy which is linked with my mobile No. [protected].
2. I never any overdraft/loan from your bank till date.
3. Without any expenditure I have been informed on email and mobile No. that Rs. 1, 173.00 is due on me?? which is continuously increasing monthly basis and present due is Rs. 1219.72. This is simply matter of befooling to the customers only.
4. This money is continuously exceeded without using a single penny from your dirty card.
5. I tried many timed to be connected with customer care services but with registered No. it always busy even tried even 100 times continuously whereas, with other Number it get connected but my card never read by the app.
6. I am drafting this email to you and please help that to matter be resolved.
7. I am again being informed that Rs. 1, 219.00 is due on me even I have not used even a single penny from your dirty card.
8. This is very harassing, torturing and cheating like behaviour from your company/ bank.
9. Your customer care is busy all the time with my registered mobile whereas, or never pick the phone.
Still I am receiving enhanced bill again & again.
No one is listening my grievances. Hence, it is humbly requested to cancel this super card and stop sending message to me through email or by any other mean that any penny of bank is due on me.
Please please please look in to the matter and stop torturing me. You may contact me on my No. as [protected].

        Cancel R shield insurance policy
        R SHIELD INSURANCE CANCELLATION
        I am Vishal I have RBL super credit card, without my knowledge your bank put the shield insurance Rs.720/- and Rs.21, 000 on my name, and that amount is converted to pay like EMI and I have not received any policy documents. I would not submit any form or document to apply for this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy. I am not paying the insurance amount please cancel this insurance and refund my amount to my card .for further details call me

          I am using rbl credit card last 18months without missing due date iam paying all the dues and also have emi too.but the bank suddenly blocked my credit card without my knowledge and asking to pre-closure my emi loan of rs.5600. Due to covid 19 i lost job but i payed all dues correctly now they asking to pay full amount how it possible?? I also have good cibil too. Sir rbl is fraud bank they cheating the customers they only give the credit cards i also paying the dues correctly but that bank permanently blocked my card and asking to pre-close the emi also please help...

                R SHIELD INSURANCE CANCELLATION

                    i used the bill desk and paid Rs.6000 against my credit bill, as per message of my bank same was debit but i have not received any transaction no. as well as report of success transfer after 24 hours, my credit bill date overdue because of bill not paid.

                        Due to Covid-19, I'm suffering from financial issues from last year of Covid-19 in my job. I was using RBL card approx 2 years but this time, I'm not in that condition to pay one time bcoz I haven getting salary 70% of mine from last 1 years and again lockdown has started. I have well explained to RBL recovery lady but they have decided final that they need amount anyhow by hook by crook and they started threating, screaming, & doing harassment to me and they are calling to my family, my father who is very old and they are misbehaving with him also and my wife, brother, relatives, colleagues, sr. staffs of companies.. Today, I got warning from my office for regarding my job loss (PFA the screen shot) as they are calling to higher management persons also. Now, I'm suffering from very bad time, cannot explain...they are calling 20-25 times in onetime...nothing in coming in my mind, please look into this matter...otherwise I have no otherway other than Suicide ..

                          My Name is Abhinav Srivastava and I am using a credit card of RBL Bank Ltd. and Last month I came to know when I Drilled down to my credit card bill that RBL bank is charging Insurance premium from my credit card without my consent.

                          I wanted to let you know few facts about my case, I have received several calls from RBL Bank's Sales executive and they asked me to sell their insurance policy but I denied it everytime they called because I never wanted it but then also if I can see they are charging the premium for that policy every month with GST and this amount is coming around Rs. 55 every month and they are charging it from last 6 months unfortunately due to this pandemic situation I was quite occupied in few other things so did not drilled down my credit card bill and trusted them that they must be generating bill for the correct amount but when I get to know this last month I immediately emailed them about my concerns and they have replied me as we tried to reach out to you but you were not available so I asked them that How can you sell your insurance policy to the customers without taking consent from them and all the time I emailed them they send me the same reply as the freelook period for this policy is 30 Days and we can not cancel it as I asked them to refund all my amount back to my credit card limit. They have charged this amount in this month billing as well and denying to refund my money instead they are asking for the remaining premium amount from me in order to cancel this policy. This is something is very unethical behaviour by the RBL Bank that instead of giving me the proof of my consent they are asking more money from me to get this closed. I would like to request you to please look into this matter and help me with this I want this policy to be cancelled and bank should refund all my amount back with GST as they have sold this policy to me without my consent and have took the advantage of this pandemic situation as I was quite occupied with my office and my personal work pressure due to pandemic. They used to reply me that we tried to contact you but couldn't establish a contact So I wanted to ask do they have this kind of policy that if customer will pick up our call we will sell anything to them and charge any amount from their card. I am also attaching the full conversation I had with the bank till now.

                            Last month I received my RBL Credit Card and after getting the card I activated it and did my JIO monthly recharge. Then I went to see the balance and become surprise to see that there is outstanding unbilled amount of 15199 rs. Then I went to check the statement and found there is one insurance activated in favour of me of rs 15000. I tried to call them several times but they never respond. Then I mailed them so many times to cancel the insurance. But the did nothing. Then I mailed the respective insurance company and my insurance got cancelled and the amount returned in favour of RBL BANK on 23rd May 2021. I have the insurance cancellation receipt. I mail again to RBL BANK to check the insurance and credit it to my card. But till now it's not reflected on my card statement or in unbilled amount section. I mailed them on 25th and 31st also regarding the same issue. But till now no reply. Even today then mailed and SMS me about the Insurance EMI payment and told me is I don't pay the amount till 3rd July they will charge 15% interest as LPC. Please sir please help me to out from the situation. I will be very grateful if the outstanding amount will balance with the insurance cancellation amount and cancel the credit card. I don't want to use it anymore. The remaining bill which I have used I already paid. Please sir please look at the matter and do the needful to close the card. Thank you.

                              Credit card payment not reflecting

                              I have done a RBL credit card bill payment on 01/06/2020, which is done through net banking bill desk RBL myapp and money got deducted from my account of 2500/- which is not reflecting the RBL credit card still, i am so much worried in these pandemic we are jobless and payment due charges we cant afford at this time, kindly look in to this matter i will attach the screen shot of my payment...

                              In my RBL card I have got with 3 no’s o[censored]nauthorized of Rs 30500 in three transaction with in 3mins while I am sleeping. The sequence of the transaction as follow’s

                              1) 1st transaction[protected]:49 Received OTP for Rs 10100 and unauthorised transaction made without my knowledge.
                              2) 2nd transaction[protected]:52 Received OTP for Rs 10200 and unauthorized transaction made without my knowledge.
                              3) 3rd transaction[protected]:52 Received OTP for Rs 10200 and unauthorized transaction made without my knowledge.
                              Got a call from RBL bank customer card regarding the unusual transaction at[protected]:55 and I woke up can came to know I am loosing money in my RBL credit card. Immediately I have blocked the card and raised a investigation request (Ticket Ref. No.[protected] with RBL bank.

                              Subsequently I have filed a FIR with cyber crime regarding this unauthorized transaction.

                              But RBL(Ref. No.[protected] has closed the investigation that the transaction is OTP enabled. The Bank was not taking any responsibility on the amount lost since I have not shared the card and OPT with anyone. This three transaction happened with in 3min while I am sleeping. Kindly do a detailed investigation on this and credit the money back to the account.

                                  1. This is to bring to your notice that on 13th May 2021, I made my personal loan payment of Rs. 15, 529 towards my credit card no. ending with 2084. However, I received an email from RBL bank, stating that I have made payment towards credit card no. ending with 1599 (how is that possible?) and also it's showing credit card limit as Rs. - 10, 295.17, despite of me making all the payment.

                                  2. I have sent mails and tried calling customer care, I haven't received any response. The toll free no. to contact customer care doesn't even have the option of reporting the problem I am facing. Customer care service is very poor. I am really disappointed.

                                    I have been deducted Rs. 720 from my RBL credit card, Since they have intimated me about the full deduction for the premium will be Rs. 62 and they have deducted me Rs. 720
                                    I do have a call record of the communication
                                    I want to cancel such an irrelevant insurance for my self
                                    Please do cancel this insurance and my credit card as well and I don’t want to be in the network of such a cheating bank like RBL
                                    Without my authorisation how dare they will deduct money from my Credit card
                                    RBI bank should take necessary action against such a fraudsters
